关于《把你的英语用起来》的读后感

看完这本书之后，我发现我以前学英语的时候，陷入了很多误区。比如关注的永远是今天自己记了多少个单词，而没有结合一些语境或者是句型去理解，这样就造成很多时候一个单词只知道一种意思；还有听英语的时候只听标准的英式英语和美式英语，而没有想到与生活结合，就像老外关心一个人，只会用简单的一个单词“stomachache?”而很少问“Do you have stomachache?”一样。接下来我说一下我很认同的一些理论：

1. input输入假说：英语学习的好坏在于“输入量”的多少，而不是像以前高中的英语老师所讲的“练习量”决定英语成绩的.高低。当然这并不是否认英语不需要联系，我们只是需要在“输入量”上加强“练习量”。所以我们经常会发现真正英语好的往往不是那些可以很流利地与老外对话的人，而是那些听力与阅读量多的人。

2. i+1理论：i指的是现有的英语水平，1指的是比你现在高一点的难度，当然，i不是永远不变，i是学习了英语一段时间后以前i+1的水平，这样我们才能时刻的提高自己的水平。

3. 情绪机制：我在以前学习英语时，常常发现自己的情绪和身边的环境往往能够影响自己学习英语的效率，所以我很赞同的是学习英语一定要学一些自己感兴趣的东西，而且学习英语的氛围应该是有趣愉悦的。当然最重要的是使自己的心态处于一个比较平衡的状态，不骄不躁。

英语考试是个水平考试：当英语达到某个水平后基本上考试分数就在此基础左右轻微摆动，不会相差太远。考研应达到什么水平呢？词汇和语法应与六级差不多，而阅读比六级还高一个层次。

合理安排学习重点

考研越来越注重能力的考核，阅读与写作是考研英语的重点，许多同学还有我，常常把过多的注意力放在语法和词汇方面，虽然这是学习英语的基础，但是英语是个实践性很强的科目，语法，词汇即使背得烂熟，阅读与写作也不一定会怎样。但反过来，阅读和写作能力的提高却预示着你语法和词汇部分的掌握程度的提高，因为在你阅读文章与写作练习过程中，会检测到你的词汇或语法的不足，使你不断地调整，在不自觉的过程中促使你提高自身的语法与词汇水平。

词汇是基础，阅读是核心

考研五篇阅读文章共有2500词左右，一个钟头之内不光得作完，还必须保持较高的命中率，这在现在文章越来越生涩的情况下真的很困难。阅读有40分，英译中（实际也是考阅读）15分，因此阅读的重要性可想而知。这里的55分若能拿到40分，及格就是很容易的事情了。可要做到这一点真不容易，下面我就说说具体复习方法。词汇的基础地位已不需我再罗嗦了，我只是觉得：若大纲中的5300词还没达到烂熟的话，英语的复习绝对是痛苦且漫长的。这种烂熟的程度应做到看到这5300个词时就象看高中单词一样熟悉。词汇书也不用别的，就用教委的大纲好了，单词无疑越多越好，可咱只是考研的，这5300差不多也够了。考试时肯定还会碰到生词，但不会是主打词，能猜就猜罢。

重视背单词

背单词，当然枯燥，但是，它却是学好英语的重中之重，就如同建房必有砖一样。不少同学不看重单词，一味的练习读写能力，遇到生单词就去查字典或手册，最后因此浪费了许多时间，落得事倍功半，进步缓慢。我们都有体会，单词背会了，英语学起来轻轻松松。就是这个道理，熟悉了单词才会有提高理解原文含意的机会或可能，才会有写作能力的真正提高。作点补充，不同阶段的阅读或写作需要不同的词汇量，这某一阶段的词汇一定要超前于阅读或写作的进行！

再说说阅读的问题

考研时阅读文章的难度绝对出乎意料，再加上时间的紧张，如果阅读不好的立马就晕。要想考试时发挥出水平来那么平时的多练决不可少。这种多练应该是系统的练过150篇文章以上。我认识一哥们，考前仅做过不到20篇，这次果然晕菜。而我认识的另一哥们儿做过不下200篇，99年英语考了70多。平时练习一定要全真模拟，就是说要严格限时——一个钟头内必须作完5篇文章，自己掐表。同志们啊，这可是建立在血的教训上的金玉良言！！文章难度的选择可先易后难，基础不好的话可选那些有详细解答的参考书，但文章一定要够长，长度标准可参考历年考研试题。历年考题可是最好的试金石，完全可自测一下，考研分数和它就差不多。如果自测分数不好，也别太放在心上，毕竟知道了自己的弱点还可补救，这才是最重要的目地。

不要一下就阅读外文报刊，书报小说

书报小说，常是综合类的文章，文章难易程度不一，而且差别较大，没有足够的词汇量，有许多文章是不可能读懂的，如果硬着头皮读下去，虽然可能阅读能力会有质的进步，但真正耗费的精力会很多，而且由于遇到的困难较大，很有可能因此失去信心，建议随着自己词汇量的增加来分级阅读相应的文章，这样会增强信心，提高理解能力。另外尽量不要阅读生词量较大的文章，否则在阅读这些文章时必然常被这些生词阻断思路，造成理解困难或失误。

语法

我没太说是因为加上改错也才10分且考得极其刁钻古怪，平常复习时将参考书上语法，改错复习一下即可，千万别花太多时间。考试的时间肯定非常紧张，所以平时复习就应加强时间方面的训练，否则考试时会手忙脚乱而大失水准的。

这次参加全国等级英语考试能够取得比较好的成绩主要归结于任何一门学科都有一个科学的学习方法。我总结了一下，主要有这么几点：

其次，要学好英语必须坚持不懈，持之以恒。学英语最重要的一点就是要反复练习，加强记忆，熟能生巧。学学停停，学了就忘，若能每天坚持，早晚各学一小时，每天背会5 个单词，直到记住记牢，一年就可记一千多个单词，坚持不懈，累计起来，就会有想当大的甚至意想不到的收获。最后，要学好英语必须有正确的学习方法它是一门语言课，与其他科目不同，有自身的规律和方法。要将听力和阅读结合起来，经常练习英语习作平常通过看些英语杂志来提高自己的阅读能力。总结成四个字就是看、读、听、写相结合。

一、说不好英语是因为耳朵没有“打通”，英语是高频率语言而我们的母语是低频率语言，日语频率比中文还低，所以总体来说，说英语日本人最次，中国人次之。

二、每天练习不要只是默默的练习听，而是要以单纯的心灵，专心跟读模仿、背诵！跟着课件认真模仿，力求一致，反复跟读、对比、背诵，发言会不知不觉和外国人一样的。多读多听多模仿、多背诵，只要三个月就能够形成新的听觉，也就能打开耳朵，轻松的听懂了。

三、学习语言，就要正确听音：

2、通过体内震动音学习新语言：通过大声跟读模仿的方法，每天跟读，大声模仿，进行发声训练，一定要发出足够大的声音，同时可以捂起耳朵，这样才能够引起身体的连锁同化反应。

四、听和说的回路是完全不同的，说话回路只能通过说来强化，而听的回路也只能通过听来强化。不多听就听不懂，不多读、模仿、背诵就说不出来。边听课件，边按照英语的节奏和发音来大声模仿跟读对比。这样就能够抓住英语的节奏，提高语感。

五、学习英语要在脑子里大声喊：“我要学”！！学习英语要用右脑来学习，通过大声跟读朗读、模仿背诵就可以打开右脑，改善大脑的素质的。要让整个身体都来记忆英语。可以通过想象，让整个身体感觉都沉浸在英语的环境中。

记住：学习英语最重要的一点是：跟读模仿背诵要有强烈的学习欲望和单纯的心灵。这是学外语的必要条件。

六、进入高效学习的想象学习方法：冥想、呼吸、想象。做法如下：

1、学习之前首先要闭上眼睛，平静心情，然后深呼吸三次。开始用8秒缓缓吐气，在吐气的同时将心中的压力不愉快也一起吐出去。

2、然后用8秒吸气，这时边吸气边放松，想象自己心情平静，宇宙间清爽的能量充满全身。

3、接下来的8秒屏住呼吸，想象自己的英语已经说得很好，能够自由地用英语交谈了。通过想象学习法记忆力也会有所提高的。

七、英语学习的几条原则：

1、下定决心：一定要在3个月内打开耳朵，在一年内学好英语。

2、多听：要经常沉静在英语的声音中。我的经历是3个月，在某一天突然发现自己能够清楚地听懂英语了。每天坚持。可以使生活的环境中时刻充满英语音乐或对话等

3、想象：首先放松自己的身体和心灵，进行想象训练。身心都已经很放松时，头脑会变得非常清晰，注意力集中，大脑就开始进入了适合学习的状态了。这种放松的状态学习效果就会大大提高。记忆力也会有很大提高的。

4、大声跟读模仿和背诵：每天坚持反复跟读、模仿课件争取背下来，反复和持续是打开耳朵的必要条件。每天的重复次数越多，耳朵打开的回路就越宽，听的效果也就越好。英语的声调、节奏和速度就会非常接近原声。

大声跟读、模仿、背诵的效果如下：

1） 、每天出声的跟读模仿课件，英语的节奏就会逐渐渗入到你的身体深处。只有练习跟读模仿才能够掌握英语的节奏，听和说才成为可能。

2） 、每天出声跟读模仿也是一种说的练习，它能够培养出你的“英语脑”，使你能够按照跟读、模仿时的节奏和速度说出英语来。

3） 、不断跟读、模仿练习，你会在某个时刻发现自己突然耳朵通了！！

5、改善听觉：一定要每天练习、跟读、模仿、背诵，一天也不要漏掉！

6、快速看、听、读：每天坚持！！反复和持续，捂住耳朵练习发音，让英语的节奏渗入身体里面。大声跟读模仿，你的发音会越来越好，越来越像老外的发音。每天坚持，以后你说英语的速度就是你朗读、模仿的速度。只有专心跟读模仿背诵才是掌握语言的最好方法，同时记忆力也会得到提高，学习会变的轻松、愉快！！

八、早上起床、睡觉前学习的东西最容易记住。塞上耳朵

九、韦博、华尔街和美国语伴三套课件结合学习可以依如下方法学习：

1）、选择一套自己喜欢的课件为主（比如选择以韦博或/和美国语伴为主,因为这两套课件比较灵活,如果基础差的，建议先以美国语伴为主。）；

2）、制定切实可行的学习计划，贴在容易看到的地方，比如床头、饭桌旁、电视机上、书桌前等，把时间挤出来学习英语。

2）、在家或路上，任何时候比如吃饭打扫卫生做家务乘车等车等听华尔街的课件主要是适应各个国家的口音。甚至睡觉夜里也可以放着听

3）在家每天早晚抽出时间学习韦博的时间比如1个时间段或两个时间段，在学习韦博感觉累或疲倦时，休息一下听听美国语伴的歌看看电影做做角色扮演对比纠正发音学习学习词汇等

4）每天坚持，坚持，再坚持！！只要坚持3个月英语一定会有很大提高，以后学习就轻松了。

三、扎实教学

However, I didn’t pay much attention to the plot. I thought it’s so long that it made me impatient and bored. By now, I haven’t read the whole story in English or its Chinese version, either. I owe it to my prejudice. In fact, I didn’t understand the story at that time. I didn’t know why it called Pride and Prejudice. Of course someone was pride, but I didn’t find where’ s the prejudice. I thought it’s normal, the way people treated each other in that. I considered prejudice would be very disgusting. But to the movie everthing was OK in my minds, except its length. Now, I think I have understood more about it.

I’m a prejudiced person so I can’t find where’s wrong.

I merely like to do the things I like. Everytime I meet somebody or something,my thinking about he or it all depends on my foregone experience and my mood of the time.

首先，有条件的话，还是要上一个正规的雅思培训班，因为是专业的，省去你前期的盲目摸索，能让你在短期内迅速了解雅思考试的特点，掌握应试技巧，全面提高应试能力。我报的这个班，配备的老师都是年轻活力，有海归的，有知名院校毕业的，他们的教学经验丰富，课堂气氛轻松活泼，让你的学习不觉枯燥。像听力课程就是分类讲解各种场景，如银行学校等，这样就比较容易在特定的情景下掌握特定的词汇，还特别讲解了一些易错点，比如如何分析读音相近的两个词，听的时候注意关键词。阅读主要讲的是抓住文章的主干，分析文章的结构，在短时间内抓住主题，他们的方法特别管用，写作也是讲解句子的开头力求多样化，找出起共同点与不同点，用词尽量广泛，一些小小的细节，往往可以改变一篇作文的命运。口语考试要尽量放松自己，自然的与考官沟通。

其次，师傅领进门，修行在个人。上培训班只是老师传授给你方法，领你上路，真正具体繁冗的学习还要自己来做，克服懒惰侥幸心理，认真准备，单词多记，听力多听，写作长练，真题按照考试规定时间掐表做，以适应考试节奏，寻找实战状态。看自己的真实水平，找出差距，发现不足，坚持练习。

再者，雅思注重更多的是表达和理解英语的能力，平时也要主要有意识的提高英语水平，如看原声电影，原版图书歌曲等，这样日积月累，才能从量变到质变。

英语不算太好，除了口语能蒙骗一下别人。别的神马spelling，writing最差了，词汇量也小得可怜。

盲听：

我从高一开始无意中在一个有短波功能的复读机上收到了广播，虽然信号很差很差，但是在十一点多的时候有一段时间特别清楚，然后我就听那个电台的节目，他们会讲一些很小很短的故事，语速居然也不快，我能听懂的部分大概也就30%左右，后来才知道，我听到的是著名的.VOA里的special english广播，专门给我们这些学习英语的人听的，词汇量在两千多，语速也比正常的慢许多。虽然是盲听，但是我的耳朵得到了极大的锻炼，估计就这个原因，现在发音比较准一点。

背诵听写： 其实背诵文章是高中的时候英语老师强制要求的，现在想想遇到这样一个老师是多么的幸福。从开始的很小的词汇量开始，他就毅然丢弃了垃圾的课本，拿许多课外的文章让我们阅读，甚至每个星期都要背诵文章让他检查。在那个时段里，词汇量的增长飞速……可惜后来上了大学我没再坚持了。

如果阅读的是专业文章，语法反而不是那么重要，因为语法很简单而专业词汇反复出现。其次是商业性文章，新闻等，会出现一些新的词汇，而且更多的书面用语，这个需要用到的词汇量就大了，但是也要坚持。最难的是诗歌散文什么的，非语言专业的还是放弃了。

我初中的时候买过一本全英文的书，《老人与海》那个时候看，简直就是折磨，通篇查字典，痛苦无比，看了几页之后放弃了。再后来看china daily，最喜欢看的就是读者回信部分，通俗易懂有内容，不过对扩大词汇没什么帮助，只不过是不用抱字典看书感觉极好。最后是大学专业英语，看着那些化学气象沉积之类的词汇很乏味，不过意思倒是非常好理解的。

说：

这个对我来说是最开心最容易的部分。还有什么比简单的动动嘴巴就能把事情完成更轻松的呢。很长时间里，我并不敢与人对话。我只是坚持在没有英语课的时候也找东西来大声朗读，看到喜欢的电视对白的时候稍微模仿以便自己也能变得酷一点。我到英语角去过，然后被英语专业的同学告之我的发音不错，于是信心大增。但是英语角真是鸡肋。

我学的主要是美式发音，也就是在所有的单词当中一旦出现了r这个字母就卷舌。有时候卷舌习惯了也会不小心把单词念错。上一家公司的老板是加拿大华裔，他说我发音不错，但是给我纠正过两个词的发音，至今都让人记忆深刻，raw 和 roll。

说最重要的东西，觉得是信心。如果能和外国人交流，能做到make myself understood，绝对能挺直腰板，提高音量大声说下去。有一阵子打了很多的欧洲国家电话，感觉交流问题不大，然后在给美国那边打的时候，极其痛苦，无数的自动选项之后才有人接电话，没说个两句，那边就说i can't understand you， i have to cut，连续两个电话出现这样的问题之后，我瞬间崩溃，

突然抓狂了，难道我白学了这么久的英语，这么简单的话他们居然听不懂！！直到后来有一通电话，那边的接线员告诉我the line is very bad，i can't understand you的时候，我这才瞬间恍然大悟，重拾信心。

语法学得很烂，文章写得很烂。不过回email没问题，基本工作中就够用了。spelling糟糕得一塌糊涂，这个时候感谢office软件吧……

时间总是转瞬即逝，转眼四个星期的课程就已结束。报道的第一天，心里很疑惑，我来这里到底能够学到什么？现在四个星期过去了，疑惑已然变成了满满的收获。

首先，深深的被北美外教的工作态度所感动。

此次来的四个外教，除Melody以外，其余三个外教平均年纪都已超过六十。但是他们上课从来都是精神饱满，面带微笑。他们的每一堂课都是灵活多样的，生动活泼。要把课堂气氛调动成这样，课下下的功夫可想而知。

其次，教学活动安排紧凑但却放松。

一开始，想着培训嘛，肯定就是听听报告讲座。正真开始了，我们才体会到了此次培训的与众不同。外教把他们在美国的课堂，真实地重现在我们所有学员的面前，我们就是他们的学生，他们所用的方法就是他们在他们自己课堂上用的方法，而我们所参与的活动就是他们的学生所参与的活动。整个培训过程就感觉自己是一个参与者。另外，我们早上是在学习知识，学习方法，而下午的活动就是让我们在学员之间运用自己的所学到的方法，去实践。这样的安排，不会让学员觉得枯燥乏味。还有一点，外教不仅教我们教学方法，还教我们外国文化。语言是文化的一个载体，想要学习好一门语言，那就必须了解该语言背后的文化。在这一点上，每天下午的文化介绍就显得尤为重要。通过该活动，我们不仅学习美国的歌曲舞蹈，还对美国的重要节日有了更进一步的了解。同样，我们中国学员也会把中国舞蹈和传统节日介绍给外教，这使得两种文化得到了更好的交流。另外，每天下午的一对一谈话，我们可以把自己感兴趣的话题和外教进行交谈，这不仅使我们的口语得到了锻炼，也使我们的眼界得已开阔。

再次，教学内容丰富多彩。

此次培训，早上上课的内容是Bridges:Bring Teachers Together, 通过对该书的学习，我们不仅是语言能力，而且教师专业技能都得到了提高。因为书中有很多的教学方法是我们可以再自己的课堂教学中运用的。下午的教材为Teaching Resource Handbook1-2. 教学资源手册一：北美文化，主要是介绍北美文化，教材内容翔实，寓教于乐，客观生动，很好的帮助我们提高了教学能力和英语能力：而教学资源手册二：课堂活动，向我们提供了66个简单实用的英语教学活动。通过这些活动，学生可以在游戏中掌握新的语言知识，这样他们的学习兴趣就会大大提高，英语课堂也不会再枯燥乏味。还有，每天下午的一对一谈话，我们可以把自己感兴趣的话题和外教进行交谈，这不仅使我们的口语得到了锻炼，也使我们的眼界得已开阔。

第四，体会到了新的教学模式

我们传统的教学模式就是学生固定呆在一个教室里面，每天每个科目的教师都是固定的。而北美教师的教学模式却不是这样的，他们的教学模式更倾向与走班制。比如，在我们学习北美文化的时候，我们每天都在不同的班级由不同的教室给我们讲解不同的节日，这样做，每个老师的备课内容就只有一个节日，备课量减少了，那他们有更多的时间把他们所备的这堂课备得更好，但是学生通过走班的形式，却把所有的节日都了解了。这在中国的教学中特别是初中和高中教学中是没有的，学生每天都呆在同意个教室，面对同一个老师，教师的工作量大不说，关键是学生没有机会吸取各个老师的教学所长。

最后，我们从各个老师那学到了不同的教学方法。

通过此次培训，来自全省各地州市八十个教师在一起分享了彼此的教学经验，大家把在教学中遇到的困惑拿出来一起谈论，很多好的方法得到了分享，相信这对我以后的教学是有很大的帮组的。在最后一周，我们所有学员进行了一次期末汇报，那就是使用我们新学的互动教学方法为大家展示一堂10分钟左右的英语课，讲课的内容必须是我们中学英语教材的内容。刚开始学习的时候我对我所学的内容是持保留态度的，我觉得这些方法在国外适用，但是对于我们来说，我们的班额远远超过二十个人，想要把这些活动开展好几乎是不可能的。但是在最后一周的微课教学环节，我看到了什么叫做把不可能变为可能。我们来自全省各地的老师，把他们在课堂上学到的知识进行调整，让西方的教学方法和中国的英语教学几乎完美的融合在了一起。这些微课，包含了我们中国英语课堂的所有课型，听说，阅读，写作，单词教学等。通过这些课，我最大的感受就是，其实英语课堂可以有很多可能，学生可以在游戏中去学习，而且这种课堂更为高效。虽然这种课堂要求老师要在课前做大量的准备工作，但是在课上老师却可以放手，把课堂归还给学生，让学生成为课堂教学正真的主人。而且他们会学得更轻松，学得更好，学的更快。

就像领队Shirly在开班仪式上讲的那样，这是一次为期四周的旅行，在这四周时间里我们的所学所感就是这一路上我们所看到的风景。四周过去了，我们从起点走到了终点。但是我们即将开始另一段旅行--------把我们在这里所学到的一切更好的运用到我们的日常教学之中。

其次，是完形填空。这个题型的分值一般较大，考查综合潜力。我平常在做完形填空的时候会先把它当做阅读理解去做，就是把那些空缺的部分忽略掉，先整体感知一下这篇文章的大致资料是什么，如果是记叙性比较强的文章，明白故事最后的结局以及其中主人公的感情变化会对做题有很大的帮忙，尤其是在选那些情感色彩较浓厚的单词时。回想一下以前做的题，几乎每篇完形填空题都有2~3个个性简单的小题，包括固定短语和惯用法。难度中档的题占大多数，这就需要我们去认真地揣摩文章的故事情节和主人公的心理活动。平时能够多读些地道的英语文章，由于受历史、地理等多种因素的影响，东西方文化存在差异，所以对待同一个问题，我们思考问题的角度和方式会有所不一样，因此读英语文章也能够丰富自我的词汇量，在紧张的学习生活中放松下大脑，还能够培养语感，一举多得，何乐而不为呢？大家不妨尝试下。

From the story, I feel the power of wisdom and value of love. In our actual life, we may meet many kinds of difficulties and lure. We should face them bravely and try our best to overcome them. In my daily life, I often felt panic and cried when I met any difficulties about my study. Sometimes, I ask money from my parents but do meaningless things. I am really ashamed.
