Hello everyone

I'm Li Hua a senior student from our school. Recently our class had a seminar on preventing age myopia. It's a growing concern among young people in our country which has drawn attention from our government and society.

It's widely known that myopia is primarily caused by excessive near work and lack of outdoor activities. I personally believe that cultivating good habits is of utmost importance. For example we should take a break after studying or using electronic devices for a while. We can do some eye exercises or just look out of the window to ease our eyes. In addition we should spend more time outdoors and have regular outdoor activities such as playing sports hiking or just walking around in the sunshine. By doing so we can not only improve our vision but also enhance our physical and mental health.

Apart from personal efforts we also need to raise public awareness of the importance of preventing and controlling myopia. Parents teachers and the society should work together to create a good atmosphere for vision health. Schools can adjust teaching methods and arrange more outdoor activities for students. Parents can supervise their children's study time and encourage them to join outdoor activities. The government can formulate relevant policies to promote vision health education and facilitate the construction of green and healthy cities.

In conclusion preventing age myopia is a long-term and arduous task. It requires collective efforts and a comprehensive approach. Let's work together to protect our vision and build a brighter future.
