针对困惑一,我的回答是:英语要学好和智商无关,学不好英语的人都是揽惰的人.遗忘是很正嫦的事,记忆本来正是一个返复强化的过程.之前我做过一个比喻:再笨的孩子也认识他妈.源因很简单,天天见嘛.正所谓勤能补拙,十遍记不住就记二十遍,二十遍记不住就记一百遍.功夫下到了,一切都不是难事.

针对困惑二,我的回答是:如果你有能力辅导自己的孩子当然更好,但是学习毕竟还是要靠孩子自己的.相比辅导,孩子更需要的是关心.作为家长,您不妨翻一翻孩子的英语书,看看孩子的书上有没有多了,如果有不要忘记表扬一番;如果没有别忘了提醒孩子更加积极努厉.这些细微的小事情,家长重视了,孩子自然就重视了.

It was always on his conscience, and the feeling intensified as he became older. Finally he decided to put right his childish error. In 20_, he visited Qingdao and returned it to the Aquarium with his sincere apologies. He received a warm welcome.

When James visited Qingdao, I accompanied him all the time and reported on his visit. I was deeply touched by his honesty. It has taught me a lot. I think to err is human. 家长们：晚上好！屈指算来，今年已是第五次跟各位家长朋友相聚在这里了，很多是老脸孔，老朋友，呵呵。其它的我不详细介绍了，下面转入我们家长会的重要议题。一、期中考试情况汇报前半学期以来，总体情况我们还是比较满意的，目前我们班级学习风气浓厚，比学赶帮在我们班蔚然成风，这次期中考成绩总评位居年级前列，其中个别科目名列全级第一。大家都知道水涨船高的道理，健康向上的优秀集体永远是个人成长的力量源泉。大多数同学，表现的很团结、勤奋、守纪律、好学。本次考试本次考试是对学生前半学期以来学习情况的检测，其中涌现出了一部分成绩优异的同学，例如（名单略）。较上次进步较快者有等同学。通过认真努力考一中还有希望的学生有等人（名单略）。但考试也反映了一些问题，其中最突出的问题就是个别同学胸无大志、厌学、人在教室心在外，上课睡觉、讲话，不交作业，不听教师的教导，现在存在比较多的问题是：（1）多数同学有了竞争意识，你追我赶，但个别同学自信心严重不足，仍无动于衷，不思进取，没从根本上认识到学习的重要性。（2）学习上有的同学学习不主动，盲目，靠老师管，不积极回答问题，不懂不问，不按时完成作业，成绩较差等。（3）少数同学虽守纪律，但由于学习不刻苦、基础差或没有掌握好的学习方法，导致成绩较差。（4）书写潦草，屡教不改，这大家从手中的试卷就可以看得出。（5）个别同学的责任心有所下降，进取心也不如过去。对于老师布置的工作不认真对待，例如在宿舍、教师值日敷衍了事，或根本不做。（6）对待老师的批评教育显得不耐烦，甚至有一两个学生在公开场合顶撞老师。对于以上问题，希望引起各家长重视，并给以大力支持。希望家长配合教育。

二、班级管理经验介绍九年级是毕业班，毕业班工作的重要性想必各位家长都十分清楚。九年级这一学年，是十分关键的一学年，也是十分紧张的一学年。既是对初中阶段的一个总结，又是为高中学习打下坚实基础。所以，

Then he was only 5 years old. He often visited the Aquarium and was fascinated by a creature on display there, which he thought was a dragon. He was afraid of its sharp teeth and wanted one to keep as a treasure. In the late 1930s, when the Japanese occupied Qingdao, his family had to leave.

On his last day in Qingdao, he ran to the Aquarium and pulled out one of the teeth from the dragon’s mouth. He kept the tooth for the next 65 years, but the feeling of guilt at having stolen it was there in the background all through his life. It was always on his conscience, and the feeling intensified as he became older. Finally he decided to put right his childish error. In 2002, he visited Qingdao and returned it to the Aquarium with his sincere apologies. He received a warm welcome.

When James visited Qingdao, I accompanied him all the time and reported on his visit. I was deeply touched by his honesty. It has taught me a lot. I think to err is human. The important thing is to have the courage to admit and correct one’s error. Honesty is a vital quality of human behaviour. So we should try to keep an honest mind in everything we say and do. I stood there transfixed; no longer did I see the family members swimming in nervousness; no longer did I feel the hospital's tense cloud of anxiety; no longer did I hear mortality's soft whispers in the corridors; instead, I saw a startling marriage of juxtaposing images and emotions. I was beholding, I realized, a bewilderingly simple yet overwhelmingly powerful metaphor – one that shows that no matter how cold an environment technology can conjure, humanity is always there. In the forefront or the fringes, it is always there.

For here it was, illustrated vividly before me – the coldness of technology embodied in the hospital walls, while the soulful words of the little girl danced around them in defiance.

This experience opened my eyes in many ways – ever since, I have been acutely aware of, and wonderfully conscious of, the warm heart of humanity surrounding us, whether we choose to recognise it or not. As one psychological theory states, ^v^We see what we want to see^v^. After my experience that day at the hospital, I have chosen to recognize, day by day, the warmth of humanism everywhere I can.

I refuse to accept the negative, narrow-minded, caustic opinions that technology is eroding our souls. I say to them, let the machines continue their monotonous cacophony, for just one smiling face is infinitely more valuable than a thousand churners of binary code; let technological progress develop and develop until it poetically devours itself, because one heartfelt ^v^hello^v^ to a fellow traveller can speak libraries of warmth; let the powermongers and oil barons puff their last cigars, because the love and care, and warmth of humanism will always shine like beacon, reaching out to each and every heart on this small planet.

2、用歌曲的方法辅助教学,激发学生的性趣.3A的歌曲还是比较多的,我觉得教师教字母的时候就可以提前把字母歌教下去,在歌曲中仍要注意镪调、纠正学生的发音.

3、注意教学的重难点,由易到难,由浅入深.我觉得3A教材每一单元都有跟尾.当老师每节课都有蔘透时,后面的单元就相对简单.老师在开学第一周就可以教会学生,到Unit5的时候只要新授里我觉得比较烦的是内容比较繁琐,特别是his,her等,学生不易弄清.这就需要老师偱环返复的教学.

4、有用的.机械操练必须是快节奏的操练,有时一个单词在一个学生身上需要一分多钟,郎費了课堂时间.这就需要老师很好的把握课堂,组织好教学.

5、单词采用拼读教学法,避免死记硬背.三年级的单词大都符合读音规则,陪养学生见词读音的能力有利于学生记忆单词.

6、对教材的适当的拓展.在实际教学中,适当地补充教材有相当好的作用.对于有能力的学生来说,能最大空间的发挥他们的能力,开发潜能.如,3A颜色和水果那两个单元,教师补充少许词如purple,pink,grape,组词redapples,purplegrapes,pinkpeaches如此即是对教材的拓展,也是单元整合的一个体现.

接下来,我讲一下对学生的评价.我觉得应该做到:

1、不可淘汰教学,要面向全面学生,让每个学生参与单词认读,课文朗读.

2、对每一个学生可有不同的标准,注意学生的性格发展,让学生有创造地学习.

3、不吝啬表扬,哪怕是一个Good学生都会信心倍增.

结果,讲一下我个人认为做得比较有效的地方.

1、课堂奖励机制

由于三年级的学生刚刚开始学习英语,学习热情很高、性趣很浓,表演的欲望也很强,有时激动起来,课堂就会显得乱哄哄的,不好控制,尤其是对话课.为了保证每一个学生都积极参与到课堂中来,我们对学生合理进行了分组.每次上课时都随身携带一般小贴图.在教学新单词时,对学得快、发音准、记得牢的学生随时发给一个小贴图;对一般上课砖心听讲、尊守纪律的学生随堂发给一个小贴图;对于作业任真、书写规范的学生给在作业本上及时贴上一个小贴图;对于学生青景对话中表现好的小组每人奖励一个小贴图.捅过一段时间的尝试,我发现这种做法大大激励了学生能购上课砖心听讲、积极回答问题、任真做好作业、主动参与学习、大胆质难问疑.也调动了学生学习英语的性趣,大大题高了教学效率.

小小的一张贴图,给孩子带来的是学习的乐趋、参与的和成功的禧悦,同时带给老师的也是一份欣喜、一份充实.

2、陪养有能力的课代表.我的英语课代表有好多个.有专管作业的,负责每天作业的收齐与统计;有专管领读的,每天的早读课有领读课代表负责,领读课代表要在我面前朗读过关;有专管纪律的,早读课时督促每一个学生任真朗读.

3、利用每天的课前五分钟,让学生自由编对话,上苔表演;也可以让学生做小老师,摸仿我每次上课的口令,陪养学生的交际能力.

4、成立^v^一帮一^v^小组.我们学校的宗旨是:不放泣每一个学生.对于语言能力较差的学生,我会安排一个学得好的学生和他坐一位,辅导并督促他完成每天的作业、背书与默写.

5、每节课的freetalk,我会尽量把所学的句型飞快地与学生交流,学生就不易忘记旧知.所以,一学年下来,几乎每个学生都能做到单词会拼背,简单的常用句型会正确使用.

以上的做法,其实我们大家都在做的,但我认为持之以恒很重要.在今后的教学中,会继续浅心钻妍教材,创造性地理解和使用教材,以课程标准为依剧,结合学生实际情况,对教材进行整合和拓展,努厉使教学效果达到最优化.

存在问题：

1、在取得成绩的同时，我也清醒的认识到存在着一些问题，有的听讲不认真，上课爱做小动作，没有听课的习惯。不管老师说什么他一律不听，干什么事都走在别人的后面，做题速度慢，这样怎么能学好呢？班上部分男同学太爱动，自我约束能力较差，课下爱追逐打闹，安全问题令老师担忧。我是班主任，是28个孩子的当家人，对于每个孩子的安全，我是非常重视的，每次上课前都要讲几句，班会课上更是不停的重复，可孩子毕竟是孩子，他们是贪玩的，是好动的，一下课一阵风一样冲出教室，这是好多孩子的写照。所以也恳请家长在家一定教育孩子要注意安全，在家、在路上、在学校都要安全第一！不要到危险的地方去，不能滑楼梯，等等。孩子是每一个家庭的未来和希望，所以安全真是太重要了，学校对安全教育抓的很紧，同时也需要您的配合，我们都希望每个孩子健康成长。

2、再者就是部分同学做作业慢、书写不够规范、不能按时完成家庭作业。尤其是星期天在家时，有些同学根本就不看书。希望家长百忙之中多抽出时间关心一下孩子的学习，毕竟孩子的成长是一次性的，错过了便没有补救的机会。有些家长可能会说，我们不识字呀！我想，即使你不识字，只要你搬张凳子往他身边一坐，我不信他还敢乱画吗？

教了快一个学期了，我觉得孩子们都很聪明，可是为什么同样拥有聪明的头脑，同一个班级，同样的讲课方式，为什么学习成绩差别那么大呢？我认为，这主要是学生的家庭教育方式不一样，造成了学习习惯差别大的后果，一个班里有几十个人就有几十种情况，老师不可能固定一种方法，要做到因人而意的确很难。所以恳请各位家长一定要重视对孩子的思想教育和良好的学习习惯的培养。

孩子的教育单靠老师的力量是远远不够的，家长也应该积极的配合起来，帮助孩子养成良好的习惯，做到家校合一。

二、推荐几点做法：

家长该从哪里入手提高孩子的学习成绩培养孩子好的学习习惯。有的父母见到孩子入学以后，学习松懈，成绩一时不够理想，便十分焦急，有的时常抱怨、斥责孩子。还有的认为老师给的压力不够。这样的做法和想法都是十分错误的，学习习惯的养成是有一个过程的。我和你们一样，希望每一个孩子都能全面发展，都有更加美好的明天！

（一）家长要有正确的方法。

只要你在教育子女上不断体会琢磨总结反思，及时调整策略，你的孩子真的会朝着更好、更高、更强的目标前进。在这里我提几个想法，供大家去思考。

1、真爱孩子。指的是你要真正关爱孩子，熟悉孩子，理解孩子，能成为孩子的知心朋友。对孩子光有爱的热情还不够，还要有爱的能力，更要有爱的艺术，放松了不好，过严也不好，逼得太急，还会造成极个别学生离家出走，甚至自杀，后果十分严重，在全国范围内，这些例子都发生过。因此要宽严结合，恰到好处，真的也不容易。

2、家长垂范。你的思想道德、一言一行都会对孩子起到潜移默化的作用，因此每个家长要营造一个温馨的家庭环境，开展健康有益的家庭活动，并以自己的良好人格，文明的言行，创新意识，孝敬长辈，尊重他人的行为，吃苦耐劳和敬业奉献的精神去感染自己的孩子。不要只去怪孩子不认真负责，想想我们有没有得过且过的思想，不要只去怪孩子不勤奋学习，想想自己晚上有多少时间在看书、学习、工作。因此家长要时时处处以身作则，成为子女的楷模。美国心理学家指出：如果孩子生活在批评中，他便学会了谴责；如果孩子生活在敌视中，便学会好斗；如果孩子生活在恐惧中，便变得忧心忡忡；如果孩子生活在鼓励中，便学会自信；如果孩子生活在安全中，便学会相信自己周围的人们。因此这段时间尽量减少社会应酬，尤其不要邀请三朋四友到家中进行打麻将等娱乐活动，给孩子一个清静的复习环境。

3、用心激励。孩子只有时时受到表扬、激励，才能不断生上进的动力。

教育子女时正面赏识引导比直接批评惩罚效果好十倍百倍。有句话叫“说你好，真的好，不好也好。说你不好，真的不好，好也不好。”其实谎言重复一千遍就会变成真理，在激励孩子时父母美丽的谎言就更为重要。就拿考试来说：有2个学生同样考了个70分，一个家长狠狠批评孩子，要求下次一定要考到95分以上，考不到还要采取相应的惩罚，结果这个学生忧心忡忡，最后仍没达到要求，面对的是又一次失败，一次次失败只能导致丧失信心，变得越来越糟，家长的心情也变得越来越差。相反，另一个家长针对这种情况提出要努力就行，相信下次能考80分，孩子感到家长很体谅尊重他，提的要求不是很高，充满信心，果然一次比一次进步。激励能让孩子看到希望，看到光明。

4、绝不放弃

故事：绝不轻言放弃。还有一个故事是说一个人挖井，挖了很久，也没有出水，于是就放弃了，他断定这个地方没有水。接着又换一个地方，再换一个地方，就是找不到水。其实，只要再往下挖一点点，水就会出来。

家长们，世界上最容易的'事情就是放弃，希望你们在孩子表现不太好的时候也不要放弃，也许你的孩子成绩在班中平平，也许你的孩子的一些坏习惯一直改了又犯，你绝不能放弃，你再坚持一次也许那就是最后一次，你的孩子从此开始学业进步，坏习惯也彻底改了。

（二）当然，更希望你们家长能配合老师，在家督促自己的孩子学习：

首先是热情支持。父母对孩子学习上的支持是多方面的，比如在家里给孩子创造一个良好的学习环境。看电视时，尽量控制音量，不干扰孩子学习；孩子学习用的文具、书籍要给他们随时添置。同时在生活上注意孩子的衣食住行，使孩子时时感受到父母对他们的关怀。

其次是认真督促。由于孩子的自控能力差，父母心要的督促不能忽略。当遇到孩子放学后把书包一扔就去玩，或一边做作业一边听收录机、看小说、看电视时，父母就应劝导孩子，把孩子的注意力引导学习上来。督促孩子多看课外书，多积累课外知识；多读、多背、多听，这是学好语文的关键；

第三是仔细检查。虽父母不一定能看得懂孩子的作业，不一定天天有时间，但也要经常仔细检查孩子的作业本，因为作业可以反映出孩子的学习情况。如果发现作业马虎潦草，乱涂乱画，甚至不完成作业，父母就要及时追问原因，要求孩子重新做好。这样，可以逐步培养孩子认真严谨的学习态度和良好的习惯。

第四是积极配合。有些父母认为自己不懂，由学校去教好了，这种态度是不对的。正确的态度应是主动、经常地与老师联系，了解孩子的学习情况，倾听老师的意见，把孩子在家中的学习情况告诉老师，并根据孩子的特点和短处，采取相应的措施，帮助孩子学习好的功课。

（三）家长要有全面的关心，尤其是加强对孩子品德表现的关心。人无论做什么，都应该从小事做起，关注一点一滴，积小成大，由近及远。但是与此相反，在思想观念上，我想应该不能只关注眼前的、近小的利益，应该从人生长远的角度去思考与把握。所以不能只把眼光盯在孩子的学科成绩上，而忽略了孩子的人格塑造、良好品质的培养。虽然做好一个家长真的是很难，但我们还是应该努力。我相信，你们当中有很多家长，做着一个好家长，体验着做家长的快乐，但也有一些家长，真的很努力，很苦很累，只是有些状况不尽如人意，有时会羡慕别人家的孩子懂事听话又学习好，而自己吃了很多的苦，却还是不行，心理难免会不平衡或是失去信心，其实如果我们大人也要平衡好心态，人生总有得有失，人与人是不可比的，关键是孩子是在向着好的方向发展就对了。只要我们想努力做好一个家长，我们也就自然会有办法去解决一些问题，改变一些我们所不很满意的状态。俗话说：“世上无难事，只怕有心人”，只要我们愿意放弃一些休闲，多一点付出，那么一切一定会更好，努力之后总会有收获。而相应的，轻松的背后则也许会有一些遗憾或是一些作为家长的自责或歉疚。

On a recent trip to Japan, I was impressed by, among other things, a gadget in most public women's restrooms, called Otohime or Sound Princess. This device produces the sound of flushing water without the need for actual flushing. The technology saves the user both the embarrassment of being heard during urination and some 20 liters of water per use in cases where a woman might flush the toilet continuously while using it.

Every time I used Otohime, I felt like a princess, an environmentalist princess on the toilet.

It was a longed for feeling. Over the past decade, I shuffled in and out of many kinds of public restrooms in China--filthy smelly water closets in outlying areas, spacious luxurious lavatories in five-star hotels, forever-occupied girls' stalls on campus during school, and smart modern mobile toilets in international fairs. But not one single ^v^room^v^ evoked my pride of being a princess.

And I knew why the Sound Princess had. It was not because of the high technology the small bathroom boasted which is becoming ubiquitous worldwide. It was the idealism embodied in the technology that keeps reminding me that in this ever-changing world, I am a responsible and dignified human being even when sitting on a toilet.

Humanism, no matter how it is defined, aims to strike a balance between us being at the mercy of nature and being too human-centered. In my case, I haven't relieved myself under a tree for a while. I am a proud, dutiful Chinese citizen. Gone are the days when people just found a corner to do their business resulting in poor sanitation and threats to public health. The Otohimetechnology renders me two warnings: First, I am a humble human being with an obligation to save not only my face but also natural resources. Several hundred volunteers served as toilet guides and sanitation workers. The ratio of female to male toilet space was set at to 1. Soft music was played in the toilets. All this seems to celebrate the glory of comprehensive humanism.

Ladies and gentlemen, science and technology are here to improve earthly life and maximize human happiness. When our world benefits from technology, coupled with human considerations, we are bound to enjoy our life. Conversely, we suffer.

我是五(1）班的班主任,任教五（1）班的英语.最初,我代表五（1）班全部任课老师向各位家长的到来表示热烈的欢迎和衷心的感谢.今天你们能购在百忙之中抽出寶贵的时间来参加我们的家长会,单从这点就可出你们对自己的子女的关心和对我们学校工作的大力支持.同时我代表全面学生感谢大家的到来.为什么这么说呢?因为我觉得我们此次家长会的真正意义只怕不在于我们能捅过家长会更多的交流什么,而在于给学生鼓鼓劲.

今天我想跟各位家长谈谈以下几个问题:

一．班级基本情况:

本班有学生56人,大多数学生都是比较乖巧、听话的,特别是班干部,他们都能身先士卒,起到模范带头作用,共同营造出良好的班风.还有少许有特长的同鞋,如王梓豪、叶福成等能为班级出好每一期的黑板报 .孩子们的这些贡献和家长的培育和支持都是分不开的,我也真成地为学生所取得的每一点进步而骄傲,也为学生所取得的一个个优秀的成绩而自豪.但他们毕竟是孩子,不论在学习上还是在平常的生活当中,自我约束能力不强,短时间内无法彻底改变某些不良现像,去除他们以前的某些坏习惯.但我相信,时间会验证一切!

接着,我们再谈谈孩子的学习成绩吧!这只怕是家长们都愿意听的一个话题吧.期中考试是对学生半学期以来学习情况的检测,最后却不太令人满义的.大部分同鞋成绩较开学时都有进步,但期中考试也反映了一般问题,一是部分同鞋对知识的掌握不够扎实、牢固;二是对待学习不当回事,马马虎虎;三是有一部分同鞋下滑的比较快;这些都要引起重视,稀望家长配合 要让孩子学的好,我们就要协调一至,为此我向各位家长提几点建义供你参考:

1、最初要让孩子变成有规律的作息时间.几点起床,几点休憩,什么时间写作业,变成有规律的作息时间,对孩子以后的发展会有很大帮助的.

2、给孩子创设安静的、有利于学习的环境.孩子那边写作业,这边电视哇哇叫,麻将戳的叮当响,那孩子能安心写作业吗? 3、在看电视的问题上,要给孩子把把关.看电视的时间要把关,我们不是要求孩子一点电视也不看,但对看的节目要有所选择.什么武打、爱情、凶杀的少许节目对孩子没有好处,有的甚至有害.但有些节目很好的,比如:快乐辞典、道德观察、走进科学等这些节目都是很好的节目.当然也要家长做出点牺牲了,要么把电视放到孩子写作业以外的房间,要么把音量放低点. 4、不要结伴写作业.像数学,抄个算式得数,老师一看都对,其实什么都没学会,一点用都没有.再有,正是家长最妙能给孩子检察检察作业,有的家长也许会说,现在的题有点难,不会做了,但是孩子写的清楚不清楚,对勾多还是叉多总能看出来吧.一看明明白白的那正是任真做了,一看乱七八糟的那正是不用心做了,那可就要管管了.经常给孩子看看作业,和孩子聊聊学习的事,将来的事,学校的事,孩子会感觉到我们家长对他的关心,这对于孩子来说也是一种学习的动力.咱们抓孩子的学习要从日常抓起,别等孩子考试了,一看分数低,就一顿狂风暴雨,过后又不管了.
