For instance, the bosses hire the experienced while they candidates have graduated from the college and never do they have time to practice and gain experience. Some vacancies even only serves for the postgraduate, but a college graduate is competent enough.

Last but not least, the Chinese education system may be ignored but, actually, its one of the primary cause. The Chinese education have arranged what the college should pursue instead of giving them choices. Just as a survey indicates there are 45% of the graduates present jobs are not related to their majors, and only 15% of their knowledge could be adopted to their job-hunting. Thus the most of them knowledge is of no use for the future work, and also the students are not interested at all but they are still forced to take the such courses. Its tragedy, isnt it?

大学生求职成了“卖方市场”

11月24日，由郑州大学**的毕业生招聘会上，500家用人单位来招人，万名毕业生来找工作，场面火爆。

12月4日，在省人才交流中心举行的20xx年河南省冬季人才交流大会暨大中专毕业生供需见面会上，万多人的日进场求职者人数创下历史新高，大门两度被挤破。

杨红瑞是来自郑州大学文学院对外汉语专业的大四学生，以上这两组数据让她在找工作时更多了些心理压力。“今年先后参加了好几场招聘会，发了三四十份简历，但只有六家单位有回复，参加面试的有三家，结果都不太理想。对于能否在明年正式毕业时找到满意的工作，心里没谱儿。”

据郑州大学毕业生就业指导服务中心副**张钦介绍，在20xx年，全国高校毕业生约100万人，到今年是559万人，根据教育部消息，明年高校毕业生***将达到611万人。毕业生人数的大幅增加，使高校毕业生就业面临更多的压力。同时，次贷危机、金融风暴影响到了整个社会经济环境，企业单位提供的职位减少了，也造成了大学生就业难。

许多大学毕业生目前都面临着求职和考研的两难选择，对此，张钦认为，“从大学毕业生总体就业情况看，**高的，的确找工作相对好找一些。但具体到每个人，是考研，或是工作，要根据自己的实际情况和理想来做选择。也许有人认为，当前经济形势差，对学习好的学生来说，考研是个不错的选择。但也许现在找工作后，经过两三年实践积累，要比将来刚走出校门的研究生更受职场欢迎。”

大学生创业网运营总监岳明途提出，在做选择之前，大学毕业生应该对自己有一个职业生涯规划。不管选择考研、就业，还是创业，都是职业生涯规划中的一个阶段，要问清楚自己心中追寻的目标，“因为机会永远只给有准备的人，所以要做一个有规划、有准备的毕业生。大学生就业准备应从大一入学时就开始。”

岳明途说，许多大学毕业生投递简历时都是大面积撒网，没有重点和目标。虽说跟当前找工作难的大形势有关，但也是不够理智的。“投递简历前要先问自己，为什么要投这家企业，是否真的喜欢这份工作，为这份工作所做的准备是否充分，这份简历是否是针对性地做了准备？较圆满地答复了自己再去投简历，也适当地减少求职成本。”

求职简历 不是越花哨越厚越好

投递简历无疑是大学毕业生找工作的一个“敲门砖”，什么样的简历更具有表现力？几位嘉宾分别表达了自己的看法和建议。

何伟认为，对网上求职的毕业生来说，要了解网络海量、快捷的特点，简历及时更新很重要，好让用人单位及时了解投递人近阶段的情况。“一份好的简历要简明扼要，有关证书用文字表述就可以了，具体证件可以在用人单位需要时再出示。简历中，工作经验是核心部分，在填写时，相关的工作内容、职责要详细描述。对毕业生来说，把曾受过的专业、技能培训写出来，也能为简历加分。最好再贴一张好的近照，形象给人的第一印象也十分重要。”

岳明途举例说，“我们单位在招聘看简历时，主要看两点，一是应聘者是否有强烈欲望来本单位工作，二是是否写清楚了自己的优势与特长所在，所具备的能力能否被我公司所用。因为时间关系，企业主管人员在筛选大量简历时，一般不会对每一份都看得很仔细，所以简历应尽量简明扼要，不是越花哨越厚越好。”

网路求职目前已成为现在大学毕业生找工作的主要途径，但一些虚假信息也给求职者制造了许多职业陷阱。

毕业生**杨红瑞讲述了两件发生在自己身上的事。“我通过网络找到了一家正在招聘的公司，面试结果没出来，公司却要求先交付165元的培训费，说是培训合格后才试用。还有一次在网上看到了一家文化公司招聘人，打了电话过去一问，原来是洗脚城在招人，觉得网络招聘信息的真实性有时值得怀疑。”

对此，何伟答复说，****早已出台了相关**，用人单位在招聘时不得**收取费用，毕业生们也要擦亮眼睛，自己辨别。对于网络上发布的用人单位信息，网站自身是有责任核实的。“在登记注册时，要确认相关信息。一旦接到求职者的.投诉，经过我们核实，会立即删除用人单位信息。性质严重的，会把其列入黑名单。对毕业生来说，在网上投简历也好，去用人单位应聘也好，在之前应通过网络或电话等方式，先了解企业相关信息后，再决定是否去应聘，谨防上当、受骗。”

大学生创业 做足准备再实干

许多大学生在毕业后选择了自主创业，但整体上成功率并不高。大学生创业网运营总监岳明途说，“在搜狐、新浪等网站曾做的一项**显示，有6成大学毕业生想创业。但毕业生首先要理解一个概念，创业就是创建自己的事业，而不是非要创办自己的公司、做老板，才叫创业。”

岳明途说，大学生创业前，要做好充足的准备，不仅是资金，还有管理等方面。创业方向也不要一味去追求新、奇、特，最好不要偏离了自己专业、专长，放弃自己所长而用自己所短去创业，成功率是很低的。“河南财经学院四个大一***曾集资16万元在淘宝上开店，结果不到半年血本无归。河南农大的学生用8万元开起了自己的公司，不到2年半就倒闭了。大学生创业之前，不仅要学习别人成功的经验，更要借鉴别人失败的经验，做足了相关的准备工作，创业之路就会走得顺利一些。”

好心态才能赢取好工作

“就业压力和就业形势是不容乐观的，但大学毕业生也不需过多抱怨这个问题，在求职的道路上，调整出好的心态很重要。”大学生创业网运营总监岳明途说，“确定了自己的职业规划目标，了解了自己的特长，铸构完备的知识结构后，再多去参加社会实践。一步步脚踏实地地做好了这些，相信一定能赢取一份好工作。”

张钦说，对于在考研和就业之间犹豫的大学毕业生来说，“不能只是为了逃避目前的就业压力去选择考研，也不能完全抱着悲观的心态去随便找份工作。要明确自己最终追寻的是什么，要以积极的心态去应对各方压力，才能抓到好的机遇，真正做主自己的人生。”

应该要利用课余时间参加兼职来锻炼自己，尽管毕业以后的求职问题距离自己还有着很长时间，但是我也应该提前进行规划以免届时难以在理想的岗位上进行工作，而且许多工作除了对学历有要求以外还会重视工作经验的积累，因此我得通过兼职的参与来积累经验并对职场生活有着大致的了解，毕竟无论是兼职还是毕业后的正式工作都会存在些许陷阱，我应该早些踏入其中并吃些亏才能够确保将来的.自己不会因为些许挫折便一蹶不振，也许缺乏经验的自己对未来的职业规划还有着许多幻想，但是面对社会上的竞争应该要更加实际地思考问题才行。

强化对专业知识的学习并合理安排自己的校园生活是很重要的，毕竟大学生的主要职责便是学习自然得要将其做好才行，而且丰富的理论知识也是将来求职过程中的资本之一，但我也不能够光喊口号以至于认不清实际生活中的问题，虽然以往的自己总是将奋斗和梦想挂在嘴边却严重缺乏实践经验，所以我得对自己的能开有着准确的认识以免将来毕业后存在着好高骛远的现象，事实上只有脚踏实地做好本职工作并朝着设置好的目标而努力才能够不断磨砺自身能力。

虽然学习职业规划课以后让我明白职场生活没有想象中那么美好，但我也明白未来有许多挑战都是自己需要面对的，所以我得做好专业知识的学习并利用课余时间积累实践经验，重要的是养成良好的习惯并用以鞭策自己，毕竟在奋斗过程中即便是些许的懈怠都有可能导致自己落后于人，我可不希望自己因为偷懒等问题导致在校期间染上不少陋习，而且我也应该对自己想要从事的职业有所了解并明白如何才能够达到岗位的要求。
