教学中，备课环节极其重要，备课效果的好坏会严重影响课堂气氛和学生积极性。备课既要备教材，又要备学生。在备课过程中先要吃透课本，把握各章节的重点和难点。在弄懂课本上的每一字每一句之后，还去熟读一些辅助教材，查阅这些教材中是否还有些更系统、更前沿的理论观点。备学生就是要了解和分析学生情况，有针对性地教学，真正做到因材施教。要了解学生，首先要把学生的基础情况和所学习的专业特色结合起来。我们的学生主要是要培养他们的实际动手和操作能力，所以在我的教学中都本着将课本知识生活化、现实化，每讲一个知识点都会找生活中的实例或典型的案例，一方面帮助学生理解课本中的抽象知识，另一方面让学生了提高实践能力，这样学生既易于接收知识，又增加了他们的学习兴趣。

中医类高职院校应适应医疗事业的发展。传统的教学模式是对学生进行批量生产，采取“理论知识+技能”的简单叠加的方法，侧重于强调基础理论知识的传授，实践教学和效果评价往往流于形式，造成了医药卫生类高职高专的教学质量逐年下降。学生的职业能力、就业质量、用人单位满意度普遍较低，严重制约着高职高专医学院校的发展，不能适应新时代下卫生职业教育的目的。“混合式学习”的教育理念是新时代的需求，为高职高专中医专业教学模式的改革指明了方向。“混合式学习”是学习理念的一种提升，这种提升使学生的认知方式以及教师的教学模式、教学策略和角色都发生了改变，其核心思想是根据不同的问题要求采用不同的方式解决问题，具体到教学就是采用不同的媒体和信息传递方式解决问题，而且这种解决方式的目的就是要付出最小的代价，取得最大的效益。

三、混合式学习在中医基础理论课程教学中的教学模式

（2）重点是改进教学方法。首先是要确定学习任务。制定合理的学习计划。活动探究。学习任务的完成。课堂外临床诊治教学方法：教学直接转化为临床，中医实训室临床诊治，学生正常的课程不耽误，遵守纪律在教室上课。学生充分利用课余时间，到中医实训室。老师为校内的任课专业老师，老师主要传授内容专业理论知识，并结合临床实践知识，让学生们带着问题去学习和思考。然后将学生带至教学医院，选择合适的病例，老师演示接诊病人的流程，学生在旁边观看，听讲和记录。使其熟悉各级各类人员岗位职责，了解看病的过程和掌握一定的技巧。比如胃痛中医分为几个证型：寒邪犯胃、饮食积滞、肝气郁结、脾胃虚寒、胃阴不足。如何区分证型，辨证要点记住。

在没有患者就诊的闲暇时间，练习病史采集，学生先把所叙述的病史读懂，把该病的病名搞明白（一般显而易见），然后根据该病的具体表现看该问些什么东西，一般的内容各病都要问，特殊的病要着重问些特殊内容。其实各病采集病史仅有一个固定的模式，按照这个提纲回答。这种模式提高了学生的临床操作和实际技能，从而促进学生综合素质的全面提高。

（3）完善考核系统。实行“6、3、1”考核系统，打破以往的期末成绩“一次定终身”。成绩有多部分组成。其中“6、3、1”理论课考试占60%，实训课占30%，加强了学生的实训动手能力。平时成绩占10%，学生也注重自己的平时表现，平时的学习。形式多种多样，提问、作业、模拟考试。实训课练习临床操作技术：“中医实训室”进行简单的实践操作，按照中医执业医师的操作考试来进行模拟练习，穴位操作、推拿操作、针灸操作、拔罐操作，推拿操作。中医实训室1为穴位操作，有模型人或者电子发光仿真模型人，老师带领学生操作练习。中医实训室2为拔罐刮痧操作，有玻璃罐、抽气罐、竹罐，老师带领学生操作练习。中医实训室3为推拿操作，学生两两结合，老师演示完后，学生互相结合操作。中医实训室4为辨证操作，病例可以是生病的学生教师。让他们早见习、早临床、早就业。这种模式提高了学生的学习兴趣，主动性和积极性，理论知识更加扎实。

四、结语

目前，高职高专医学院校承担着基础医药卫生机构培养专门人才的任务。医学专业不同于一般的职业教育，培养的是基础医药卫生机构的医务人员。高职高专医学专业教育更应该建立高效的教学模式，中医基础理论课程教学中如果能够运用混合学习多种教学方式，让每个学生学习的主动性和积极性在课堂学习中得到最大限度发挥，使学生愿学、乐学、会学，提升普通医学高等专科学校中医课堂的教学品质，建立高效的中医课堂，提高学生的综合素养，使学生的理论知识、实践能力、基本操作得到提高，成为优秀的医务人员。

1 引言

英语应用文写作课程是高职高专英语教学中的一门基础课程，新课改中提出，高职高专学生需掌握必备的英语知识与应用技能，可以在日常涉外活动和业务活动中用简单的口语或书面语展开沟通交流，要求保持语句通顺、无重大语法失误、表意清楚。在高职高专英语应用考试当中，写作部分均是应用文。但在教学中，这一部分始终没有引起师生们的足够重视。

2 高职高专英语应用文写作教学中现有的问题

学生英语知识储备薄弱

经过调查发现，高职高专学生在英语科目的入学成绩普遍较低。其中，学生们在写作部分体现的问题大多为词汇储备量不高、语法基础薄弱、文体格式错误较多。很多学生的文章都文不对题，表意不清。学生缺乏系统性学习，对该科目产生了畏惧的心理。

学生对英语应用文写作的认识与理解不足

学生大多没有意识到掌握好应用文写作对他们未来应用于实际的重要性，因此，在学习过程中很多学生没有认真学习应用文写作，把它当成英语学习中可以被忽略的部分。还有很多学生认为，只要掌握了最基本的写作格式就能很好的掌握英语应用文写作，但他们还没认识到英语应用文写作还应当包含特定的语言特点以及语言语境。学生们在认识与理解上的偏差导致英语应用文写作教学难以顺利开展。

老师的教学方式落后

在实践教学中，老师大多只重视课本的宣导，导致学生只能接收一系列英语概念与语法规则等，他们空有一腔理论知识，但实际应用能力方面却得不到有效提升。老师在教授完理论知识以后，并未展开对应的英语实践写作活动，学生的理论知识得不到训练机会，导致学生无法将所学实时应用于实际，知识得不到有效掌握，同时，由于该课程缺乏趣味性，让学生的学习学习积极性大打折扣，导致英语应用文写作教学成效得不到提升，学生们在课后无法真正掌握写作知识及技巧。

对于高职高专的学生来说，基础相对较差，且很多学校都是入学第二学期开设经济法课程，其他的财经类专业课程尚未学习，要理解抽象的法律术语和专业性极强的法律条文，确实存在一定难度。而案例教学通过一个简单的案例让学生迅速理解并掌握，使繁琐无味的经济法更加易懂。同时，案例教学能够激发学生学习的积极性和兴趣，让他们愿意去学习。以广州华商职业学院为例，讲授纯理论章节时，学生大多低头玩手机、睡觉或者干脆翘课，学生兴趣不高，参与度不强;而一谈到案例分析时，学生举手发言活跃，兴致高涨，互动性很强。

二、民办高职高专经济法课程案例教学的现状

在民办高职高专经济法课程教学中引用案例的目的是让学生通过分析案例能更好的掌握知识点，因而，案例的选择必须具有针对性，否则不仅没有起到应有效果，反而让学生更加疑惑。同时，民办高职高专开设经济法课程不仅是让学生掌握基础的理论知识，更重要的是让他们在实践中得到锻炼。如，合同法一章学习时，可以选取跟高职高专学生自身相关的案例，毕业后如何签订、解除合同，发生纠纷如何维权等。选取这些时效性和实践性都比较强的案例能让学生更好的投入学习，增强他们对现实生活的风险防范和运用已学知识解决问题的能力，从而实现活学活用。

(三)案例教学形式可多样化

从案例总向实践，是民办高职高专经济法课程教学的必然结果。因而，我们要采取多种形式将案例呈现到我们的现实实践中。除课堂讲授案例、案例讨论等形式外，还可以通过情景模拟建立模拟法庭的形式，组织学生扮演不用身份的当事人模拟案件，让学生在真实的体验中学会分析并提高解决问题的能力。同时，与当地法院联系建立校外实践基地也不失为一种案例教学的好方法，通过组织学生旁听庭审，让学生在现实的案件中了解如何分析案件，从而提高他们的学习积极性和实践分析能力。
