真心建议各位多花点时间，不仅仅是为了应试拿奖，这门语言未来真的会用得到的！ 前两种方案绝对能帮到你，但第三种极限突击方案，估计只对基础很好的同学有帮助

下面，不管你是选择哪个方案，步骤（1）（2）都是必须做的，步骤（3）则针对三种备考时间推荐了不同的方案。（1）必须先做一两套真题

目的：熟悉题型和难度，感受题量，评估自己的做题速度。

可能会有人觉得，要不要把真题留在最后做，刚着手的时候就把真题做了是不是浪费？

千万千万别留在最后做！认清现实吧，你记不住答案的……考前一两周第二次做真题的时候，你绝对一已经把那些短文忘得一干二净，和第一次做没什么区别，反映出的真实水平也不会受到第一次的影响！

另外，建议大家入手官方推荐的《全国大学生英语竞赛官方考试指南》，里面有详细的评分标准，更重要的是他有官方的模拟题啊！！

因为今年改了题型，样题的试卷结构和难度都会和新题型保持一致，所以今年考试的比较建议入一本~（2）做真题必须要注意的地方

① 必须限时！必须限时！必须限时！必须限时！

参加这个比赛你必须意识到，时间把控重于一切。

从第一次做题就养成习惯，不仅要全程计时，更要记录做每道大题的时间。这里，除了听力的时间受到每次音频长短的不同，不需要计时，其他的题目，都必须计时。

做完单选题，看看自己花了几分钟，做了完形填空也是，做完每一道阅读理解，都在旁边写下用时几分钟，作文同理。

为什么要这么干？

因为你能最快发现自己的软肋在哪，最大的时间黑洞在哪？通过练习补强，你会很清楚自己做每道题需要多久，你会找到自己的最佳时间分配方案。

因为每个人都有擅长与不擅长的题型，所以没有固定的时间分配方案，你只需要记录一次做题时间，就会知道下次从哪里改善了。最终通过自己早已形成的做题时间表和逐渐提升的速度，在考场上做题就像是家常便饭，按部就班就完事了~

② 做一套题必须坚持到最后！

不要浪费真题实践演练的机会，不能做了一半觉得做不完就不做了！

③立刻纠错

不是做完对了答案就没事了，如果不知道自己错在哪里，弱项是什么，怎么会有最适合自己的补强方案呢？（3）题型专项训练 （全文重点）

那么接下来就应该一道题型一道题型的突破，通过专项训练的练习实现质的飞跃。这一步是最耗时的一步，也是最提分的一步。

所以在这个步骤（3），就要根据不同的备考时间去安排不同的任务。

我会给你推荐专项训练最好的资料，在我单独介绍每个题型的应对方法之前，一定要注意：把时间主要分配在自己的弱项，强项只需巩固。

根据最新大纲，2022年的大英竞赛包括如下题型：

对于听力差劲的同学，如果你的时间充分，就先别去做真题了，一共就那么几套，起不到拔高作用。
