Lots of people do. And now researchers from Brown University in Rhode Island think they know why. They found that one-half of the brain _remains more awake_ than the otherhalf when people are trying to sleep in a new place.

烩面粉是用优质小麦面粉制成的，加鸡蛋和盐，在和面之时就将其揉入面粉之中，经反复揉搓，使其筋韧，揪成小剂子，捏成片状两面摸上麻油。煮面之时，几番抖动，面片便由粗变细，被拉成宽约2厘米的薄面条，在滚水里浮沉几番也不易断开。烩面之香，功夫在于汤，汤是由小山羊肉和腿骨熬成的，加入*参、当归、黄芪、白芷、枸杞等中药熬上一天，既去了羊肉的膻气，又消减了羊肉的火气，十分滋补。舀上几勺高汤，把新鲜烩面和少许红薯粉直接放入高汤中煮，烩面盈润如百合瓣，外滑内韧，汤的鲜味细细渗透进面里，鲜香扑鼻;加上几块羊肉，配以黄花菜、木耳、千张丝、鹌鹑蛋等。上桌时外带香菜、辣椒油、糖蒜等小碟，其味更鲜。把面一小段一小段咬下，喝口汤，夹片羊肉，色、香、味足了。

烩面有许多种，加羊肉汤和羊肉的是羊肉烩面，换成牛肉汤和牛肉就是牛肉烩面，换成海鲜就是海鲜烩面。
