最近，我读了《爱的教育》，这本书令我印象深刻、感动至深。

这本书讲述了一位名叫安利柯的四年级小男孩的成长故事。内容包括发生在安利柯身边的各式各样感人的小故事、父母在他日记本上写的劝诫启发性的文章以及老师在课堂上宣读的精彩的“每月故事”。每章每节，都把“爱”表现得淋漓精致，大至国家、社会和民族的大我之爱，小至父母、师长和朋友间的小我之爱，处处扣人心弦。而那众多的人物也给我留下了非常深刻的印象，比如乐于助人、自觉保护弱小者的卡隆，品学兼优的班长代洛西，虚荣的瓦梯尼，傲慢无礼的诺卑斯，还有可爱的“小石匠“，坚强的克洛西……

整本书中，令我印象最深刻的故事有两个，分别是《小抄写员》和《执着寻母的孩子》，这两个故事都是每月故事。

《小抄写员》这个故事的主人公是一位年仅12岁的佛罗伦萨少年叙利奥，他的父亲是位铁路工人，因为家里人口多，工资少，生活很艰难。叙利奥的父亲年纪大了，为生活所迫，在工作之余又找了一份抄写的工作，常常要忙到下半夜。叙利奥心疼父亲，就半夜起来帮父亲抄写，从而导致了他的学习成绩下降了，做作业和听课时，常常提不起精神来，父亲对他很失望，对待他的态度也逐渐的冷漠了。终于，在一天晚上，叙利奥又去抄写，被父亲发现了，父亲终于明白了叙利奥学习成绩下降的原因了。读了这个故事，我能够深深地感受到叙利奥对他父亲浓浓的孝心，宁可被父亲冤枉，被父亲叱责，也要帮助父亲做抄写的工作，尽量减轻父亲的负担。

《执着寻母的孩子》讲述了一位母亲，为了改善家里的生活条件，还清家中欠下的巨额债务，去美洲打工，然而过了一段时间，这位母亲却不知去向，小儿子马尔可独自去美洲寻母。哪知一路上困难重重，马尔可最终经过自己的努力，突破了重重阻挠，历经千辛万苦，见到了母亲，可是母亲已经病得奄奄一息，并且拒绝治疗。但是，一见到马尔可，母亲有了求生的欲望，愿意接受治疗了。经过手术，母亲康复了。读了这个故事，我同样感受到了马尔可对母亲的孝心以及母亲对他的舐犊之情。马尔可为了寻找母亲，不惜一切代价，不怕千辛万苦，终于见到了母亲，并且给了母亲活下去的希望。

爱，不仅仅是故事中有，我们的生活中处处有爱。志愿者对聋哑儿童无私奉献的爱，野生动物保护协会工作人员对小动物守护的爱，阿联酋人民对花草树木的珍爱……同时我还想到了“弟子规，圣人训，首孝悌，次谨信，泛爱众，而亲仁，有余力，则学文”。我们要学会做人，懂得道理，对长辈孝敬，对同辈爱护，创造一个和谐的社会，让生活中的爱变得越来越多，我们的祖国越来越美好，人人为我，我为人人，实现我们中华民族的伟大复兴，实现我们所有中国人的中国梦！

二、不足

1、执笔方法与写字的姿势不正确，尤其是距离桌面太近，老师要及时提醒纠正。

2、部分年级学生书写中笔画的衔接不够严谨，各部分的位置安排不合理。

3、今后练字前，老师要先指导学生对该字的字形间架结构进行仔细观察、辨认，然后对难写易错的笔顺作重点提示，最后学生才胸有成竹地书写。

4、书写内容与语文古诗教学内容紧密结合。为加深学生对课文生字的辩认，减轻教学负担，也可以是必背古诗词中选择古诗抄

5、在章法上，老师还要多做指导。通过本次比赛活动，同学们提高了对正确、美观书写的认识，明确了正确、美观的书写对学习、生活的重要作用，增强了对祖国语言文字的热爱，甚至掀起了同学们对书写正确、美观汉字的积极性，许多学生表示，从此后要天天练字，使自己的书写水平更上一个新台阶！

②将每个单元的比较重要的文章熟读，抄写三篇，在抄写的过程中熟悉句中的生词和重要的语法知识以及一些语法结构，也许并不是每个都会分析，但是至少要把主谓宾的结构找出来，当然仅仅只限于课内的知识是还不够的，也要到课外去找些比较重要和有名的文章去抄写去熟悉他们，要坚持每个星期给老师看一次，以免自我产生惰性。

③要多多的积累自我的词汇量，多积累一些单词，让自我的词汇量更加的丰富，争取每一天都要记五个单词吧，不管多忙都必须要完成它，还有就是预习和复习都很重要的要坚持去做。不懂的必须要去问，不要不懂装懂，那样是很可怕的。

这就是我大一上半个学期的英语学习计划，我必须要坚持做到，让自我的英语更好，更强。

那么，如何加强语言的积累呢？笔者认为，指导学生摘抄是一种行之有效的方法。

虽然二00一年新版教材已经注意到在每次阅读教学的“思考、练习”中有意识地安排摘抄，但是，仅仅在课堂上练习几次是远远不够的。

我们还应指导学生在课外进行摘抄，使学生养成日积月累的摘抄习惯，积硅步以至千里，积小流以成江河。

笔者在指导学生摘抄方面作了许多探索，积累了一些经验，现罗列如下以为引玉之用。

一、指导摘抄首先要充分调动学生的兴趣。

教师指导学生进行摘抄不仅要在不增加学生的课业负担的前提下进行，而且要让摘抄与抄写生字词、书面回答课后问题等课外作业区分开来，在内容、形式、时间等方面给学生一个自由广阔的空间。

让学生按自己喜欢的方式进行活动：可看书报，也可看杂志；可边读边抄，也可边抄边背；可以坐在家中的小书房慢慢品味抄写，也可以在学校挤休息时间快速阅读摘录。

看自己所想看，写自己所想写，乐而为之。

这样才能使摘抄成为学生的一种主动需要，真正促进学生的主动阅读。

二、指导摘抄要有计划性。

摘抄最好从三、四年级开始。

因为低年级阶段识字量较大，根据学生年龄特点，课外学习主要以巩固生字词为主，所以很少有其它更多时间进行阅读抄背。

而三、四年级开始，识字量逐渐减少，学生的课外学习不需要埋没在字词堆里，就可以有时间阅读、抄写、背诵。

另外，三、四年级开始，学生对字典的运用日趋熟练，也给课外阅读带来了方便。

摘抄的内容也不能完全任“天马行空”，这样对学生组织积累的语言没有好处。

最好能根据教材及教学实情进行分学期、分阶段、分类别组织，如这一月摘抄写景类，下一月摘抄写人类等，有的放矢，事半功倍。

三、指导摘抄要循序渐进。

如果摘抄从三年级到六年级持续进行，那么在摘抄的数量、内容、形式上的要求都要有所变化，保持学生的“最近发展区域”，促进学生更有效地学习。

四、指导摘抄要与课堂教学相结合。

摘抄作为语文课外学习的一项内容，与课堂学习不是截然分开的。

一方面它应有自身的计划与安排，另一方面它也应随时成为课堂教学的好助手，与课堂教学相得益彰。

如教学《卢沟桥的狮子》一文时，我考虑到卢沟桥的历史意义对于不大关心历史的学生来说是理解的难点。

于是，提前布置预习时，我安排学生摘抄“七七事变”的详细经过，并谈感受。

既了解了叙事的方法，又了解了课文背景，还调动了课堂情感，成为课堂教学有力的补充。

从这一方面来说，摘抄也为课堂教学承担了收集、整理信息资料的重任。

五、指导摘抄要与要求背诵相结合。

心理学家的研究告诉我们，6-13岁这一段是人一生中记忆力发展的黄金时段，一个人一旦错过了13岁以前发展记忆力的黄金时段，不能形成很多知识的、情感的、经验的丰富积累，将会给他的一生留下无法弥补的遗憾。

所以，让学生边摘抄边背诵，是让学生尽可能多的记下那些应该记住且能记住的好东西，是充分利用学生这一年龄段的记忆优势，是顺应学生的发展规律的。

而且，将摘抄的背诵下来，能使语言的积累更厚实。

当然，要让摘抄真正落实，检查是必不可少的。

但若要求摘抄天天收发批改，也无太大实效。

因为摘抄只要写在作业本上，就不会有太大错误出现。

所以平时只要有组长登记就可以了，教师可分周分月统一查看，平时抽查。

另外，背诵的检查也是一项不小的工程。

于是我采取抽查与互查相结合的方式，每节课前五分钟，随机点几人背诵，其它同桌互相背诵，既起到了交流的作用，又保证了检查的效果。

总之，指导学生进行摘抄要坚持不懈，持之以恒，使之逐步形成影响学生一生的好习惯，使每个学生好读书，勤积累，在不断的内外吸收中提高理解和应用祖国语言文字的能力。
