求助信更多的是需要一些实质性的帮助，比如——请求对方帮助自己提高口语、帮助自己修改简历、帮自己调节情绪、给自己处理人际关系等等。

有几点需要提前注意：

语气：在求助信和咨询信一类的写作里，其中很重要的一点就是要注意礼貌，也就是在措辞时多用客气一点的表达。

内容：

1、在内容铺述时，加上自己对解决问题已经做出的努力。不管是在信中求助还是在现实生活中求助，不要让对方感觉自己是个白嫖党。我们肯定是遇到了一些困难，求助对方解决，而在此基础之上，我们还要给一点内容阐述自己已经在此问题上作出了什么努力。

2、具体阐述自己的问题。切勿通篇表达自己的艰难，自己需要对方的帮助。而是要具体阐述自己的问题，具体需要对方哪一方面的帮助，在作文中具体写出。

同样是流程式的作文，开头段遵循 “困难背景”+“写信目的” 。二者可以没有先后顺序，不过最好是按照先说所遇困难的背景，再说写信目的，二者之间呈现因果关系。当然也可以用一些词汇来调整语序，比如since。

困难背景。主要是用来简单介绍自己是怎么遇到当前的困难的，也就是造成当前求助的原因。

写信目的。根据所遇困难然后顺势引出自己的写信目的——需要您的帮助。

比如，我即将去国外做交换生，口语是很重要的能力之一 [困难背景]，所以我写信来向你寻求一些帮助[写信目的]。再比如，期末考试即将临近，我还是无法投入到学习中去[困难背景]，所以写信来请求提供一些指导建议[写信目的]。
