At long last, the fire was put out, but the moat had also gone dry, leaving a few sorry carps in their dying3 struggle. This tale likens the city gate fire to disasters that do not seem to concern us but that can spread and involve even the innocent4.

二、立题的意义

我们一线教师是“高效课堂”的践行者，我们必须与时俱进，立足新课程，运用新理念潜心研究课堂教学新方法、新模式，应从课堂教学第一步入手追求各个环节整体高效，我们的课题研究以“高效课堂”目标，以新课程理念为导向，引领我校英语老师探索有效课堂导入理论策略，设计高效导入，指导教学实践，引领我校英语教师专业化发展。

英语课堂教学的导入多种多样，根据不同类型、不同内容的课选择使用不同的导入手段，其目的只有一个：激发学生学习的兴趣，启迪他们的心智，使学生重塑自信，觉得英语课好学、易学，产生兴趣，减少焦虑，达到事半功倍。因此，我确立研究课题《初中英语课堂导入方法探究》

1.英语教学

随着社会的进步，英语已从一种工具变成了一种思想，一种知识库。在英语课堂教学中，教师尤其要注重学生主体地位的发挥，以让学生积极参与为目的，在英语课堂的教学导入中更能体现这一宗旨。

2. 课堂导入

第斯多惠指出:“ 教学的艺术不在于传授本领，而在于激励、唤醒、鼓舞” 。好的导入能为全节课的顺利进行奠定良好的基础，并能由此使教学内容进一步展开、发展、开拓，把课的进展不断推向高潮，产生良好、积极的.“ 连锁反应” 。

课堂导入，一般是指课堂教学开始的3-5分钟内，教师和学生所有教学活动的总称。其作为课堂教学的重要环节，具体是指在进入新的教学内容前，教师为了转移学生的注意中心，激发学生的学习情趣，采用各种教学手段，引导学生进入正式的学习状态的教学行为。本课题研究以我县统一使用的人教版初中语文教材为载体，以全校七至九年级所有班级为实验班，本校英语组教师全部参研。

课题研究的步骤和举措

一、研究目的

1.调查分析总结初中英语教学中一线教师常用的导入方法，制作调查表，对我校全体英语教师进行调查，形成汇总数据，得出教师常用的导入法。

2. 分析比较常用的不同类型的各种导入方法特点、功能的异同，研究根据学生心理和教学内容合理选用行之有效导入方法的策略，并跟踪在课堂实际教学中运用的效果，以及学生的评价。

3. 借鉴校内外优秀导入案例，运用新理念、新方法和现代化技术手段，进行导入方案设计的自主创新实验研究。

4.加强课堂导入的个案分析，注重研究和推介的灵活巧妙的新方法、新手段总结经验，探索有效课堂导入策略，指导教学实践，引领我校教师教师专业化发展。更好的服务于课堂，服务于学生。

二、研究内容

英语课堂教学的导入多种多样，根据不同类型、不同内容的课选择使用不同的导入手段，其目的只有一个：激发学生学习的兴趣，启迪他们的心智，使学生重塑自信，觉得英语课好学、易学，产生兴趣，减少焦虑，达到事半功倍。因此，本次主要研究：

首先，初中英语教材中的情景会话材料的选择上，大都立足于普遍的生活场景，如购物、交往、问候等，这些是东西方人们广泛存在的生活内容，教材编排者的意图就是让学生在这人类共通的生活场面中来体会英语与母语的区别，体会英语应用的精确性，并且在这种模拟的情景中实践自己已经掌握的英语知识，为将来的运用英语积累实践的经验，为以后的英语学习和英语交际提供扎实的应用基础。在英语教学中，作为教师，应该清楚地认识到教材中这些英语情景会话的重要性，不能轻描淡写地带过。不少的英语教师，往往把教材中的这部分内容，当作是训练学生听力的基本材料，或者偏重分析这些材料中的词汇和语法，从而偏离了教材编排者们的良苦用心，因而也偏离了英语课程标准的大纲精神。正确地领悟教材中情景会话内容的编排精神仅仅是情景会话教学的第一步，接下来的就是在具体的教学中如何来贯彻这一精神。笔者认为在情景会话的教学中，学生的切身参与是不可替代的。情景会话的教学精髓就是让学生在模拟的生活场面中扮演特定的角色，依据自己所扮演的角色来练习在特定场合中的特定言语交际，并且要符合英语的传统和习惯。教材中所提供的英语情景会话的材料，通俗一点来说，教材的编排者是个编剧，情景会话材料则个简单的剧本，而课堂教学的任务之一，就是要把这个剧本转化为活生生的舞台演出，导演是教师，学生则是剧本中的各式人物。编剧、剧本、导演的作用不能超越学生这一角色的作用，而是为这些演员们搭建起良好的表演舞台。基于这个原因，应该把学生的亲身实践放在首要的位置，教师切不可越俎代庖，用简单的知识传授来替代学生的课堂实践。

其次，作为英语教师，应该意识到教材编排的局限性和时效性，因此要已经现实生活的变化，灵活地开发新的课程资源，以弥补教材的相关缺失。在新颁初中英语课程标准中就明确地提出要求：“英语课程要力求合理利用和积极开发课程资源”教材是经典，这是个共识，但经典并不意味着永远贴近时代和生活。任何教材，无论如何具备前瞻性，也不能做到对时代和生活作出精确的预见性。而语言则能对之作出灵活和共时的应对。前文已经提及，初中英语教材中的情景会话材料的选择上是立足于人类共同的生活场景的，而这些场景，则是过去的生活经验而已，现实的生活是瞬息万变、千姿百态的，由于教材修订的时间性的局限，不可能进行及时的更新。一种教材一旦编定，势必要经过若干年后才能依据现实的需要进行修订。作为从事初中英语教学的教师来说，如果拘泥于教材中的内容而不与时俱进，那么课堂教学会与实际的生活渐行渐远。

3、题目难易适中，题量适中，体现分层

当堂检测的目的是检测本节课新授知识点的掌握情况，所以题目一般设置难易适中，难题则是少之又少。一方面教师可以从检测中得到关于知识点掌握情况的反馈，另一方面学生可以从检测结果中获得成就感和培养自信。符合学校“让学生从成功走向成功”的英语学习理念。题量控制在5分钟左右可以完成。再者，当堂检测要体现分层。《张店区第六中学实施分层递进教学改革的意见》中指出实施分层教学是现阶段我校课堂教学改革的核心。通过分层，充分尊重学生的差异，使课堂教学尽量适合各类学生的最近发展区，让学生得到有针对性的帮助，实现在原有基础上得到最大程度的发展。其中当堂检测的设置也可以做到分层。一开始，我们会把所有题目印制在检测学案中，检测时明确要求AB层同学各自做哪部分题目。但这样会导致改错讲解浪费时间，B层空着的题目浪费纸张等问题。因此我们又采取另一种办法，统一检测时做一样的题目，但是提前完成检测的同学可以再向教师领取能力拓展类型的题目。这部分学生在完成这部分题目后可自行订正答案，看不懂的再单独询问老师。这样就避免了之前出现的问题，提高了A层学生的学习效率，也锻炼了他们的自学能力。

4、及时反馈，改错

当堂检测我采取过以下方式反馈。一是全部收起批阅，全批全改。再是检测后还

有部分剩余时间，课上直接订正答案，讲解，学生红笔改错，教师再检查一遍学生的改错，一般讲解改错后仍会有20人左右出错，教师批阅后再次发回改错。以周或单元为单位汇总易错题，课上再次重复。当堂检测最好当天反馈，改错完毕，做到天天清。如果学生不能在课间改完的话，一般只能在放学后加班辅导。

对于平时遇到的问题，我采取以下做法，取得了较好的效果。

1、反馈改错时怎样做到一对一辅导和及时有效。

批阅检测后，我尽力做到让学生当面改错，说出答题依据。但学生课间休息时间并不充分，加之办公室距离教室较远，往往只利用课间并不能做到这一点。所以我利用自习坐班时间，上课时间和中午放学时间对学生进行辅导。但是有些学生不能体会及时改错的重要性，反而在老师辅导其它学生的时候溜走，时间一长，难点增多，成绩势必受到影响。对此，小组考核不失为一个好办法。

2、差异生的帮辅工作

挑选学习态度较好，及格线以下的学困生天天辅导。对当堂检测要求做到满分卷。对新授知识坚持堂堂清，天天清。这学期采取了这个帮扶措施后，本人挑选的5名学困生在平时检测中全部合格，在期中考试中3人合格。

Before I can tell you what happened to me, I first must bore you with a few technicalities of my job.

As you know, my office lies at the bottom of the sea. I wear a suit to the office. It's a wet suit.

This time of year the water is quite cool. So what we do to keep warm is this: We have adiesel5 powered industrial water heater. This $20,000 piece of equipment that sucks the water out of the sea. It heats it to a delightful6 temperature. It then pumps it down to the diver through a garden hose, which is taped to the air hose.

Now, this all sounds like a darn good plan, and I've used it several times with no complaints.

What I do when I get to the bottom and start working, is take the hose and stuff it down the back of my wet suit. This floods my whole suit with warm water. It's fantastic...it's like working in a Jacuzzi.

Everything was going well until all of a sudden, my butt7 started to itch8. So, of course, I scratched it. This, of course, only made things worse. Within a few seconds my bottom started to feel a burning sensation. I pulled the hose out from my back, thinking that maybe the water was too hot, but the damage was done.

In agony, I realized what had happened.

The hot water machine had sucked up a jellyfish and pumped it directly into my suit. Now, since I don't have any hair on my back, so the jellyfish couldn't stick to it. However, the crack of my butt was not as fortunate.

When I had scratched what I thought was an itch, I was actually grinding the jellyfish, and all of its poisonous, stinging tentacles9, into the crack of my bottom.

I immediately informed the dive supervisor10 of my dilemma over the communicator. His instructions were unclear due to the fact that he, along with five other divers, were all .

Needless to say, I aborted12 the dive. I was instructed to make three agonizing13 in-water decompression stops totaling thirty-five minutes before I could reach the surface to begin mychamber14 dry decompression. When I arrived at the surface, I was wearing nothing but mybrass15 helmet.

As I climbed out of the water, the medic, with tears of laughter running down his face, handed me a tube of cream and told me to rub it on my butt as soon as I got in the chamber.

The cream put the fire out, but I couldn't poop for two days because my bottom wasswollen16 shut.
