1 认真审题

2 列出提纲
考试中写作部分从构思到成稿时间是很有限的，所以不可能花太多时间准备一个详细的提纲，但关键词提纲或粗略提纲还是非常有必要的。对原始材料分析归纳后形成一个基本的框架结构：图画或图表想要传达的主题是什么;文字要求中包含哪些写作内容;文章段落应如何组织，这些都要做到心中有数。有了基本框架结构后，考生再将具体内容填充完善，文章才能够做到思路清晰，重点突出，行文流畅。因此，简单构建提纲会起到事半功倍的效果。
3 写作中的注意事项
语言：统一连贯、用词准确;切忌眉毛胡子一把抓，各种词语堆积。前后及段落之间在逻辑关系上要紧密衔接，利用恰当的关联词把思想连贯地表达出来。
语法：规范正确;在考试时要特别注意语法、词汇以及标点符号等的使用，避免不应有的单词拼写错误和语法错误，不要为了追求词语的华丽而简单堆积一些自己没有把握的单词，不要刻意追求长句写作。
字数：符合写作要求，不能过多或过少。同时要保证卷面书写工整、少涂改。

目前来说，三段论是图表类作文最简单合理的写法
简单来说第一段主要描述图中数据，第二段解释表中所显示现象的原因，第三段为总结。
整体的结构其实大家都能把握，但是，想要得一个不错的分数，细节很重要。第一段要用什么形式的句子才能描述好数据的变化？第二段要用什么样的原因来解释？原因怎么写才能显得不敷衍？第三段改怎么总结？除了总结还要写什么东西？等等这些都是我们模板中要解决的问题。

分类:所有图表作文题目大体可以分为两种类型，一个是数据随时间变化的动态图，另一个是某一时间段不同对象占比或绝对数量的静态图。
这两类题目在写作时主要的区别在于第一段怎么写，动态图需要描述数据随时间变化的变化趋势，而静态图则需要描写在一定时间内不同对象的占比或数量（对比）。 所以我在模板中根据两类不同的作文题目给出了第一段的两种写法。
在大作文模板中，只有第一段是不相同的，二三段可以通用。

1. 框架
（1）表达情感类信件（感谢信、道歉信）

关键句4：如果没有对方帮助的后果：如果没有对方帮助，自己将无法完成某事。
2.道歉事件的关键句包括：描述具体情况（时间、地点、发生了什么、主要原因等）+导致的后果

提醒一：一个中心，牢记心中
做阅读题时要从整体把握，阅读每一段的中心句，找出这个中心句的关键词。解题时要谨记文章的中心主旨和各段落的大意，其实阅读理解考的就是这个_中心句_。

6、错误的选项，往往是就文章某一方面而说的，其特点是：所涉及的，仅仅是某一个小问题，或者很具体，非常具体的一件实事。正确选项反应的，往往是实质的、根本的内容。
7、选项中出现ONLY的，一般都为干扰项。
8、说明原因的，且仅仅是说明原因而已，一般是干扰项。
9、一定要注意，谁是用来修饰谁的。起修饰作用的词或句子，来做选项，一般是错的。被修饰的那部分来作选项，一般是对的。

第1段：开门见山，明确目的
咱们先暂且抛开写英语作文这件事。大家都写过信对吧？即使没写过信，也写过邮件对吧？写信和写邮件是一个道理（在作文题目中你也会看到Write an email…，二者可以同样对待）。比如你的毕业论文由某个你不熟悉的导师负责指导。我当时的论文就是由学院的副院长指导的，但作为一个普普通通的学生，平时跟院长级别的老师是不可能有交集的，所以要联系的时候就是各种忐忑，要想着怎么能在不废话的情况下说清楚自己的目的。
写考研小作文同样如此，阅卷的老师压力很大、时间也很紧张，所以最好不要用罗里吧嗦的语言来烦他们，言简意赅实则为上策也（毕竟题目允许的字数也只有100词左右-_-||）。所以，第一段就要开门见山，告诉收信人你写这封信的目的是什么，让对方能在第一时间就知道你为什么写这封信。
写信的目的就要从题目要求中获取了，下面是我根据题目要求整理的写信目的：

但是，你看后半部分有8种，这是一个变量，同样不可预测，那我该用什么来表达？请看下面的表格：
通过合并同类项（表达情感均可以用同一表达方式），我们可以把后半部分合并成以上6类，但句式都是相同的，并不会增加背诵的难度。下面我会拿几篇真题来演示一遍：
