当今我国要建设文明和谐的现代社会。可是现代社会是什么?古文有所介绍。鳏寡孤独皆有所养;黄发垂髫,并怡然自乐。但是,现在中国有几十万的留守老人和空穴老人无人嘘寒问暖。我国政府为了改变这种现状采取了许多行动,可是都收效甚微。那到底应该怎么办呢?我认为应该分三步。

第二步是断绝过命的后顾之忧或者说是借口之源。很多人都以工作忙没时间等理由掩饰,不想回家看望父母。可是,你们又没有想过父母为我们牺牲了他们最宝贵的青春年华,甘心为我们做牛做马,含辛茹苦的把我们养大他们有没有吝啬一点时间起我们于不顾?为了杜绝这种人找借口,国家应设立孝日,来给国民孝敬父母的时间。

第三步是孝敬父母的事例进行表扬。最好的方法就是开展关于孝的评选活动。例如现在的中国十大孝心少年。可是,这远远不够,我们应加大评选范围:每乡每镇都评选孝心国民,并进行奖励,只有这样才能调动大家的积极性。不过如果国家这样做可能会让外国人耻笑:中国国民孝敬老人还需要国家鼓励奖励?太可悲了!因此,大家还是自觉些吧。

滴水之恩当涌泉相报。但是父母对我们的养育之恩是大海汪洋,我们何以为报?也只有常回家看看、常陪在父母身边才能让我们的心不在愧疚吧。

忽然,一种海洋怪物吸引了我,我快步走过去一看,哇!好丑呀,它的额头长着长剑、身着盔甲,灰不溜秋的。它是什么怪物呢?据工作人员介绍,它叫鲎,早在四亿年前它的祖先就已经出现了,随着时间的推移,与它同时代的生物或进化或灭绝了,但鲎却依然保留了最为原始的体貌而成为海洋生物的“活化石”。那家伙在水里静静地呆着,似睡非睡,我用手敲敲玻璃槽,它的眼睛一眨也不眨,好像很不在乎我们。

当我离开展览馆时,只见很多小朋友围在门口买小海龟。我悄悄地对爸爸说:“爸爸,小海龟会吃米饭的。”爸爸说:“真的,我们过去看看。”于是,我们俩挤进了人群,只见很多小海龟在大脸盆里围着圈,静静地在开会呢。多可爱的小海龟啊,我也很想买一只。但爸爸说:“没食物养小海龟,它会饿死的!”我说:“家里不是有米饭吗?”爸爸假装没听到我的话,我也只好不作声了。最后,我很不情愿地离开了展览馆。

二、率先发放全国首笔鸡舍抵押贷款

农行巴彦淖尔分行创新“农户抵押+政府风险补偿金+连带责任保证担保”的担保模式,将农户标准化鸡舍作为抵押,由五原县人民政府出资作为风险补偿金,并由山西平遥龙海实业公司与五原润海源实业有限公司提供连带责任保证担保,成功为养殖专业户徐虎发放全国首笔鸡舍抵押贷款150万元。

三、率先发放全国首笔农村土地承包经营权及地上附着物他项权证抵押下大棚抵押贷款

农行巴彦淖尔分行与杭锦后旗政府积极探索制定农村土地经营权及地上附着物抵押贷款流程,成功为张氏农庄办理全区首张农村土地承包经营权及地上附着物他项权证,并以此为抵押,办理全国首笔农村土地承包经营权及地上附着物他项权证抵押下大棚抵押贷款30万元。

四、率先发放全区首笔“肉牛活体抵押贷款+牲畜死亡率保险”贷款

在加快推进奶业振兴战略中,农行内蒙古分行创新制定了《中国农业银行内蒙古分行奶牛活体抵押贷款管理办法》和《中国农业银行内蒙古分行肉牛活体抵押贷款管理办法》,为内蒙古自治区牛养殖户解决了融资瓶颈。在此基础上,农行巴彦淖尔分行创新“肉牛活体抵押贷款+牲畜死亡率保险”模式,积极引入中原保险公司,形成风险保障和融资闭环,成功投放全区首笔“肉牛活体抵押贷款+牲畜死亡率保险”贷款200万元。

一、复习旧课。

二、观察例字,揭示新课。

老师拿出一个例字“刁”字,第一笔横折钩用红笔突出,要求学生注意观察这个字。

揭示课题。师:上一次的写字课上,我们同学已学会了三个字框的写法,这节课我们来学习新的内容,另三个字框和它们作偏旁组成的合体字。

二、指导书写偏旁。

(一)指导书写司字框。

师:同学们,我们首先要写好的字框是司字框,请大家仔细观察。

全班仔细观察后,请一位平时书写一般的同学板演写一个司字框,大家评议他写的字好在哪里,不好在哪里,即是否注意:

①“横”短“竖”长。

②“横”的起笔稍轻,“竖”的行笔中间稍轻。

全班练写一个司字框,和书上的例字对照后再继续写5个。

(二)指导书写“匚”。

师:同学们,我们接着要写好的字框是“匚”,请大家仔细观察。

全班仔细观察后,请一位平时书写较好的同学板演写一个“匚”,大家评议他写的字好在哪里,即是否注意:

①上横取中,竖折的竖稍向左斜。

②下“横”对正上横,比上横稍长。

全班练写一个“匚”,和书上的例字对照后再继续写5个。

(三)指导书写下三框。

师:下面,我们要写好下三框。请同学们从书上仔细观察,写好下三框要注意什么?

学生观察,要注意:

①边竖稍内斜,右竖比左“竖”稍长。

②“横”的行笔由重到轻并稍有弧度。

请两个学生同时在田字格中板演,各写一个下三框,全班比较评议。

全班练写一个下三框,和书上的例字对照比较,然后再另外练写5个。

三、指导书写有这几个字框的生字。

师:今天,同学们的三个字框也写得很不错,下面我们来学习把它们作偏旁后的合体字。

指名读要写的字:“刁”“习”“司”“区”“匹”“医”“山”“画”“幽”。

观察这些字框生字共同的间架结构特点。

指导学生观察“司字框”、“匚”和“下三框”作偏旁时,所占田字格中位置的不同。

学生模仿书上范写一个“刁”“区”,同时注意重要笔画在田字格中的位置,再与例字对照。

请两位同学板演,分别写“刁”和“区”,评议,全班练习写这两个字。

指导学生书写“山”。

观察“习”“司”“匹”“医”“画”“幽”这几个字。

指名分别在田字格中书写以上三个字,评议,说说谁写得好,为什么?

全班对照书上例字,每个字各写一个,再各练写5个。
