在长期的优秀班组创建实践中，始终注重班组的基础管理工作，始终把建设“五型”班组，培养综合高素质员工作为创建活动的重要内容，全方位提高员工在安全、管理、效率、创新、和谐等方面的综合素养，提高班组整体实力，正因为全班人员的共同努力，在20xx年二季度的“五型”班组考核中，燃运一班一举夺得“管理”型、“创新”型和“和谐”型三个第一名。班组是企业的“细胞”，是企业最基本的组织。企业的一切工作最终都要通过班组来落实，企业管理的成败离不开班组的穿针引线，因此，搞好班组管理十分重要，他们班组在管理方面的做法主要有：

1、在组织建设方面，班组内成立了班委会，每月召开一次班委会议，对班组内部的事务进行研讨、分析、总结，在接下来的工作中加以落实改进，同时班组也设立了五大员，即安全员、技术培训员、政治宣传员、考勤员、材料员，根据班组内部实际，明确每人的职责，发挥他们在班组管理中的积极作用。

2、在规章制度方面，依据岗位设置情况明确各岗位的工作职责，建立健全符合班组实际的安全管理、生产管理、节能管理、民主管理、5S-TPM等各项规章制度，另外依据公司经济考核办法，建立班组奖金分配制度，严格执行考勤制度，加强劳动纪律。

3、在基础资料方面，班组内设立了工作日志、全活动记录、教育培训记录、考核管理制度；完备生产运行规程、图纸、资料、原始记录。

在班组的工作过程中，燃运一班始终要求每位员工都要以主人翁的态度来对待工作，并把“勇于负责，马上行动，绝对服从，没有借口，说到做到”作为班训，并在推行中其成效越来越明显，班级内部透露出一种积极身上、不畏困难、团结敬业的工作作风，特别是多次突击任务时，他们始终凭着过硬的素质，在公司广大员工中树立了“一支能打硬仗的队伍”的良好形象。2013年夏季，持续高温炙烤着蚌埠地区，为确保整个生化公司的安全用电用汽，面对繁重的运行任务，燃运一班全体员工没有一个胆怯退缩，而是迎难而上，战高温斗酷暑，为了圆满的完成工作任务，他们在岗位上一站就是八个小时，尽管部分岗位的环境温度高达50°，尽管汗水和煤灰已模糊了他们的双眼，尽管在他们脸上和身上留下一道道黑漆漆的印记，然而就是这样的一张张脸，却依然能绽放出劳动者最美的笑容。流淌着他们对工作热情负责的辛勤汗水。就凭着对工作负责的敬业精神，他们完美的完成了迎峰度夏的各项生产任务，并且未发生一起安全责任事故。每年的梅雨季节，蚌埠地区经常会出现连阴雨天气，致使公司来煤潮湿，对循环流化床锅炉的正常运行十分不利，容易造成落煤管严重堵塞甚至降负荷运行，对公司的经济效益影响严重，在这万难之际，一班成员迅速组织讨论，群策群力想办法、出主意，面对恶劣的煤炭形势，如何依靠技术解决实际问题是对燃运一班的考验和挑战，在无干煤可取的情况下，通过调整细碎机间隙，在满足机组要求的十毫米颗粒度的情况下，尽最大努力粗化入炉煤颗粒，并在适烧煤种中取用块状煤，避免粘性较大的泥煤入炉。通过全班成员的共同努力，把握每一个工作细节，在一班的全部工作周期中，未出现一例因煤质原因造成的堵落煤管现象，他们探索出了一条艰难但可取的方法，为其他运行班指出了方向，最大限度的保证了机组安全稳定运行，为公司减亏控亏工作做出了突出贡献

三、关注小指标，安全环保不放松

燃运一班面对电厂及车间小指标考核时，他们认真分析研究，深入探讨总结，具体做法主要做法有：

1、通过对标管理，运用科学的思想、组织、方法和手段，对生产中的各个环节不断的分析和监控，提出问题，解决问题，逐步优化运行方式，进而达到节能降耗的目的。

2、认真组织开展班组内部经济核算及节能活动，提高班组员工的节约意识；另外，在适当的时候让全班人员聚在一起学习降耗知识，交流节能心得，取长补短，共同进步，从而为班组践行节约提供智力保障。

3、班组开展合理化建议活动，让全班人员对生产及管理等方面存在的各种缺陷与各种不足提建议、出主意，不断提升班组设备运营与管理水平。在安全方面，他们始终把安全放在第一位，在班内开展“安全无事故”活动。每周组织班员学习《安全事故快报》、《安规》等安全知识，讨论安全感想，交流安全心得，通过长期的坚持不懈的努力，燃运一班没有发生过一起人身设备安全事故；在多年的工作中，曾无数次的发现各种设备安全隐患，如电机振动过大、液力耦合器漏油、行车抓斗松脱、给煤机异物卡塞……每每遇到这样的问题，他们总能第一时间采取措施，防止事态扩大，燃运一班的员工从未向部门申报过一次奖励，因为他们知道：所有的成绩其实都是他们的本分，是他们作为一名合格员工应尽的职责，只有企业的发展才有员工的荣耀，只有企业的兴旺才有员工的成就；环保方面他们注重工作生活中的每一个细节，如在电除尘的运行过程，他们会对从烟囱中飘落至地面的成点团状的灰尘进行分析，识别出可能可能的原因，进而做出运行方式的调整，保证粉尘的达标排放。

四、勇于创新，认真推进5S-TPM工作

企业要保持良好的发展态势，创新是必不可少的，燃运一班员工早已意识到，创新不只是专家技术人员的专利，只要我们立足岗位，认真对待自己所管辖范围及工作对象，细心观察，认真分析，勇于提出观点，哪怕是一个小小的有助于生产的变动也是创新，改进操作方式是创新，提高工作效率是创新，改善服务质量同样是创新，同时伴随着公司5S-TPM不断的深入与推进，班组的此项工作也开展的有声有色，班组每月上报车间至少四个改善提案，这些提案中有很多已在公司提案考核中获得奖项，如对电除尘仓泵进料密封阀的改造、一期3#尾部冲洗泵进水阀的改造、一期2#渣皮带检修梯的改造以及对气源管道压力变送器加护套等等，这些提案的实施节约了公司的费用支出，方便了操作，提高了员工工作时的安全保障。
