这本手册是一系列丛书中的其中一本。这个系列丛书，是由一家叫做（Institute of Management）的培训管理组织进行出版的。首次出版日期为1997年，我拿到的是1998年的第二版。如今的企业管理理念和模式和当时也会有区别。可是如果我一开始就纠结于这些信息，恐怕都不会花时间去读完吧，也就不会有这么多整理和思考了。

这种“一周速成型”的指导手册，会有助于推广和销售，但你我如果只是读了书，就觉得“自己已经会写报告了”，那还是放弃幻想吧。

昨天是世界读书日，结果我却在读“商务报告写作”这种工具书。古人云：“开卷有益。”古人也云：“纸上得来终觉浅，绝知此事要躬行。”

我想，在书读得还不够多之前，先继续保持广泛而饥渴地阅读，总不会太错。
