六、活动目的：阳春三月，春意盎然，大自然正慢慢地在和煦的春风的吹拂下苏醒，让同学们感受春天的生机与美丽。为增强班级凝聚力，体现团结友爱的班级精神，让班级在新学期中体现新的活力，以积极向上的面貌迎接新学期，我们班将开展龟山风景区一日游，在走进大自然自然美好风光的同时，放松心情。

七、活动安排

(一)前期准备工作

1、为保障同学们的利益与安全，实行自愿报名原则。

2、了解旅游路线与行程、价格，就相关的各类事项达成共识。

3、召开班会。为同学讲解春游当天的行程，让同学们对行程有大致的了解。同时提醒同学们出行时应该注意的问题，例如不要私自离队独立行动，注意人身财产安全等。

4、完成活动当天工作人员的安排，维持春游当天的秩序。

5、与风景区的工作人员商议好出游价格后，出游经费来源为自费，由生活委员徐佩统一收龋

6、生活委员徐佩应当提前了解有晕车症的同学，并做好相应的措施准备。

7、由文娱委员张维维构思行车过程中车上娱乐活动安排，如猜谜游戏、歌曲大PK等，及时调节气氛，避免车上冷场现象。同时准备出游过程的摄影工具，尽量准备多几台相机。

8、注意各项工作负责人需及时跟本活动负责人汇报各项工作的进程。

9、把班上的人分为两组，第一组有蒋达同学负责，第二组由班委负责。

10、坐596的时候分为两组，蒋达第一组同学先走，其第二组随后。

(二)活动当天事宜

1、活动时间：4月10日早上8：00到指定地点(江大文理门口)集中，点名确定人员，分别乘车去596终点站，注意确保各人员安全。

2、活动内容：

(1)、在前往景点的途中，让同学们在车上交流分享曾经出游的经历，趣事;玩小游戏。同时再次提醒同学们游玩时应该注意的事项。

(2)、抵达后，分为两小组分别进行观赏，上午十二点在龟山电视塔集合点名;

(3)、各位同学午餐，水自备：

(4)、下午一点在月湖游玩，可以进行放风筝，照相等活动

(5)、计划14：00点回到学校。

3、后期工作

(1)清点各自带的物品，确定人数;

(2)了解同学们对本次春游的满意程度;

(3)用本次活动的照片和同学们的感想传到群空间，大家共享其资源。

4、注意事项

(1)出发前由宣传委员龙舒畅同学做好有关出游安全方面的宣传，提醒同学们不要私自离队，要集体行动。

(2)行为举止大方得体，不在风景区里大声喧哗，乱扔垃圾，破坏公物，破坏环境。

(3)在游玩过程中，注意看护好自己所携带的物品，避免丢失或者损坏。

(4)提醒同学们出发前手机充足电，出游全程保持手机处于开机状态，方便联系。

(5)出行时由生活委员徐佩准备应急药品，如清凉油、风油精、晕车丸等等，以处理突发状况。

(6)期间出现任何突发情况时，要及时上报负责人，负责人及时处理好应变工作。
