调动学生积极性，让学生真正成为课堂的主人，是新课标的重要特点。几位老师在上课的时候注重学生能力的培养，注重主体参与。这节课互动模式多样，激起了同学们对英语学习的兴趣，营造了宽松，民主，和谐的教与学的氛围。印象最深的是王老师讲的My Home这一课，课堂一始，王老师带动学生们一起做了“switch ”游戏，刚开始学生们和老师配合的不是很融洽，可能是彼此之间不熟悉，或者是学生对老师的课堂用语不习惯，感觉学生参与得不是很积极。还好，老师非常地有激情，很快就与学生融为一块，课堂活跃，学生学习积极性逐渐提高，让学生真正成了课堂的主人，效果非常好。所以教师在每个教学环节中对孩子的'要求一定要清楚明确，难易适中。只有孩子清楚的知道自己应该干什么时，才有可能干好这件事；而问题太难孩子会无从下手，太容易又没意义，这都会打击孩子的积极性。

二、教师自身的良好素质是上好一堂课的重要前提和基本保证。

三位老师的课都充分表现了这点，无论是从上课技巧还是老师的自身素质来讲，都体现了几位老师的专业素质。比如说，王老师这节课的构思，她就很好地把Let’s talk 中的难点很容易的展现并让学生轻松学会运用。并让学生在非常轻松愉快的情景中学习语言，并且设计了多种任务来完成句子到对话的学习。王老师把先把对话中的重点句子挑出来，以简单的问答会话方式教学，这样就不会让学生学得那么累，而且学生很容易就掌握了。

听课中我发现几位老师基本有以下几个共同特点：1、口语流利，发音准确。只有做到这一点，才能保证学生对课程的理解从而学到正确的知识，地道的语言；2、善于利用多媒体等多种手段辅助教学，使学生接触到的知识更立体，更直观，更生动；3、教态亲切，表情丰富，充满激情。在课堂上能轻松，活泼，潇洒地进行授课，富有艺术性；4、有扎实的英语基础知识作为后盾，词汇丰富，课堂充实。

通过这次听课，让我们开阔了眼界，看到了自己的不足。同时我对自己也提出了许多问题去思考，怎样让自己的语言更优美？怎样让孩子们喜欢上英语课？怎样培养孩子们的英语口语表达能力？相信通过自己的不断努力，一定能拉近距离，不断进步。

最有趣的游戏是和外教老师打水仗。我们首先将气球灌满水，只要轻轻抛在地上就能遍地开花。然后再分成男女两组双方分得同样的气球，哪一方中弹人数最多就算输了。由于男孩在我们班只有8人，对方人数是我们几倍，硬拼是不行的，只能智取。商量好作战方案后，一场激烈的水战便开始了。我们四个男生吸引女生过来，而另外四个则潜伏进对方内部偷水球。我们的调虎离山之计使得十分巧妙，再加上男生天生善战，不一会儿，一半的女生全身湿透了，我们取得了胜利。正在我们得意洋洋之际，Monty已悄悄地走近我们后面，而我们毫不知情，突然一桶水从天而降，把我们从头到脚淋了个痛快，把我们变成了落汤鸡，不用说，这是Monty做的好事。此丑不报，非君子，于是我们满操场地去追Monty，而女生则在一旁看好戏，哈哈大笑。最终，两手难敌四拳，Monty被我们全身淋得湿透了，他很风趣地说：“今晚回去不用洗澡了。”看他狼狈的神态，我们又捧腹大笑。

天下没有不散的宴席，十天的培训结束了，外教们也要走了，我们十分想念他们，希望他们还能再来恩平！

首先，口语教学是小学英语教学的一个重要方面。如何给学生创设一个真实地运用英语进行交流和交际的平台，从而真正地让学生在_用中学，学中用_，这是我们在平时教学中经常思考的问题。在这次活动上，张春玲老师的课在这一点上对我启发很大。她能熟练运用口语并及时组织课堂教学，提问问题能给学生足够的思维时间，能充分调动学生的积极性。听她的课感觉自己像是在听老外上课一样。而且张老师在课堂上还使学生在学习了新句型后，灵活运用于不同的情景中，达到活学活用的目的。

其次，调动学生的积极性，让学生真正成为课堂的主人。这是新课标的重要特点，也是素质教育的要求。注重学生能力的培养，注重主体参与，教学中互动模式多样，多采用小组讨论或竞赛的模式或创造一个语境，让学生展开联想，激起学生对英语学习的兴趣。例如有的老师在讲解visit这个单词时，通过给学生们欣赏不同城市的美丽图片来调动学生的积极性，引出将要学习的内容，使学生在生活中学习，为学生营造了宽松、民主、和谐的教与学的氛围。

听课时我特别注意了几位老师不同的调动学生的方式，学生积极性调动起来以后，怎样保持下去也很重要，老师在每个教学环节中对孩子的要求一定要清楚明确，难易适中。只有孩子清楚的知道自己应该干什么时，才有可能干好这件事。而问题太难孩子会无从下手，太易又不用思考，这都会打击孩子的积极性。所以learningtips是一个很好的方法。

再次，恰当使用多媒体。现代化英语教学中，黑板已经不是传统意义上的黑板了。挂图、投影仪、多媒体等的加入，使得黑板的内涵更加丰富。此次活动，老师们都运用了多媒体这一现代化的教学工具，以鲜艳的色彩、活动的图像和有声的对话，给人一种赏心悦目的感觉，创造了一个轻松愉快的学习氛围。

课堂教学是教师教授知识、学生学习的过程，同时也在客观地考量着教师素质和教学水平。教师在上课之前备课是否认真细致，设计是否科学合理……会在课堂上直接体现出来。在听课期间，我看到一些教师虽然年轻，经验也许不如老教师丰富深厚，但是在上课的时候对课堂知识点的设计比较合理，在学生面前讲课时也显得思路清晰、井井有条，可见在课前做了充分的准备。

最后，教师自身的良好素质是讲好课的重要前提和基本保证。在听课中我发现很多老师都有几个共同特点：

1、口语流利，发音准确。只有做到这一点，才能保证孩子对课程的理解，才能保真孩子学到正确的知识，地道的语言。

2、善于利用多媒体，演唱，动画等各种手段辅助教学，使孩子接触到的知识更立体，更直观，更生动。

3、教态亲切，表情丰富，在课堂上能轻松，活泼，潇洒的进行授课，富有艺术性。

4、有扎实的英语基础知识作后盾，词汇丰富，课堂充实。

通过这次听课，我开阔了眼界，看到了自己的不足，以及自己与其他优秀教师的差距，明白了努力方向。这次学习给了我很大的启发。我不但学到了一些理论知识，也从授课教师身上学到了一些教学技巧，这都会为我以后的教学工作注入强大的动力，相信通过不断努力，一定能拉近距离，不断进步。
