三、在上课方面进行指导。我对两位老师进行如何组织教学，如何导入新课，如何安排每个教学环节，如何突出重点，如何处理难点；如何面对学生课

一、活动概况

“书香动感南华”活动由南华大学党委宣传部、南华大学党校主办，校学生记者团、南华大学读书会、校青年志愿者总队承办，活动主体有三个：宿舍书籍大搜索行动、图书馆一楼大厅书展、书籍漂流活动。进行时间为4月22日至4月24日，持续三天。校记者团全体成员、读书会及青志总队部分成员参与其中。活动设有总负责人一名，分负责人三名，三个校区分负责人6名，小组长若干，基本上责任到人，保证工作有序开展。

(一)前期准备

4月18日活动工作安排会议在1-113召开了工作安排会议，之后又开展了活动前动员会议。二者主要内容是统计活动人员名单及安排具体工作。在活动安排会议后，前期准备活动如设计书籍信息登记卡、发放倡议书、联系图书馆及拉赞助等前期准备活动均如期开展。

前期准备工作进行得总体上还算顺利，图书馆给予了本次活动大力支持，不仅提供一百本热门书籍，还给我们提供了五个展台及展览场地。但由于在拉赞助和联系制作展板人员方面出现一些小状况，使得活动不能完全按计划不得不进行改动，对活动规模进行缩减。表现在：横幅、海报等宣传形式被取消，活动所需资金减少，原定的发放读书宣传小册子活动被迫取消，造成原定对“大学生应该读的100本书书目”的宣传不能落到实处，宣传“新三味书屋”的目的无法达到。

（二）宿舍书籍搜索行动

为保证足够的书源，我们将原定一晚的宿舍搜书行动改为两天。22日、23日，记者团所有成员几乎全部动员，在三个校区负责人的带领下进入各楼栋个宿舍进行搜书行动。从结果来看，成果是丰硕的，两个晚上共搜到书籍约400本，杂志约280余本。从队员们的工作

态度来看，各成员都能以较高的激情投入到活动中，各校区负责人更是在组织与联系人员、及时反馈信息等方面付出了很多努力。从同学们的反应来看，我记者团成员在进宿舍搜书时能自觉维护记者团的形象，积极宣传世界读书日及“书香动感南华”读书活动，在一定程度引起了同学们对读书日的关注。搜书活动也得到了同学们的大力支持。搜书行动的成功开展为4月24日书展的顺利开展提供了保证。

（三）书展

4月24日星期六，我们在图书馆一楼大厅进行了为期一天的书展。展出的书由搜集到的500余册书和从图书馆二楼借来的一百本书两部分构成。为了便于管理，我们先是将所搜索的书籍进行分类：回收类和非回收类。然后将要求回收的书籍出处进行标注，并按照校区、楼栋分好，同一个校区的书籍放在同一个展台上展出，大厅左侧和右侧分别展出非回收书籍和回合搜书籍。非回收类有读书会保管，回合搜类由记者团人员保管。为了书展有序进行，我们对记者团人员进行排班，每两二小时一班，分派看守人员以及借书信息登记人员。准备就绪后，上午10时许，书展正式开始。下午五点，书展结束。

（四）书籍漂流

书籍漂流是书展的目的和一个后期延续。主要是在书展过程当中借出的书在南华学子当中“漂流”的过程。大家相互交流书籍，分享好书，交流读书心得体会，起到了比较良好的效果。由于各方面的原因，漂流期缩短为一周。目前，书籍的归还情况以基本到位。

二、活动影响、效果

（一）宣传了世界读书日，鼓励大家读书，有利于营造良好的读书氛围。

（1）通过进宿舍进行地毯式的搜书活动，带给大家有关读书日的知识，引起他们对读书

日的重视，对读书的重视。搜书活动得到了大家的重视和支持，大家纷纷“捐”出自己的书籍，希望能够同大家交换书籍，一起分享好书。搜书活动维持了两个晚上，几乎全团动员，分工到楼栋，影响范围广、人员多。

（2）通过读书漂流活动，促进资源共享，营造良好氛围。从反馈信息来看，爱好读书的

的大有人在，书籍“漂流”这一形式得到了大家的广泛认同。“送人玫瑰，手留余香”，通过读书“漂流”，让“我读书我快乐”的观念不着痕迹地进入大家的思想里。同一本书让我们拥有同一种情感，这份情感交集让大家联系在一起。一本书不仅起到了情感交流的作用，而且让有些同学甚至由不相识变为了朋友。

（3）结合展板宣传及校报读书日专版，引起大家对读书日的重视。在书展当天，我们在

图书馆前陈放了两块展板，主要内容为读书日简介及“大学生应该读的一百本书书目”等。在4月30的校报三版，我们设置了“读书日”的专版：对读书日、我们的读书活动进行介绍和报道；对党校副校长、党委宣传部副部长廖力进行的读书专题的专访；时评及好书推荐。进一步扩大了宣传和影响。

（4）通过信息反馈来看，本活动确实让很多同学意识到或重新考虑到读书的必要和意义。

一些同学还在读书漂流中意识到自己所看书的少量，并在其中发现了不少自己感兴趣的书，激发了他们读书的兴趣。

（二）活跃了记者团氛围，加强了各成员间的交流，锻炼了一批成员，也出现了一批优秀

成员。

这是一次集体性的活动，记者团成员几乎全部参与其中。由于活动的持续性和繁琐性，很多工作都必须要各个队员分工合作进行。不论是哪个环节，我们都根据实际情况划分了小组，并设立了通讯录，确保信息通畅。小组成员分工合作，共同完成工作。活动促进了成员间的积极交流和彼此的了解，在活动感情也在沟通与合作中进一步加深，集体意识得到强化，更加紧密团结，有利于以后各项工作的开展。

（2）锻炼了一大批大一成员。事实证明，在活动中个人的能力能得到最充分的展现和提

高。责任到人，分小组团队进行活动，此次活动大大提高了个成员的参与性。活动设总负责人1名，分负责人3名，同时委派各校区人6人，每个校区下设2到3小组，同时设小组长，这样，让队员们自主管理队员，不仅增强了其主人翁意识，同时也给他们提供了更好的*台，通过联络人员到组织展开活动，各负责人的能力都能得到进一步提高。通过做负责人队员也能体会作为负责人的不易与快乐，总结经验，吸取教训，积累活动经验，以便下次活动更好的开展。

三、问题与不足：

（一）宣传力度不够，影响范围有限。

宣传力度不够体现在几个方面：展板海报宣传不到位，小册子宣传计划被迫取消，书展影响范围小。
