2、论式(点睛式结构)：在小型言论中使用较多，分为两层意思。前一层是关于基本事情的介绍，后一层是画龙点睛式的评论。常常是叙事多于说理，其论述和结论往往连在一起。

据报载，两个多月来，我省取消了169个二级公路收费站，长途客车成本减少，我市部分长途线车票价下调，降幅在元到元之间。另外，市区内公共汽车9月起实行刷卡（IC卡）制，对某些路线缩减分区点，降低市民出行费用。
