一、加强学习，全面提升军政素质

预备役部队亦兵亦民，光靠一流的生产力还不行，还要有一流的训练成绩。当前江川县以经济建设为中心，全力通过塑造一流的抚仙湖生态经济环境，来创造一流的经济佳绩。在全力以赴发展一流经济的同时，也需建设一流国防，将国防建设与经济建设协调发展落到实处。

三、重视党组织建设，保证党对连队的领导。

结合整组和连队实际，优化了党员结构，使党（团）员人数占预编人数的48%，做到连有支部、排有小组、班有党员；亲自参与指导健全了会议、学习、议事、职责、党课教育等10项制度，并坚持好各项制度的落实，干部党员素质

不断提高，模范作用充分发挥，为完成任务提供了保证；认真贯彻《军官管理暂行规定》，从严管干，强化了军官队伍建设。坚持每月1次的学习教育活动，并适时组织开展形式多样的教育活动，从根本上保证了政令畅通和连队高度稳定统一。
