今年上半年二期工程顺利交工并交付业主使用，工程交工前必须先把施工资料整理交接完毕，我认真检查把每一栋楼的施工资料都仔细查阅，力争做到一张不漏、一张不缺、目录整齐、保证资料齐全，交房前二期13栋楼所有的户型图、质保保证书、使用说明书，我都要提前准备齐全，已备交房时给业主以充分的保障。

二期13栋楼的备案资料全部经由我手整理完毕，再领导的指导下，我顺利的完成了交房前所有资料的整理工作。交房后由于资料过多及其重要性，需移交公司档案室保管，移交期间，我必须对二期30栋楼的100多盒资料重新整理，做到每张都有记录并制定出能够从中找出任意一张资料的目录。期间我花费大量精力，花费将近一月的时间，终于不负领导所托吧所有资料都重新整理完毕。

2、二期工程景观、绿化工作

年初，我接手二期工程景观、绿化工作。景观、绿化工作相对于现代化小区，比重虽小，但是意义重大。它是现代化新生活小区不可或缺的。由于准备充足，二期的景观、绿化工作进行的很顺利。

但是，后期验收时，由于苗木规格、种类繁多给我们的验收工作带来了很大的麻烦，最终，我通过与技术部通力合作，把所有苗木的种类、数量、规格全部核查到位。最终顺利的完成了领导交付的此项工作。

3、xxxxxxxx工程

9月初，接领导指示。要建设c组团样板房。它是10年在全国房地产低迷情况下，公司领导英明决定xxxxxc组团开工，组建xxxx加这种新户型的一个缩影。它的好坏直接影响立体叠加开盘后的销售业绩，同时也是公司今年即b组团销售情况不乐观后的一项新举措，它的成败直接影响到公司今年的成败。

在接到领导指示后，我快速的投入到实际工作当中去，为了达到预期效果，我2天内3次定位放线，最终满足了领导的预期效果。在施工过程中，我不惧辛苦，任劳任怨，努力做到了上班在现场，下班后由于工程需要多次加班加点工作。后期由于装饰公司的介入，这就需要良好的协调能力与组织能力。努力处理好双方在施工过程中所发生的摩擦和矛盾。最终顺利的在开盘前完成了样板房工程。为公司开盘后可观的销售情况及扭亏为营做出了应有的贡献。

在xxxxxxxx顺利开盘后，我又与技术部合作。参与了样板房后期的决算事宜。

一年来的工作心得

1、保持良好的心态与积极进去的工作态度。我作为xxxx一分子，自觉遵守公司的各项规章制度，服从上级领导的工作安排；以对公司绝对忠诚的态度投入到各项工作中去，把公司的事情当作自己家里的事情去做，在解决现场施工管理、协调等工作上，依据现场实际情况积极主动的思考，自己考虑应该完成的各项工作，而不是等领导来安排。以主人翁的心态投入到各项工作中去，维护公司的形象和利益不受损害。

通过在天河机场变电站、江夏东一园变电站施工现场的观摩学习，我对变电二次班组从电缆放线、接线、对线到线路调试与检测工作的基本流程有了一定了解，知道了变电站的基本构造、变电站建设的基本过程以及各种设备的主要用途。虽然在端子箱和控制室里接电缆线这样的工作没有让我们尝试，但我还是力所能及地做好扎线、刀闸分合测试等工作，增加了自己的实际工作经验。在被调到总经理工作部帮忙的几天时间里，我也认真做好领导交给我的每一项任务，得到了大家的好评。

在实习期间，我时刻严格要求自己，自觉遵守工程部的各项规章制度，吃苦耐劳，努力工作，在完成领导交办的工作同时，积极主动地协助其他同事开展工作，并在工作过程中提高自身各方面的能力。
