And now I remember it just as well as if I had read it yesterday.Pride and Prejudice is a chefdoeuvre.My first impression of this story was from screen.It's long long ago, maybe before I can read english books. I don't remember which movie edition I had seen. But I was impressed by the music, the scenery and the costume. I was very favor of a section of music in its balls. It's pretty brisk, liked a wonderful song of a bird. Regarding to the characters, I liked Elizabeth, the heroine,though I didn't think she's beautiful. But she's smart. However, I didn't pay much attention to the plot. I thought it's so long that it made me impatient and bored. By now, I haven't read the whole story in English or its Chinese version, either. I owe it to my prejudice.In fact, I didn't understand the story at that time. I didn't know why it called Pride and Prejudice. Of course someone was pride, but I didn't find where' s the prejudice. I thought it's normal, the way people treated each other in that. I considered prejudice would be very disgusting. But to the movie everthing was OK in my minds, except its length. Now, I think I have understood more about it. I'm a prejudiced person so I can't find where's wrong. I merely like to do the things I like. Everytime I meet somebody or something,my thinking about he or it all depends on my foregone experience and my mood of the time.

除了单车外，在这个时代，篮球、书、雨伞等也都能共享。这个过程给人方便，却不免会给物品带来破坏。共享单车是一个不错的试验，它的兴亡盛衰都与人有关。人创造了共享，是为了便利。但如果出现不便，是因为某些地方做得不够到位，抑或过头了。我们共享单车的问题，就在于企业对于市场的抢夺与一些人素质的不到位。共享单车的不成功不代表共享的不成功，这只是一个开头而已。在社会的发展中，这些问题会渐渐被解决。共享时代，也会真正达到目标——让世界更加便利、和谐。

我慢慢长大了，要上学了，我和爸爸妈妈就来到城里来租房住。来到城里，我发现城里的人几乎每一家都有电话，而且，还有人手里拿着不知道是什么。我回到家里后问爸爸，爸爸说那是手机，我又问：“爸爸手机是干什么的呀？” “它和电话一样，也是一种能和别人说话的通讯工具。”没过多久，我们家也有了一部手机。

不仅是通讯工具在变迁，还有许多东西也都在变迁。在这变迁中，我感受到了我们的生活越来越幸福了。

但是，新中国做到了!

60年，我们从战乱走向和平;60年，我们从饥冷走向小康;60年，我们从闭关锁国走向WTO;60年，我们从仅能维持生计走向丰富的娱乐生活;60年，我们拥有了神5、神6、神7;60年，我们有了北京奥运会、上海世博会。艰难的60年，辉煌的60年!

时代，真的不同了。

我的家乡位于临海的潮汕地区，在村里交通不便，在洪涝时期也常常遭到洪灾。我和父母回乡探亲拜年什麽的，一般都乘车出入乡里，在五年前回乡时，村中经济不景气，设施也很简陋，但是村中也有车站了，那是一块牌子竖立在路边，标识不怎麽清晰，只有下一站与目的地的标识名称，等车的人却是不少，村民们每天都靠乘车来往于乡间，对于他们来说，是一件再也正常不过的事情了。我和父亲在车上透过车窗看到的是一间间简陋的房子与耕作的农民，与城市的发达对比，差距很大。

两三年前的春节，我们再次回到了家乡，这时家乡的经济发展很快，不少村民都自己开起了工厂，我们驻足在车站，忽然发现两三年不见，车站居然变了很多，不再是我记忆中的那个牌子了，而是扩建成了一个亭子，亭子上清晰地写着目的地与站名，对比此前翻新了许多。这仿佛是农村经济不断发展的代表，在短短的两三年间，乡村到达了发展过程中的又一个新车站。

近几年来，车站在我的记忆中不断地变化着，到上一年回乡的时候，开车经过时发现车站在一路上变少了，很多人都开上了私家车。这几年来，我一直见证着车站的发展与更新换代，而车站的发展也见证了农村的变迁。光阴似箭，日月如梭，我记忆中的那个小车站早已经成为了人们生活状态变迁的一个过去的恒定式，那是时光流逝下乡村发展的标志。在这几年以来的时间里，车站一直在见证着人们生活的变迁，见证着人们的智慧与生活质量的飞跃。

The novel told a story about how the old fisherman Santiago struggled with the sea. Santiago gained a huge fish called Marlin after having drifted in the sea for 84 days. It was a fish that is 2 feet longer than the boat and that had dragged his boat for two days before being stabbed to death. It seemed that the old man wasn’t so successful, because he encountered a shark, struggled with the serious environments, even the only spoil——Marlin just left a skeleton. However, the most important thing is that Santiago had never given up for a moment.

In this novel, I am deeply impressed by his persevering. I admire the old fisherman for his steel-like mind and persistence. I think there’s a real young man inside him, although he is at an old age and no longer goes back to his youth. From the strong comparison between the old look and the young heart, we can easily find that it is the positive firm spirits that make us hold our hopes and keep trying all the time and finally guide the roads towards success.

Through the vivid description about the struggle between human and nature, Hemingway expresses his opinion that the courage inside human beings can help us face any failure and overcome any difficulty. In the book, the hero Santiago was beat by the shark, which we regard as a symbol of doom, but he chose to struggle with the fortune instead of losing faith in his life. Just the same as the hero Santiago, all of us will meet with various kinds of difficulties in our daily life, which is a rule of human’s fate. So how can we adjust our attitudes toward these and what should we do with so many problems? The old fisherman tell us the truth——“Man is not made for defeat. A man can be destroyed but not be defeated”.

陈与张是经过双方申请，于x年8月16日去xx市七里河区革委会协议离婚的，双方对子女抚养和财产也达成了一致意见，领取了离婚证。张与朱于1978年1月9日在北京经合法手续登记结婚，领取了结婚证。从法律上说，张与陈离婚是合法的，张与朱结婚也是合法的。现在陈以他们的离婚登记，是张用先离婚后复婚的欺骗手段造成的假离婚，要求予以撤销;并要求废除张与朱婚姻关系，维持她与张夫妻关系。这种要求，在法律上是站不住脚的。陈与张在离婚当时，都是具有法律行为能力的公民，双方依法办理了离婚手续，并已经发生了法律效力，从那时起，他们之间的婚姻关系，在法律上已经消灭。根据案卷的调查材料，造成他们离婚，双方都有责任，张责任可能多一些。但从案件情况来看，都还是批评教育问题，使他们今后能严肃慎重地处理婚姻家庭问题，不影响已经登记离婚的合法性。

因此，我们原则上同意你院来函中的第一种处理意见。为了更好地解决这一案件，在具体处理中，希注意做好以下工作：

汽车，这是一个家喻户晓的名词，是一种驰骋世界的工具，是一方历史悠久的文化，更是一类风靡全球的潮流。它来源于人们对于“打破空间、时间限制”的需求。它的出现给人类的发展提供了便利，提升了时间的价值。汽车作为现代交通工具不可或缺的一份子，与人们的生活息息相关。所以，对于汽车的认识，已成为我们生活中的常识。

一、中国的车文化的变迁与汽车文化的发展

虽然汽车起源于欧洲，但在中国古代车文化就已经产生并发展壮大，中国古代的车文化对于现代的汽车文化也具有深远的影响。在中国历史变迁中，车的变迁，可谓与人们生活息息相关，都具有时代个性，代表着一种文化背景和品位。车的发展由简到繁、由人畜力到机械、由慢到快的沧桑巨变，在我国就有几千年的历史。

中国古代英雄好汉驰骋沙场英勇杀敌骑的是马;后来应皇上出游或战争的需要，人们发明马、牛、驴拉的两轮车，从兵马桶的出土和许多古迹壁画上也恰恰反映了这点。到了汉代，四川民间出现了“鸡公车”是用硬木制造而成，在独轮两侧安设车架，用于载人或者载物，长大约4村，由一人掌握两个车把推动前进，也可以前拉后推，车子看着小巧，却可以载重几百斤。“鸡公车”因为是独轮着地，不管平原还是山地小道都可以畅行无阻，这是一种胜过人力担挑和畜力驮载的既经济又实用的交通运输工具，更是人类交通史上一项重要发明。到了三国时期，诸葛亮发明了“木牛流马”。在《三国演义》中提到 “司马懿占北原谓桥，诸葛亮造木牛流马。”这一项发明比“鸡公车”进了一大步，可以爬坡上坎。到了宋代，“鸡公车又进行了一次改革，一人掌握变成两旁扶推，前面用驴拉，这就称为“串车”。到了明代，在“串车”的基础上加上拱形的席作顶，用来拉客，被称为“双缱独轮车”。到了清代，在明代的基础上增加了风帆，巧妙地利用了风力。在战争时期，将粮草运往前线，起到巨大的作用。到了20世纪初，城市里出现了双轮的人力黄包车，可以说翻开了城市客运的新篇章，通行便捷，至今仍然是城市客运的一道亮丽的风景，颇受旅游者青睐。

作为新时代的人类，相信没有人会拒绝时代的产物。在中国，汽车产业的兴起更是带动了成千上万个子产业的发展。由此可见，我国汽车产业对我国经济发展具有重大而深远的意义。

1929年5月我国第一辆汽车在沈阳问世，由张学良掌管的辽宁迫击炮厂制造而成，命名为民生牌75型汽车，这一次试验成功开辟了中国自制汽车的先河，为我国现代汽车行业的崛起奠定了基础。自1953年7月第一汽车制造厂动工兴建，1956年7月投产，1957年7月13日我国生产出了第一辆载货用的汽车，被称为解放牌汽车。1958年5月，我国第一汽车制造厂自行研制设计生产了第一辆红旗牌轿车，被誉为“东方神韵”。

中国汽车工业发展我认为大致可以分成三个阶段：第一个阶段，1953中国汽车行业的诞生到1978年改革开放前。中国第一次正式建造汽车的这一阶段初步奠定了汽车工业发展的基础。第二个阶段，1978年到20世纪末。在这一阶段中国汽车工业获得了长足的发展，形成了完整的汽车工业体系。从载重汽车到轿车等各类汽车都有了全面发展。而这一阶段也被称为是我国汽车工业由计划经济体制向市场经济体制转变的转型期。第三个阶段，进入21世纪以后。中国汽车工业在中国加入WTO，全面融入世界的汽车工业体。

二、欧洲汽车文化的发展

汽车作为工业文明之境，深刻的反映了社会的变迁。1600年由荷兰工程师史文发明制造，顺风时速可达30km的世界上最早的“风力大车”。1769年法国陆军技术军官居诺花了6年时间制成，时速为4km世界上最早的一辆蒸汽汽车。1860年卡尔-本茨制造了世界上第一辆汽油汽车。

回顾欧洲的历史，我们不难发现赛车的“竞赛”意识是深植在他们的文化中。欧洲作为汽车产生的先驱者，其政治文化多起源于古希腊，在政治方面 “竞争”成为整个欧洲政治体制主流;在民俗方面，赛马等竞技体育竞赛转化为风靡全球的赛车运动，并成为了欧洲汽车文化的核心。因此我们发现其汽车工业的发展与赛车是不可分割的。因为赛场是检测一辆车的性能、品质和安全性极好的场所，这是现代意义上的汽车。

三、汽车文化的发展带来的利弊

汽车的出现对于我们的影响是巨大的，这一点是毋庸置疑的，无论世界各国的汽车形态、功能有什么差异。随着科学技术的不断提高，汽车的速度、性能等也不断提升，人们的生活节奏也不断发生改变。在人类社会的发展中，汽车从诞生到融入社会机体，不断地改变着人类的各个方面，凝聚并丰富着人类文化，推进着人类文明进程。汽车文化遍及在社会生活中的各个角落，成为现代文明的重要体现。随着汽车技术的不断发展和人们生活的不断追求，汽车文化的内容和形式会不断延伸，将越来越深入地改变世界，影响人们的社会生活。

当然无论什么东西，什么事情，它总是有利有弊的，汽车也是一样。人类在享受汽车文明的同时，也承受着汽车社会所带来的能源、环境和安全等负面影响。汽车排放的汽车尾气无时无刻不再污染着我们呼吸的空气，汽车的噪音在一定程度上也危害了我们的身体健康，汽车行驶中发生的交通事故也危害着人们的身体和财产。

我认为只有建立健康和谐的汽车文化，人类才能更好地享受汽车文明，才能更快实现人车和平共处，达到“人车合一”的理想境界。我相信随着中国经济的高速发展，科技的不断进步，汽车文化的逐步完善，中国的汽车强国之路将势不可挡，我们也终将走进真正的汽车时代!

This book reveals to us a truth: people are not born to fail， and a person can be destroyed， but can not be defeated.

the Old Man and the Sea is one of Hemingway’s most enduring works and may very well become one of the true classics of this generation. It played a GREat part in his winning the Pulizer Prize in 1953 and the 1954 Novel Prize for Literature and confirmed his power and presence in the literary world. Hemingway is also one of my favorite writers.

Besides The Old Man And the Sea, I have read some of his other works, such as The Sun Also Rises, A Farewell to Arms and The Snow of Kilimanijaro. But The Old Man and the Sea is the one that left the deepest impression on first read this book when I was in my fifteens. And now I remember it just as well as if I had read it and Prejudice is a first impression of this story was from ’s long long ago, maybe before I can read english books. I don’t remember which movie edition I had seen. But I was impressed by the music, the scenery and the costume.
