如何写好信息类材料

经常有朋友问如何写好材料，不过材料的种类纷繁复杂，三言两语难以阐明，在此仅以机关材料的一种常见类型――信息类材料为例，与大家共同探讨。

一、要写好信息，首先要弄清楚信息是什么。

信息，简而言之，就是人们需要了解或需要人们了解的情况。这与我们以往单纯将信息理解为新闻报道有很大的不同。在我看来，信息起码包含了三个方面的内容：一是紧急信息，即对紧急情况的反映。报送紧急信息特别强调信息的时效性，做到随发随报。一般来说，紧急信息都是出了了不得的大事。例如群体性事件、重大事故、突发情况，紧急信息一般事涉敏感，故不举例说明。二是工作动态类信息，就是工作变化情况的汇总。包括我们开展的各项工作、对上级部署的工作的落实情况、出现的问题，甚至一些负面的，但又必须让上级部门了解的情况，经过分管领导审核把关后，都可以作为工作动态类信息上报。三才是我们经常写的新闻报道类信息。这类信息主要是反映我们工作生活中的正面形象，包括好的经验、做法、以及产生了较大经济效益、社会效益、引起较大社会反响的活动，都属于新闻报道的范畴。

二、要写好信息，必须要搞明白信息给谁看。

就自己的工作实际来说，我认为主要给四类人看。一是信息要给本单位领导看，为单位领导掌握情况、科学决策提供依据。自五月起，我们就尝试着开始编撰本单位的《工作动态》，并分送单位领导阅示。但由于我们水平、经验所限，刊物的质量还不是很高，上面的信息也基本上是主要领导已经掌握的情况，为领导参谋助手的作用未能充分体现。以后我们再编撰信息刊物时，一定要对信息进行筛选、加工，尽量采集、编写更多领导还不了解或不完全了解的信息，还可以从互联网、报刊上摘抄一些其他地市的先进经验和做法，供领导借鉴参考。二是给上级部门看，就是给省厅、给州委州政府看，让上级部门了解我们到做什么、怎么做，对他们部署的事情如何开展工作，有哪些亮点特色，能否进行推广，出现了哪些问题，需要上级部门支持、协调解决。三是给所辖单位看。让他们看的目的，就是让其了解我们的'工作重点在哪里，帮助县市明确工作方向。同时摆出工作中出现的问题，让他们汲取教训，避免重蹈覆辙。四是给社会各界看，这主要是指新闻报道类信息。要通过新闻信息，让社会各界了解单位的工作、扩大自身影响。

三、要写好信息，务必学会怎么写信息。

总的来说，我认为如果学会了上述三点，应该算是写信息入门了，不说下笔如有神，但起码不至于“举笔如扛鼎”，半天憋不出一句话了。不过，需要提醒的是，文字终究只是小道，材料不可不会写，但绝不能只会写材料。某位大神曾经对我说过一句话：“一流秘书跟着领导到处跑，二流秘书办公室里材料搞，三流秘书厕所走廊卫生扫。”虽有戏谑和夸张，但却说明了一个道理：任何环境里，做人都比做事重要。如果把所有的精力都只放在写材料上，充其量只能算是个二流人才。无论是写材料还是在日常行政事务中，对大局的把握、对方向的判断、对微妙人际关系的处理都远远要比材料辞藻是否工整漂亮重要的多的多。写材料的目的，是为了培养出统筹全局的能力和高屋建瓴的视野，决不能舍本逐末，单纯为了写而写。

讲了半天想睡觉，最后说一句：富者赠人以金，智者赠人以言。希望能对那些经常抱怨写材料难的同志有些帮助。
