未经甲方事先书面同意，乙方不得将出租房屋转租或租给其他的第三者。

乙方应承担租赁期内实际使用而产生的水、电、液化气费、电话费并按单自行如期交纳所属管理公司或有关机构。

party a’s obligations:

甲方须按时将出租房屋及其家私家具用品与其设施以良好状态交付乙方使用。
