对学生除了倾注一片爱心之外,还必须时时约束他们,严格要求他们,才会收到良好效果。严师出高徒,在班级管理中,有三类学生要特别处理好与他们的关系,一是班干部,二是差生,三是优秀生。对班干部要求要严格,要他们在搞好学习的同时积极为班级同学服务,要各施其职,各尽其责,做得好表扬,有违纪照样批评,决不姑息迁就,当然对他们的批评要讲究方法方式,肯定他们的成绩,维护他们在同学中的威信。差生往往由于学习成绩,或者某方面不如人而显出悲观,苦闷,忧郁等消极情绪,所以对差生特别要注意尊重,理解他们,千万不能伤了他们的自尊心,而应肯定他们的长处,指明他们的努力方向,调动他们的积极性,激励他们克服自身的缺点。而对优秀生应该更加严格要求,否则他们便自以为是”天之骄子”,以致萌发莫名其妙的”优越感”,甚至发展到瞧不起同学,直至无视老师的教育。如果说教育差生是每位老师棘手的工作,那么,发现优秀生隐蔽的缺点,给予严格而有效的教育,未必不是困难的事。因此,教育优秀生自尊。自爱是非常重要的。教师这样处理,学生才感到教师是公正的,没有袒护谁,为师生心理沟通扫除了心理障碍。

在教育与疏导中,我注意引导他们参加各种有意义的活动,这样既可培养学生的动手能力,也提高了学生为社会服务的思想观念,陶冶了情感,更促进了师生之间的相互理解。
