二、研究价值：

究其原因，我认为是师生主客体位置倒置所致。学生是学习的主体，教师在批改作业时，常常越俎代庖、大包大揽。老师上课教、课后批改作业；学生上课听、课下做作业，作业的批改方法多采用“全收全改”。目前随着教学改革的深入进行，以及时代对培养新型人才的需要，明显地暴露出作业“全收全改”存在的问题。每天，教师用于批改作业的时间往往要多于上课的时间，教师如何有更多的时间辅导学生，如何有更多的时间钻研教材、撰写教育故事？又怎么谈得上教师专业素养的发展呢？另外，根据我的观察，认真批改后的作业发还到学生手中，大多数学生没及时地进行改错，效果不佳。这种事倍功半的做法违背了教学改革的初衷。这些弊端越来越制约着学生的成长和发展。因此，探索新课程理念下的学生作业批改操作方式的改革是一项长期、重要而艰巨的工程和全新的课题。抓好作业批改环节，提高作业环节的有效性，对提高教育教学质量，促进学生全面发展，尤为重要。我决定在作业批改中一改过去教师独自包揽的传统做法，下放权力，对学生参与作业互评互改进行了探索与实践。

三、研究目标：

激发学生写作业兴趣，提高作业质量，体现学生学习主体性

四、研究内容：

1、如何提激发学生写作业兴趣，提高写作业质量。

2、怎样指导学生进行作业互批互改的有效性。

3、怎样端正学生的学习态度，训练学生作业互批互改的能力。

五、研究方法：

1、调查研究法：个别谈话和走访等方法，对学生的实际思想、需求和学生的心理特点等现状，进行科学的问卷调查研究。

2、文献资料法：搜集与本课题有关的信息和资料，拓宽思路，提供更为完善的方法。

3、行动研究法：在研究过程中要以身作则，为学生树立榜样，并及时了解、观察学生的行为表现及心理变化。

4、阶段总结法：每一个阶段，进行阶段性分析总结

六、实施步骤：

本课题计划用一年时间进行。主要安排如下：

（一）准备阶段（xxxx年12月-xxxx年1月）

1、组建课题组，搜集与课题有关的文献资料，对课题进行论证，研究课题开展的方向，填写课题申报表，申请立项。

2、对参与实验的学生进行前期问卷、调查等形式了解高段学生语文批改缺乏实效的原因。

3、针对当前老师批改作业与学生对待作业出现的问题，寻找有效的进行批改作业的方式与方法。

4、制定课题实施方案。

5、选择研究对象：本课题的研究对象是本校的六（2）五(2)班。

（二）实验阶段（xxxx年3月-xxxx年11月）

1、开展各项研究活动。做好实验班级专题讲座。做好各阶段性计划、总结。

2、对参与实验的学生进行后期问卷调查。

3、尝试多种批改作业方式。

4、建立课题博客，认真阅读书籍，及时上传读书笔记。

（三）总结阶段（xxxx年12月）

1、收集和整理研究成果，对完成课题研究工作进行阶段性总结性。

2、形成比较可行而且易于操作的互改互批作业模式，能给其他教师提供参考和学习借鉴。

3、个人论文的撰写。

4、做好结题报告。

5、做好结题申请。

6、做好迎接验收课题结题

七、预期成果：

1、研究成果呈现对外宣传辐射，抓好课题研究实验活动；

2、展示汇报课；
