在黄黄的灯光下,一本厚厚的课外书本正放在书桌上,与之同时,我常常坐在椅子上打哈欠。每个人都有熬夜的坏习惯,我就是其中的一个。有时候我们熬夜是因为学习,但学习时的时间一定也是要限度的。但除了学习以外的熬夜,例如玩游戏,看漫画,看电视,玩电脑之类的熬夜,那便是不可取的。我常常喜欢在晚上看课外书,一看就是晚上十一点。

对于这个熬夜的坏习惯,我向来是没有改掉这个熬夜的坏习惯的。那个时候,我看着课外书,看得很精彩,看得很投入,一看就看到了晚上十一点多,当为看下闹钟的时候,发现时间太晚了,便放下课外书休息了。一晚上我睡得特别沉,像是怎么睡都睡不完一样。到了早上,当闹钟的零食响起来的时候,由于十分的困,我便将闹钟的铃声给关掉了。之后,当第二次铃声响起的时候,已经六点四十五分了。我一看这时间,便吓得起了床,我的脑子里遍布都是“遭了,要迟到了!”

当我准备一切东西的时候,来到校门口已经迟到了,校长把我的名字和班级记在了本子上。当为回到教室的时候,又被老师训了一顿,这一整天,我都过得不好,上课的时候,因为熬夜的缘故,我便困得睡早了,结果当为趴在桌子上休息的时候,便被老师点名叫了起来,同学们顿时把目光放在我的身上,在那个时候,我低着头,感到无比的尴尬,我从来没有那么尴尬过。

当我苦恼先前的不愉快,还有现在依然都是困意的时候,我便知道了,这都是熬夜的结果。回想起来,如果我不熬夜的话,说不定我就不会遇到这么多不好的事情,现在也不会被点名站着上课了。哎,熬夜真不好。当放学回家的时候,我便决定了,坚决不熬夜了。我不想再迟到,然后在上课睡觉了。熬夜不仅对身体不好,还影响着我的生长。不仅仅如此,它让我的学习一片糟糕,让为上课不认真,学不到知识。一会想,熬夜的坏处不仅仅是为想得这么多,我们应该改掉熬夜是坏习惯。

我将书包里的书本全部都抖了出来,按照作业布置分类,将作业本与有关资料书夹在一起,这样好拿多了!将它们堆在一旁椅子上,READY——GO!
