My interest in science dates back to my early childhood. I have always excelled in physical sciences and have received numerous awards in mathematics in high school. At age 18, I attended Beijing Normal University, majoring in physics. My current duty, as a research assistant, is to set up diamond film growth kinetics experiments which is designed to verify whether the mechanism of H atoms destroying C-H bonds in diamond film growth is the bottleneck reaction to diamond film formation. The results will give valuable insights and better enhance the research efforts of another group here. PS从写作手法上来说要有起承转合，所谓“起”就是要从宏观上给自己一个定位，为整个文章做个基调。

接下来就是要“承”，从文章宏观基调过渡到用具体的理由说服对方录取你。

“转”也可以成为升华，结合自身情况和将来学习的项目，对自己的未来有一个怎样的期待和规划。 “合”对前文进行提炼，照应开头的基调，做到首尾呼应，这样才做到一气呵成，整个文章浑然一体。 此外，PS段落注意有长有短，有轻有重，有主有次，字数一般在800-1000字左右，切忌重复啰嗦。这样，才能将PS撰写的较为完美，值得一读。

All I know about leadership I learned from a ball. A ball is able to bounceback up after it is dropped. It is round and has no creases. A ball can bethrown back and forth to different people. All of these qualities are alsoleadership qualities. A leader has to be ready for every situation that isthrown at him or her. He or she has to be able to bounce back from any setbacksand never dwell on the past. Leaders have to exhibit many qualities and never beclosed-minded about a situation. A leader must be able to delegate when he orshe cannot get the work done. They have to trust everyone they lead to be ableto xxxcatch the ballxxx and keep a project rolling.

This activity made me realize that being a leader is so much more than justhaving authority and having the ability to take control of a situation. A leaderhas to be trusting of all the people he or she leads and，leaders must be ableto combine ideas into one encompassing idea. They cannot sit in the backgroundand watch events happen; they have to jump in and be involved. They should notdelegate all their responsibilities away.

Leadership is more than what the dictionary says it is.

I learned through all of this that I have many of these qualities.

在20xx年12月我利用工作以外的时间参加了由北大青鸟集团与印度APTECH公司合作开办的Aptech Certified Computer Professional——ACCP软件工程师认证培训课程。

课程分为初级程序员、程序设计员和软件工程师三个阶段的学习。

在20xx年6月这个职业资格认证得到了国家劳动和社会保障部认可，对通过培训考试合格的人员，北大青鸟APTECH向学员颁发其国际化标准的ACCP证书，与此同时，国家劳动和社会保障部职业技能鉴定中心根据ACCP证书的等级，核发相应的软件工程师职业资格认证证书。

现在，我已获得初级程序员和程序设计员的职业资格认证证书，正在向最高的阶段即软件工程师努力。

虽然已经取得了一定的成绩，但我深深地意识到这是远远不够的。

所以，我希望能够出国深造，汲取更多的和更系统的知识，用更加丰富的知识来完善自己，同时，也是为了拓展自己的视野，了解不同的文化和环境。

因此我选择了位于澳大利亚的XXXXXXX大学作为我的梦想之地。

因为，澳大利亚是一个美丽的国家，有多姿多彩的现代化都市，也有充满大自然气息的天然地带，气候舒适，社会安定。

更重要的是，澳大利亚拥有世界一流水平的教育质量，学校不仅十分欢迎海外留学生，而且很关注学生不同的需要，的确是留学的首选之地。

我从众多的优秀大学中选择了XXXXXXX大学。

据我所知，该大学是澳大利亚一流的学府，在国际上也拥有显著的声誉，它拥有雄厚的师资力量，先进的教学设备，优美的校园环境以及与潮流同步的学习气氛，这一切都深深地吸引着我。

如今，中国已进入现代化社会，但中国的计算机科学的发展与世界先进国家相比还有很大的差距，尤其与软件产业强国印度相比，我国的软件产业还没有形成产业化和规模化。
