那么业务员在回复这类询盘时要谨慎,且先不要问东问西,应该迅速整理报价,包括产品规格、材料、包装、货期、打样时间、付款条件等。回复一定要简单明了,尽量以公司的名义回复,这会给客户留下好印象。
