今天早上看新闻的时候恰巧看到一个关于共享单车模式的评论，我前几天在杭州出差的时候也看到街上有很多共享单车，这就引起了我的兴趣。在网上查了下，共享单车模式就是平台将单车租赁出去或C端用户在平台上共享自己的单车，然后平台按照使用时间或里程计费的一种模式，主要是为了解决用户出行的需求和痛点，现在主要有摩拜、ofo等单车共享平台。单车的来源主要有两个：一是平台自购的单车;二是平台用户共享出来的单车。在这里，我主要想讨论一下共享单车平台的使用场景。

毫无疑问，共享单车模式肯定能够解决用户的部分出行需求，但是它会有滴滴、uber这样广泛的使用场景么？思考了一下共享单车模式的使用场景，主要有以下几个方面。

1某个固定小地域的出行需求，如旅游景区、校园，ofo就主要是在校园市场，在这些固定的小区域里使用单车往往是最方便和惬意的，如在校园通过单车可以方便的去上课、去图书馆、去食堂等，而在某些旅游景区的`时候，沿着湖的周围骑车也是最惬意、最享受的，在这个场景下，共享单车无疑是解决了用户的出行需求和痛点。

2上下班，有些用户离公司很近、短时间骑车可以到达，或者用户上班需要中转几次，骑车可以解决中转的烦恼，或者用户出于环保等原因骑车长距离上下班，对于这些用户，共享单车带来了很多便利，用户只管骑车，不用管后面的事情。

3骑车锻炼，有些用户单纯是出于锻炼的目的骑车，也有可能使用共享单车，但是这种单车深度用户往往会自己买品质好的单车;

以上是我想出来的共享单车的使用场景，可以看出，总体来说，使用场景还是比较单一，不像滴滴、uber，它们基本能够解决用户所有的出行需求。

当用户有长距离通勤需求时，他们不会选择单车;当用户赶时间的时候，他们不会选择单车;当用户不熟悉路线的时候，他们不会选择单车;当用户自己有车的时候，他们也较少会选择单车;当天气下雨、太热、下雨时，他们也不大可能选择单车;当用户觉得骑单车太累时，他们也不会继续选择单车。

可以看出共享单车是一种使用场景较窄、会消耗用户较多能量的一种模式，当然这对爱锻炼、爱环保的用户当然是好事，不过这些用户对自行车的品质要求一般都较高。

除了使用场景窄外，我还能想到的困难有：自行车被人人为破坏了怎么办？自行车被用户直接偷走了怎么办？自行车解说码被人破解了怎么办？自行车中途坏了怎么办？用户在使用途中发生事故怎么办？没有那么多真实用户怎么办？假如在景区推行，势必会遭到景区租车商户的抵抗甚至破坏，怎样拓展景区市场？

总的来说，共享单车是用户出行领域中的一个很小的细分市场，难以跟滴滴、uber等整体出行解决方案平台比较。

Beijing Mobike Technology Co Ltd on Wednesday announced it is expanding its business links(拓展业务领域) with WeChat, China's largest social networking platform, in a move that will allow the bike-sharing startup to access the latter's huge user base.

As part of efforts to outshine its rival(对抗对手) ofo Inc, Mobike said users don't have to download its app to enjoy bike-sharing services. Instead, WeChat will also give its users quick access to Mobike services in its WeChat Wallet function.

Although it is labeled an option for _limited time_, there is no indication of when it will expire Currently, WeChat has about 889 million monthly active users.

The move comes shortly after Tencent Holdings Ltd, the owner of WeChat, doubled down its investment in Mobike.
