那怎样的课堂才是“幸福课堂”呢？怎样才能做到“幸福课堂”呢？

从沈丽新老师的书中我得到了这样的答案：“幸福课堂”应该是富有活力的，充满智慧动态生成的课堂。长期以来，教师把各种理论模式照搬、移植到课堂，没有经过自身的体验、感悟而对其进行实施、利用，以致出现了“满堂灌”、“填鸭式”的教学方法，在这种教学模式下，学生的好奇心、想象力、创造力被萎缩了，问题意识、批判意识被淡薄了，对教师和书本的依赖、盲从程度越来越严重。课堂是一个有生命的地方，应该是师生共同度过的一段美好的生命历程。既然课堂是有生命的，有太多的不可预见性，有太多的不可控……所以，课堂需要教师快速的判断和捕捉，需要教师的果断的分析和处理等，这就需要教育的智慧。

如何让英语课堂充满活力和智慧呢？我认为大致可以从以下几个方面入手：

1、营造良好的教学氛围，激发学生主动参与课堂活动。

在教学过程中，教与学始终是相互联系，相互依存，相互制约，相互促进的。教师为主导，学生为主休，教师的主导作用和学生的主体作用的有效发挥是提高教学质量的前提。

非预设性生成，是指在课堂教学的师生互动中，学生提供的材料、学生思维的成果、学生开展实验操作或结论，与教师课前预设相左，或者是在教师的预想之外。

在新课程理念下的英语课堂是一个具有生命力的课堂，除了预设的精彩外，伴随着课堂教学活动的展开，会出现非预设的“生成”。对于非预设生成，也许有的老师为了避免尴尬，为了完成教学内容，会用严厉的眼神、过头的言语制止学生，有的会避开学生的提问，甚至会斥责提出质疑的学生。他们没有想到，也许正是因为他们的这种做法而扼杀了课堂中的亮点与精彩，有时甚至伤害了学生的自尊心。而智慧型的老师会凭借自己的教育智慧，善于捕捉课堂中的“意外”，并创造性的进行开发利用，让“意外”在英语课堂中生成精彩。

例如有一次，沈丽新老师因为去上了一个一年级班，再回到办公室换四年级教材，匆匆忙忙跑上四楼去上四年级课。忙碌中，她带好了那节课8个单词的图片，却忘了带它们的实物。

教学过程中，她一直为自己的粗心而懊悔。一边进行课前的导入与复习，一边在脑子里紧张地进行思索、梳理、安排：这节课该怎么上？

如果把八个单词写在黑板上，让学生看着单词进行句型操练。这样的效果一定是相当乏味的；如果请学生去她办公室取教具，这样至少会浪费5分钟。来不及思索得更完美，教学步骤已经过渡到句型操练了。灵感就在此刻不期而遇，沈老师利用图片问“Where’s my …?”让学生们自由发挥、想象：你觉得老师的这个东西会放在什么地方合适，你就用适当的词来回答。效果竟然是出奇的好！许多答案更是精彩纷呈！这让沈老师异常的激动和兴奋。

沈老师还告诉学生，她要从大家刚才的回答中选最好的一个来回答。为了证实自己的答案是最好的，为了得到老师的肯定，学生们积极开动脑筋，发言热烈，课堂气氛活跃，连平时一直懒怠于举手发言的学生也多次发言，收到了非常好的教学效果。而且像sofa,bathroom, TV, bed, fridge, sitting room, bookcase, study这些单词，如果利用实物在教室里的摆放，是没有机会让孩子们练习到的，他们的思维将局限于几个有限的单词中。

3、精心设计活动,让课堂活起来,让学生动起来。

例如沈教师在教学过程中会设计不同的任务让学生通过实际的运用去完成。并且会采用形式多样的活动方式让课堂活起来。如：游戏、表演、歌唱、绘画、讨论、争辩等活动。这样通过较好的活动设计，创造良好的英语交际“情景”，加强师与生、生与生之间的交流、“协作”、“会话”，从而完成学生不知不觉中听说能力提高的“意义建构”。

当然,“幸福课堂”还需要老师不断地反思。

波斯纳曾提出过—个教师成长的简要公式：经验+反思=成长。并指出，如果教师仅仅满足于获得经验而不对经验进行深入的思考，那么他的发展将大受限制。
