这四种图表其实可以划分成两类：变化类和占比类。变化类图表包括柱形图和线形图，这两个重在趋势变化，特点是分横坐标和纵坐标，其中有一个坐标为时间，另一个坐标为数值，显示的是项目随着时间的变化而增长或减少，也有人称为动态图表。占比类图表包括饼状图和表格，这两个重在比例大小，往往没有时间，显示的是当前阶段各个要素的比例，不体现变化，也被叫做静态图表。

确定了图表的分类，怎么对这两类图表进行描述呢？我是个对数字极其不敏感的人，看到数字就头疼，所以图表描述这块真的很让我头大，根本不知道从何开始描述。一战时候也看过关于描述图表的一些方法，学了各种图表描述的句子，但是费了很大劲儿还是记不住，感觉没描述到点儿上。

但是，还是要硬着头皮去找规律，我是希望能有一个图表描述的固定句型，到了考场只套不同的数据就可以。经过对历年真题的研究，加上参考不同资料，这个规律还真被我找到了，套用起来还算比较简单。

其实考研大作文就是我们小学语文课学过的“看图说话”。图表作文和漫画作文一样，一个是看图说话，一个是看表说话。我们经常说，对一个人的第一印象怎么怎么样。第一印象不就是整体印象嘛，描述图表也是，先总体描述一下，再说细节，这是符合从整体到局部的观察顺序的。所以，第一段的图表描述就包括两部分，首先是整体描述，再是具体的细节描述。而整体描述其实就是描述标题，一句话概括即可，比如图表描述了关于什么什么的信息。具体的细节描述就是描述图表中具体的项目数据，选取两点细节描述就可以，不宜写得过长，以免喧宾夺主。关于图表怎么描述，我专门写了一篇文章，详细介绍了每一句该如何展开，该用什么表达。链接在这：

第二段：怎么分析原因？在确定第一段思路的时候，我遵循的是从整体到局部的一个描述顺序，说白了就是总分顺序。描述原因还是按照总分的逻辑来，总分思路主要得益于之前看过一个关于英语写作的帖子，里面介绍了美国的一个语言学家卡普兰曾经做过的一个调查：美国学生、亚洲学生在英文写作中体现出的思维方式和背后的文化影响。调查发现，美国学生的英文写作模式是直线型的，即开篇提出论点，接下来就用具体的论据支撑论点。无论一篇文章还是一个段落，都有一个主题句（topic sentence）来概括中心思想。因此整篇文章结构严谨，脉络清晰。相反，亚洲学生的写作模式是螺旋型的，重在思路的自由流畅，思想的含蓄表达，通常是绕了好几圈到了文章末尾才点明主题；或者通篇都不说明中心思想，由读者自己去领悟和联想。西方人在不了解东方文化背景和思维模式的时候，常对这种螺旋型的感到无从理解。而我们既然写的是英语文章，就应该遵循英文的写作模式，尤其要重视主题句的作用。所以，第二段可以先总的说一下有两点原因，接着分写两条具体的原因。我个人觉得这是最难写的一段。首先，在切入角度上，刘洪波老师的以人为本法和主题词法对我非常有启发，美中不足的是，刘老师提供的角度有点多。我理想的原因分析是能找到两个万能角度，这样在考场上的操作效率才会高。但是，怎么能让这两个原因通用万能，适合更多的考题我犯了难。

何凯文老师说，“在英文写作过程中，我们无非会遇到两个问题：1）无话可说，对于写作本身就有障碍。2）有话可说，却不知如何用正确的英语表达。”无话可说的问题我在一战时候已经经历过，其实就算是用中文写一篇图表作文，我可能都写不好，这也是大多数人共同存在的问题，这是没有提前准备出应对考题的写作角度导致的。在总结问题后，看了这么多资料，我已经梳理出中文的逻辑框架，写作角度已经确定固化，剩下最大的问题就是怎么用英语表达出来。空想是没用的，都说最有价值的复习资料就是真题本身。所以，我觉得研究真题才是王道。于是，我试着从话题上找线索。

我发现，这些真题作文题目，确实像刘洪波老师说的，不管是社会生活还是校园生活，每种话题都离不开人，都和人这个群体息息相关。怎么才能把现象背后的原因和人结合到一起呢？我思考了很久，想破了脑袋也无果，就卡住了。后来，我在专业课复习时候，发现历史主观题回答都是有套路的，要从时代背景、政治经济文化这些点去分析原因影响。我一下子就想到了图表作文的原因分析了，两个简直有异曲同工之妙，只是历史时代不一样，但是在性质上都是分析特定时代特定问题的原因，所以分析的角度上应该是通用的。不管图表作文中要反映什么现象，现象发生的原因除了敏感的政治角度，都可以从社会经济这个角度切入。第一条原因可以说，社会经济的发展提升了人们生活水平，推动了这一现象的发生。比如，2018年，消费者选择餐厅会考虑不同因素这个现象，就可以说First, owing to an economic boom that is durable and lasting, the living standards of ordinary people have been rising consistently, which turns out to be an essential prerequisite for this phenomenon's happening.经济发展了，人民生活水平提高，成了这个现象发生的重要前提。完全说得通。如果第一条原因算作外因的话，第二条原因就需要从人这个主体的内部需求内因出发，进行分析，毕竟内因才是根本的第一位的原因。所以，第二条原因可以说，个人需求（心理精神上的需求）推动了这个现象的发生。还是消费者选择餐馆这个例子，就可以说Second, with basic needs of people significantly satisfied, they drive and force higher-level needs to emerge, thus facilitating the observable occurrence of this phenomenon.人们的基本需求满足之后，就会有更高的需求，也是现象发生的原因。要想切合更多的考题就需要从这两个角度积累更多的语料，我除了从黄皮书历年真题的范文里摘抄相关的表达外，还从以上几本作文书里面找了更多地道的说法。关于这些语料内容，很多老师也持相同的观点，语言第一，结构第二，内容第三。所以，内容上只要做到相关就可以，能自圆其说就行。考研作文题目其实就是想培养学生在纷繁复杂的社会中保持正确的三观，世界观人生观价值观。所以，我们写的每一句话每一个字在内容上能符合主旋律，不跑偏就可以，不必追求创新、特立独行。第三段：怎么给出评论？

以前语文老师让我们写作文的时候，经常说最后一段就是一个总结和升华。放在考研作文上，第三段主要涉及一些场面话，说的宏观漂亮一点就可以。既然题目要求明确说明要给出个人评论了，第一句肯定是先评论，给个结论句，比如：以上这些因素都预示这种现象会继续发展。接着就是老套路的提建议和给预测，都是非常简单的两句，比如：我们应该树立正确的心态，采取什么样的行动；只有这样才有一个更好的未来等等。这样，图表作文的9句框架就完全清晰了。

一、关于调查问卷

1、问卷调查的问题

本次调查问卷是由课题组成员共同设计的。由三部分组成，即调查单位基本情况、主体问卷以及对商务英语专业课程设置的情况调查，共设计问题 35 个，其中调研单位 及被调查者个人基本情况 5 个，市场人才需求和课程设置调查具体问题 30 个。

2、问卷调查的途径

此次调查问卷发放采取的方式有两种，一是邮寄问卷，二是通过走访的方式，直 接到调查单位发放问卷，与管理者进行面对面的交流和采访，并把答卷当场提交上来。 邮寄的调查问卷以及走访单位的范围包括全国 5 个省、12 个市，共发放问卷 500 份， 收回问卷 156 份，其中有效问卷 128 份。

二、基本情况

本次调查的单位主要涉及国营和事业单位、民营企业、中外合资企业、商贸和股份制公司、个体及私营公司等。从企业规模看，大型企业占 22、0%、中型企业占

31、5%、小型企业占 46、5%。从企业的经济类型看，国有企业占 10、4%、民营企业占 23、5%、中外合资企业占 9、0%、商贸和股份合作制公司占 25、5%、个体和私营公司 占 31、6%。

调查以公司和>企业管理者为对象，其中企业经营者职务为董事长、总经理、厂长、企业高层副职占 26、0%，市场部及人事部经理职务占 38、5%，工程师和技术人员 8、7%， 公司职员 17、5%，其它职务占 9、3%。受调查的 128 人中，男性占 64、1%，女性占 35、9%、

三、对商务英语专业人才需求情况

在本次调查中，在问到调查单位目前是否有引进商务英语人才计划时，有 60、9% 的单位选择了“有”；暂未考虑和没有的分别为 23、4%和 15、6%。这说明市场对商务 英语专业毕业生需求是比较大的，培养的前景是乐观的。调查中，认为最受企业欢迎 的商务英语专业毕业生类型是“学习成绩好，并具有较强的社交能力的”占 60%，其次 是“社交能力强”的占 27、9%，而“学习成绩好”的占 12、1%、可见综合素质高是最 受欢迎的毕业生类型。

在问到对商务英语专业毕业生的具体要求（可多种）时，提出“英语口语好”的 比例最多占 61、6%，依次是“交际能力强”占 53、8%，“具有扎实的基本功，业务能 力强”占 42、6%，“有一定的商务实践能力”占 40、5%，“英语+商务”占 19%，毕业生 “要过英语四级”的占 18、5%，“有国家二级计算机证书”的占 10、3%，“具有良好的 职业道德和就业观念”占 5、6%，“形象气质佳”的占 3、1%。

对于职业资格证书对毕业生是否重要的问题上，调查单位表示重要的比例为 45%， 认为不太重要，重实际能力的占 54、7%。由此可看出用人单位已倾向于看重毕业生的 实际能力和水平，但从统计的比例数也可看出目前不少单位还是重视毕业生是否拥有 各种证书。

四、对商务英语专业学生教学及课程开发的要求调查

在本次调查中，调查单位对商务英语专业教学和课程设置的问题是比较关心的。 在问到商业英语专业的英语基础课是否需要以商务内容为学习材料时，有 82、5%的单 位选择了同意；不同意也不反对和不同意的分别占 12、3%和 5、2%。这表明商务英语 专业的英语基础课的教材以商务内容为学习英语技能的材料是符合市场需求的。

在商务英语专业的专业课教学应该用英语进行还是借助汉语讲授的问题上，同意 借助汉语讲授商务知识的比例最高占 45、3%，同意用英语讲述的比例占 33、6%，不同 意也不反对的比例是 21、1%。可见，赞成借助本族语学习商务知识的比重较大，说明 专业知识的学习与英语技能的培养相关性不是十分大。

在问到针对商务英语专业的学生在大学期间应开设哪些课程为好时，有 31、5%的 经营者建议开设“商业英语精读”和“商业英语听说”课程；要求开设“>国际贸易实务”、“商务礼仪”和“>市场营销学”的比重也较大分别为 25、6%、14、1%和 10、9%；“商务英语写作”占 18%，“>电子商务”占 16、3%，“国际金融” 15、3%，“经济学”占 14、6%，还有提出开设“>社会学”和“管理学”等。

五、存在的主要问题及改进建议

通过此次调查了解到，用人单位对学校培养学生方面有较高的要求，其中认为学 校应该培养学生能够与各种人打交道，具有较强的沟通能力的比例最高达到了 43、5%，其次是：培养学生具有较强的实务操作能力（21、5%）、培养能力和知识相并 重的学生（19、3%）不太清楚或无建议（15%）。

在问到“您作为用人单位，能否就高等职业院校商务英语专业的学生培养方面， 提出一些宝贵意见和建议”时，有的调查单位表现出很强的社会负责感，提出了很多 建设性的意见和建议，归纳起来有以下几个方面；1）提高学生的整体素质；2）培养 思想道德好的学生；3）要求学生打好英语语言基础，口语流利并具有较强的商务实践 能力；4）学校要注重教学质量；5）找实践单位，参加社会实践学习，进行实用型教 育；6）要培养学生具有一定的书面表达和翻译能力；7）鼓励学生增强自信精神；8） 培养学生具有社会交往能力，提高整体形象等。

从此次调查问卷可以看出，用人单位对毕业生和学校的要求都具有较强的实用性 和针对性的特点，既要求学生有较高的英语语言技能，尤其是英语口语水平，又需要 学生具有较好的商务实践和商务沟通能力，也对学校提出了培养学生的综合素质和提 高教育教学质量的要求。这些调查结果应引起我们极大的关注和重视，有待在今后的 商务英语专业教学中进行调整和强化，它也是进行商务英语专业课程开发和课程设置 改革的重要依据，具有宝贵的参考和实用价值。

小学英语课程已大面积开设，本人就开县小学>英语教学现状展开了调查。经过实 地调查走访以及与其他乡镇教师交流，对本县乡镇小学英语教学现状有了初步的了解。 现就几点突出问题提出自己的对策。

一、问题

1、学校对英语教学不重视

经了解，许多乡镇学校没有专职的英语老师，英语课全由本班的语数教师兼任。 由于在质量监测考试中，英语只占 20 分，就形成这样一个普遍观念－－英语是副科， 不如语数重要。所以，英语课几乎被语数老师占用，改上为语数课。尽管有的学校有 英语专业的教师，但这些老师却被学校安排上语数课，未实现专科专用。有的学校甚 至从未开设英语课，而是在临近考试前的两个月，才来给学生恶补英语。以至于六年 级这样的高年级学生连 26 个字母都不能完全认读，英语基础几乎为零。

2、师资短缺，教师工作量大

农村小学英语教师一般都是兼>职教师，任课量多，不仅要任语文、数学主考科目 而且还有其它的副科。一个教师平均要任三至四门的课且任多少课就得备多少课，导 致备课量较大，教师工作负荷较重，无暇花费更多的精力来提高自己的英语教学水平。 例如，我校就只有我一位英语教师，三、四、五、六年级的英语课全由我一个人上。 每天我要备四堂课，写四份教案，制作四份课件，批改四个年级的作业，有时还要参 加学校的听课活动。我感到教学工作负担十分沉重，我每天都在疲于备课上课，很难 有充分的时间钻研教材，提高自身的素质，提高教学技能。同时由于专职英语教师少， 各学校缺乏教学研究的氛围，领导对英语教研这一项工作也不是很重视，即使曾派英 语教师出外学习，但回来后也只是个人写一写>收获，很少组织集中讨论英语教学。因 此教学观念和方法得不到及时更新，教学只能停留在低层次水平上。例如，我校就我 一位英语教师，遇到问题时我没有前辈可以请教，也没有同事可以交流讨论，总是自 己一个人在闭门造车。

3、村校教学设备严重不足

小学英语教学形式要生动，活泼和直观，语言活动形式以听说唱演赛为主，需要 配备录音机，幻灯片，实物，图片等大量直观的教具，然而村校的教学设备却严重不 足。教师上课仅靠一张嘴，一根粉笔。这样落后的教学设备直接影响了教学效果，学 生的学习态度及学习热情。就拿我任教的村校来说吧，连一台录音机都找不到。我都 是自己收集废旧纸板，画简笔画，制作单词卡片。上课时，我都是把自己的笔记本电 脑背去山上的村校，给学生放音频资料。

4、村校孩子胆小，羞于说英语。

由于交通不便，信息闭塞，教学设备有限，村校的学生不如城市和中心校的学生 见多识广，他们大多胆小拘谨，缺乏自信。加之英语是他们从未接触过的新学科，他 们就更加没有自信，不敢大胆说英语。因为他们总担心自己会出错，会被老师批评， 会被同学嘲笑。我在村校上课期间，从来没有一个学生会举手主动回答老师的提问。 印象最深的一次是：我让一位女同学站起来读字母，她磨蹭了一分钟才站起来，在我 的引导下，勉强读完了字母。在坐回座位后，她竟对我怒目而视，好像我和她有什么 深仇大恨似的。我想，这位同学之所以有这么激烈的反应，可能是村校学生都存在这 样的心理：我不会读英语，老师还让我读，这不是让我出丑，让我被同学耻笑吗？

二、改善策略

1、改进教学评价体系

教学评价能发挥导向和激励作用，教学无评价，就不能有效地促进学生的学习， 必将严重影响这门课程的开设效果。建议我县在每学期期末考试中增加英语学科的考 试，亦或是提高英语学科所占分值比重，只有这样，各学校才会重视这门学科。其次， 学校领导要重视英语教学，树立正确的教育观、质量观、构建积极有效的评价体系。 客观公正地评价考核小学英语教师，注重教学过程和工作态度，优先选派英语教师外 出学习。不要因为英语考试所占分值比重较低，而轻视这一学科。
