每当感慨时间都去哪了的时候，发现时光真的如流水般从身边消逝。每当自己懈怠的时候就会想起李老师说过的一句话：年轻时候多学一门技术，长大后就少求一次人。

而我觉得最值得我学习的一位老师就是我们学校的聋人教师——徐世杰老师。

徐世杰老师在我们学校担任美术课教学，据其他老师说他是一位多才多艺的老师，他不仅画画好，而且在摄影、舞蹈等方面也有出色的表现。他教学生捏的泥人作品活灵活现，多次被媒体追踪采访。

虽然他已经四十多岁了，而且有了半头的白发，但年龄的增长丝毫没有削弱他求知的欲望，他克服自身的种种困难，始终给我们展现出一个激情绽放的、活力四射的好老师的形象，他总是不断充实自我、挑战自我。

班主任周老师说：在“三进两联一交友”活动中，他买了慰问品，带了朋友充当手语翻译，两次驱车前往住在南山的一年级学生胡达依家中，送去了爱与温暖。

让我们感受到了一位残疾教师的魅力。在今年六月教育局组织的“教育系统职工才艺大赛”中，他和杨成欢老师合作的双人舞蹈《兰花花》还获得了舞蹈类一等奖的好成绩。

老师们说每次排练完，他都会大汗淋漓，但他那种忘却自己年龄、刻苦排练、勇于挑战自我的精神深深打动了大家，更深深打动了我。

有一次我问徐老师：“您都快五十岁了，为什么还要这么拼呢？”徐老师微笑地回答：“每当我学会了一个新的技能，我就会感觉自己又年轻了十岁，因为人生就是一本学不完的书。”

在心与心灵碰撞的美好瞬间，我记住了这些话语。

我总是抱怨生命对自己不公，让我丧失了宝贵的听力，抱怨父母没有让我从小学习画画，抱怨自己个子太小……可是我却没有想过像徐世杰老师那样去克服困难、挑战自我。

在这样一个青春绽放的年龄，我有什么理由退缩？“鸟儿总得自己飞”。

离开了父母的怀抱，离开了老师的嘱托，我们青春路上终究需要自己去走，唯有这些激励的画面与话语会让我学会在哪里跌倒就要在哪里爬起来。

虽然我们不能唱出悦耳动听的歌声，但是我们可以描绘出斑斓美丽的图画，因为无声的世界里藏着一双清澈明亮的眼睛，我们要善于发现美、创造美。

我要像徐世杰老师一样在无声的世界里舞动自己的青春。
