书信的格式一般由五部分组成。

书信是日常生活中广泛应用的一种文体。它是一种特殊的实用文体。长期以来,它形成了自己有的固定的书写格式:一般包括称呼、正文、结尾、署名、日期五部分。

称呼:第一行顶格写收信人的名字和称呼(或只写称呼),有时还要加上“敬爱的、亲爱的”等词,表示对收信人的亲热和尊敬;接着加个冒号,表示下面的话是对他说的。
