一：信头(Heading)

指发信人的单位名称、地址、发信日期。考试时候不要求写出。

格式：从信纸的上部中央往右写，第一行写单位名称，第三行写门牌号码、街名，第三行写市名、省名、国名，第四行写发信日期。学生写信时第一行写班级名称，第二行写学校名称，第三行写市、省名，第五行写国家名称，第六行写发信日期。国内信件国名可以不写。

二：信内地址(Inside Address)

格式：信头下隔一二行，从左边开始写，第一行写姓名、头衔，第二行写单位名称，第三行写门牌号及路名，第四行写市名、省名及邮政号码，第五行写国名。

三：称呼(Salutation)

格式：信内地址下隔一二行写称呼，其左要与信内地址第一行对齐。对不相识的男子，单数常用 “Sir”, “Dear Sir”, 或 “My Dear Sir”;复数常用 “Dear Sirs” 或“Gentlemen”。 对女子，单数常用 “Madam”，“Dear Madam”或“My Dear Madam”;复数常用“Mesdames”或 “My Dear Mesdames”;对比较熟识的男子，普通称 “Dear Mr. ……”; 女性通常称“Dear Mrs. (或Miss)……”，

写感谢信应注意以下几点:

1、从明天早上开始。好好学习，失败也好成功也罢，那都已经过去了。自己能把握的只有未来!早上5：30起床去小树林读我的专业课本。

2、开学以后尽量保证当天的作业当天完成，如果因为晚上有课不能完成的。第二天一定要抽时间做完。晚上回宿舍以后没有正常的事不能用他们的电脑，这一学年自己好好学习拿到奖学金自己买一台不是更好么?

3、每一月要给家里打一次电话，不要让妈妈太担心自己了。

(1)了解自己个方面的情况。能够了解自己深在的人只有自己，人只有战胜了自己才能打赢外物。

(2)明白自己的身份及该身份下的任务。正常的人都至少有一个身份，他的行动就应该受到这社身份的限制。而学生的责任就是学习，不仅是学习而且还是有效的学习。制定的主要计划及其目标也应该以身份为主。目标可以分为终极目标与子目标之分，当前的奋斗方向是子目标，而大脑也不能忘记终极目标并且要时刻记住它。只有实现了子目标才有可能实现终极目标。

(3)必须知道要实现终极目标是漫长而艰难的。这就是说不能急于求成，遇到阻碍要正确的面对而不能够自暴自弃。失落是允许的，但长时间的失落却是可耻的。

(4)朋友是最重要的，不能用任何借口忘记朋友。知识是随时都可能遇见的而朋友这是难的，朋友是一辈子的事情，不可以马虎半点。

(5)这些“话”是不完善的，是要在实践过程中不断补充的。学习是人一生的事的，很明显随着时间及实践的推进，我们的学习方面会出现许多的问题，其对策也就要补充。补充不是目的，而是为了完善自己求知状态的一种手段。
