眼前的一切又地反问我自己：“难道你连一个小孩都不如？难道你是如此不堪一击？难道你就是用这种方式来允诺的吗……”

我陷入了沉思。

不！我不甘心就这样把自己输掉！挫折，谁没有？嗯，我相信自己还是那株含苞待放的野蔷薇。在经历狂风暴雨后，定会愈加坚强！嗯！我不但不能放弃，还要勇往直前地开拓未来的新篇章！

面对不以人的意志为转移、源源不断流走的时间，人们可以有两种态度，一种是积极的态度，一种是消极的态度，积极的人深刻意识到时间的珍贵和美丽，他们就像在流动的水中奋力向前的泳者，充满了“自信人生两百年，会当击水三千里”的豪迈气概，努力在有限的时间内留下无限的生命，而他们的生命也会随着时间的流动而奔放。消极的人时刻体会着时间流逝的无奈，心中充满了古今多少事都付谈笑中的怅然，想着一辈子再努力最后也是日落西山，命归黄泉，看不出人生奋斗到底多少意义，于是得过且过，虚度一生。到底该积极面对时间还是消极面队时间呢？这个问题不难回答。

时间像条源源不断的河流从我们身边流过，我们可以用两种方法来应对它，一种是坐在河边，望河兴叹，呆呆地看着河水从脚下流走，自己也慢慢变老；另一种是在河边钓鱼，或者下河摸虾，或者在河边种荷花，或者到河里游泳，和朋友们一起戏水。我们每个人都能够体会，从河里钓上一条鱼来是多么快乐，从河里摸出一堆虾来是多么舒畅，和朋友一起戏水又是多么愉快。既然有这么多的欢乐，有谁会愿意坐在河边一动不动呢？生命的目标是什么呢？生命的目标是欢乐和难忘，而不仅仅是活下去。欢乐是活在当下，难忘是品味过去。生命中要有真正的欢乐，就必须有所收获，不仅要收获具体的东西，还要收获心情，在上面的比喻中，我们收获了鱼虾之类的具体事物，但更重要的是收获了欢乐的心情。

有一次在旅行的时候，朋友带我去钓鱼，同时告诉我这是钓着玩的，是catch and release，意思是抓了就放。当时我想，抓了就放有什么好玩的，没事找事。但真到了现场，每次钓上一条鱼来都兴奋得要死，尽管最后又把鱼都放了，但却收获了一天极好的心情。这件事充分说明了收获心情比收获具体的东西更加重要。另外，收获心情最重要的一条是要亲身参与、付出自己的努力。还是举鱼虾的例子，如果这些鱼虾是从农贸市场买回来的，我们还能够收获同样的心情吗？答案显然是否定的。如果仅仅坐在河边，我们又能收获什么呢？一定是无所事事的烦闷，以及看到别人得到鱼虾时的失落感，一定是因为别人的欢乐而产生的嫉妒，因为别人的难忘过去而产生的空虚。相比之下，你会选择哪种生命形态呢？答案应该是一目了然的。因此，在时间的长河中积极参与，努力收获，快乐生活，是我们能够采取的正确态度。其实，有限的时间恰恰是上帝送给人类最珍贵的礼物。如果一个人拥有的时间是无限的，那对于我们来说活着就真的没有意义了。在那样的情形下，我们做任何一件事情都可以不急不慢，没有死的威胁，就没有了生的热情，也就不再需要奋斗的精神。随着时间的推移，我们会有太多的经历，生命中遇到的任何事情和见到的任何人都不在能点燃生命的火花。

我们会彻底丧失好奇心，彻底丧失惊喜和欢乐，一切都会变得习以为常，让人熟视无睹。试想，我们很多人在20岁之后就已经失去了童年轻而易举就能够得到欢乐和惊奇，那当我们的时间变得无限时，我们该如何生活下去呢？正是有限的时间和生命的紧迫感，使我们不得不认真的策划每一天，让每一天都活出精彩，在有限的时间里品味“活着，是美丽的”这句话的真正含义。

The flush toilet and tub make the price is evening but it's been a long day so I head out and get a pedi-cab to take us to the famous Chengdu Restaurant but she takes us to the famous Chengdu Hotel instead; by the time we find it,it's closed wander the street markets until we stumble onto an outside hotpot Beer City,we negotiate a two-fer entry a dozen guys at the next table have been taking advantage of the unlimited free beer and keep coming a couple of entertainers,the dance floor opens morning,James-a senior at the local tourism high school-meets us to show us around.

The poet Du Fu is considered China's Shakespeare so we visit the thatched cottage where he lived and there we walk through the street market to a trolley car which takes us along the river until it scrapes a get out and walk a bit then take a cab to the Chengdu Restaurant(again!)to sample the local hot take a cab to the Giant Panda Breeding Research Base and stroll around a bit watching the playing pedi-cab takes us to the zoo where we get a cab to Renmin some strolling,we stop at the teahouse by the lake which is the oldest in walk back to the hotel and Debbie gets a takeout at Dico's while I couple of hours later we reverse roles,so I wander to a local pub for a cheeseburger and brew and briefly check my e-mail.

今天，早上爸爸妈妈出门去了，把我和姐姐扔在了家，不管了。中午到了，正在翻冰箱的我突然，眼睛一亮找到了“救命之星”——馄饨。我像大厨师一样对姐姐说：“今天我就来给你做个馄饨大餐。”说干就干，我从冰箱里拿出馄饨，吩咐姐姐到后院去摘点葱，接着我学着妈妈的样打开煤气，在锅里倒上水，接着准备调料，我先将葱切好，然后倒上芝麻油，在一旁的姐姐看得目瞪口呆说：“想不到你还有点本事，简直就是深藏不露，但是这里面干什么要放芝麻油呢?是不是用来提香的?” “OK” 咕噜咕噜的声音在我耳边响起，我拿起馄饨一只一只往水里放，就像小鸭子跳水。“好了，现在就等馄饨熟了!”我拍拍手说到。20分钟过去了，我打开锅盖一股白气扑面而来，我用漏勺将馄饨捞上来在碗里放好，加上汤，再淋上一点老陈醋，加上盐与味精搅拌，大功告成，我给姐姐分配好她的，姐姐吃着碗里的看着锅中的对我的手艺赞不绝口。

我吃着自己做的香喷喷的馄饨，听着姐姐对我的赞美心里美滋滋的。

Suddenly the coach gave me a push on my back and I lost my balance on the humid floor of the gym and fell into the deepwater area. In the first few seconds I felt that my end had arrived, but uppon the danger my mind was unusually sober. Swiftly I applied the skills I learned to reach the other side of the pool, and when I finally placed my hands onto the edge, I saw the coach’s satisfactory smile.

I told this experience to my father. Dad put down his newspaper and said, ‘I have said that you would benefit from it. Maybe you should give your gratitude to your coach, as he has taught you not to flinch in the face of challenges.’

在看前两部的时候没有注意研究这些，所以总得来说还是很畅通的，可看这本要注意细节，自然让我头痛，一个下午就研究了第一章。

不愧是巴金的作品，语言够清楚，一开头就从好多过去的现在的未来的事情上表现了高家的封建，并连带从前喜儿和蕙姑娘的事情又引出了枚表弟和冯家小姐。这个“枚表弟”是谁我不记得了，反正前面有，至于这个“冯家姑娘”应该是蕙的妹妹，名字嘛～我想起来再说吧！

不要怪我的这篇读书笔记像流水帐，我目前的情况能写成这样不错了。

在孔庙的中轴线上有一个大殿，叫“大成殿”，里面是孔子及其弟子的灵位，有一些礼器。
