十一．活动具体流程

活动的全程工作安排分为以下4部分：前期筹备、具体活动准备、当天运作、后期工作安排。

前期筹备

成立宣传策划小组，组织策划各项工作。

12月3日（周六）全体志愿者开会培训（了解活动背景意义，熟悉有关流程，明确分工）。

所有物品准备

纸箱1个：用于环保有奖竞猜活动。

环保问题100个：事先准备好有关环保小知识的问题，写在纸张上，难度适中，用于环保有奖竞猜活动。

奖品：自制晴天娃娃，用于义卖，购买书签等学习用品，在环保有奖竞猜活动、捐衣及捐书活动作纪念品。

桌子8张：用于捐衣及捐书活动和签名活动。

袋子若干个：用于捐衣及捐书活动中装所捐的衣服和书本。

笔和笔记本：用于登记所捐衣服、书本、签名和留言。

便利贴若干：让捐衣及捐书的学生或其他想表达爱心的学生在上面写下自己的祝福或感想。

大展板一块：在留言活动中将大家所写下的话语贴在展板上。

（二）具体活动准备

活动1：环保有奖竞答游戏

活动原则：回答对问题，即可获得事先准备的手艺品。题目由回答者自由抽取，可循环使用。

桌子1张：放置抽奖箱。

奖品：书签或其它学习用品

活动2：捐衣及捐书活动

（三）当天运作

1．场地布置及具体工作内容：

12月5日早上在新篮球场布置场地。将气球布置成一个气球门。

将4张桌子并排，把横幅置于桌子上。

在入口处摆上大展板。

登记处及收物处：负责收集现场所捐衣物和书本，进行义卖登记。

收银员：反应快，擅长辨别伪钞。

记账员：细心负责所售物品的登记，方便最后的统计。

摄影组：负责现场拍摄。

秩序组：负责维持场地秩序。

机动组：负责机动工作和处理突发事件。

2。收场

16名同学负责将8张桌字归还原处， 10名同学负责将所捐衣物及书本转移到临时存放处。剩余的同学负责拆卸气球、横幅等装饰并清洁现场。收银员、记账员及活动主要负责人留下汇总，点清物品卖出及所剩数目，核对资金。

（四）后期工作安排

1、联系由院志协提供的广州爱心捐助机构，将衣物、书本及义卖所得送往该处。

2、总结活动，附上活动照片。

3、同学们在微博或QQ上发表感言，并开主题班会交流感想，总结经验。

六、活动流程

（一）活动准备阶段

1.确定本次活动的开展形式，以学生的广泛参与为基础

2.策划开展活动的环节

第一环节 在全县范围内举行“我心中的绿色梦想”主题征文比赛

第二环节 在全县范围内举行手绘“我心中的绿色地图”征集活动（绿色地图可以是校园地图、城市地图、乡村地图等，并且不要求绘制成标准地图，画出心中所想的绿色世界即可。）

注：第一、二环节也可以合并，一起举行

第三环节 邀请教育局 有关领导、环保人士、实习生、中小学优秀教师评优秀征文、优秀绿色地图

第四环节 奖励获奖的优秀学生，组织优秀征文展、优秀绿色地图展

第五环节 进行“绿色学校”建设，在有条件的情况下，倡导一些中学建立环保社团，并可邀请河北师范大学优秀环保社团——“绿色方舟”社团指导和帮助开展社团建设、运转等工作。
