在以后的工作中不断的发现自己的不足,改正的自己的不足,把做一个优秀的移动客户人员为自己努力的目标。用自己的行动体现“用心服务,满意100”真正的内涵。

《中等职业学校收费管理暂行办法》:学费由学校财务部门统一收取,到指定的物价部门申领收费许可证,并使用省级财政部门统一印制的行政事业性收费专用票据。第十二条中等职业学校除收取学费和住宿费以外,未经财政部、国家计委、国家教委联合批准或省级人民政府批准,不得再向学生收取任何费用。

《中国民办教育促进法》:

写投诉信应本着真实的原则,如实的反映情况,投诉信应包括以下几部分:

投诉信基本特征是反映问题,诉说原由,目的是解决问题。写投诉信形式可以不拘一格,但反映问题时一定要把真实情况说出来,尽可能让人一看就明白。

第一,基本要素一个都不要少,一个都不要假。基本要素主要包括时间、地点、人物、事件、联系方式等,简单来说就是什么人什么时候在哪里遇到什么事情为什么没有解决,哪些问题需要报社提供帮助。联系方式包括投诉人和被投诉人的详细地址、电话、传真号码等。

第二,重点要突出,篇幅不宜长。投诉的内容要突出重点,尽量简明扼要,最好是在一至两页纸的篇幅内,把最想说的话说出来,让人一目了然。儋州市一位中学生投诉学校乱收费问题,她只用了不到100字的篇幅,另附一张收费单据(复印件)就把情况反映清楚了。

第三,尽可能提供证据,让人觉得你在理。投诉时最好提供足够的证据,让人觉得你投诉的内容真实可靠可信,更容易促进解决问题。通常在信中附寄的证据有:各种单据、证件、合同(协议)书、批文(批字、签字)、判决(裁定、鉴定)书等等。注意:邮寄或传真时只用复印件,原件自己保存好。

第四,注意时效,及早投诉。有好多事情是受时间限制的,如果超过规定期限(比如合同规定的期限、法律规定的时效),再行投诉有关部门依法可以不予受理。所以投诉要及早,要讲究时效。
