二、教师要透彻理解教材，教学设计从实际出发

老师要在正确和透彻理解教材，还要把握好教学对象的实际、认识教学环境的实际和教师自身条件的实际，制定明确的教学目标，然后围绕这个教学目标展开各种教学活动，设计层次清晰的教学步骤，使教学过程有序而富有逻辑性，各环节之间的衔接能自然、流畅。所以，教师要创造性地使用教材，对教材进行适当的调整和取舍，教学设计必须符合学生的实际。

三、教师要重视激活学生的思维

课堂教学的精彩之处在于把学生的学习积极性调动起来，激活学生的思维。教师是课堂教学的组织者和引导者，不仅要熟悉思维运动的规律，还要善于点拨、引导，激发学生对学习的兴趣，从而推动学生进入积极思维的状态，为课堂教学的精彩作充分的准备。设计一个良好的导语尤为重要，正如一篇文章要有引人入胜的开头。一堂课刚开始，学生的注意力往往比较集中，我们教师如能设计一个优秀的导语来吸引学生，拨动学生的心弦，激发学生的学习兴趣，课堂教学活动就往往能顺利进行，课堂气氛也会变得生动活泼、和谐轻松，那么这堂课基本上已成功了一半。教师适时点拨、引导，才有学生思维活跃，主动探究的精彩。

四、教师要讲究提问、启发的艺术

课堂提问是一种最直接的师生双边活动，我们在着重培养学生思维能力的前提下，注重课堂提问的艺术、质量和效果。

教学提问是教学的重要手段和教学活动的有机组成部分。课堂提问的有效性直接决定着教师教学的质量和教学水平。在公开课上经常会出现教师不断的追问，比如教师不停地问学生：Yes or no？Do you think so？等，非要学生按自己的设计回答Yes。造成这种现象的主要原因是教师教学理念的滞后：只关注教学设计的有序实施，不注重教学过程的随机生成；只考虑自己准备的内容是不是讲完了，不考虑学生是不是接受了。当然，教师所提问题一定要适度，讲究提问和启发的艺术。

五、教师要营造“亮点”，让课堂教学热潮迭起

课堂教学的“亮点”是指教师的教学给学生留下最深刻鲜明的印象并得到学生最富于感情反应的时刻，这时师生双方的积极性达到配合状态。课堂教学要牢牢地抓住学生的注意力，不失时机地精心制造教学的亮点，把课堂教学推向二潮，以使学生达到情绪高涨、智力振奋的积极状态。课堂亮点的出现使学生受到良性的强烈的刺激，使课堂教学的境界得到升华。“亮点”可以是事先设计的，最精彩的往往是课堂随机生成的。

六、教师要充满热情

教师充满热情也是很重要的一点，像我们学校的蓝丽君老师、林校长都属于有热情的类型。马卡连柯曾经指出：“做教师的决不能没有表情，不善于表情的人就不能做教师。”一个冷漠、毫无热情的教师，他的教学必定是枯燥无味的。公开课上教师饱满的热情、的心境和高昂的教学热情必能感染学生，调动教学气氛，使学生在心理上产生共振，进入的学习状态。做一个充满热情的英语教师，就需要教师在课堂上全身心地投入，真诚地对待学生，充满热情能让学生喜欢你的英语课，让学生喜欢英语学习。

七、教师要富有机智

教学机智在当今课改新课堂中扮演的角色越来越重要。教师要自如地驾驭课堂这个复杂多变的动态系统，顺利地完成教学任务，就必须掌握教学机智。教学机智并非可望而不可及，只要我们掌握它的一般规律，利用科学的方法，沿着有效的途径，就不难处理好课堂偶发情况，创造性地完成教学任务，从而不断地提高自己的教学机智水准。对于公开课上课堂偶发情况，如果处理、应对得好、把握得好，就有利于正常教学。

一、日常学习法

1、制定长远目标，明确每节课的学习任务。

根据不同学习阶段及自身能力确立一个“跳一跳才能够得着”的长远目标。有了目标就有了学习动力，有了责任感、紧迫感及努力方向。另外还要学会根据不同课型确定每节课的认知小目标，这样一开始上课，就会受到目标的激励，使大脑处于兴奋状态，才能定向注意，专心致志地去主动学习，提高学习效率。

2、争取课内外各种机会多练习英语。

语言不是教会的，而是在使用中学会的。交际能力只能在交际中得到最有效的培养。一个优秀的语言学习者应具有强烈的语言交际的欲望，应力争语言训练的各种机会。应不怕犯语言错误而被别人讥笑。

3、课前预习。

预习是个人独立的阅读和思考。它可以培养学习者快速阅读抓主旨大意、抓主要信息、依据上下文猜测词义的能力，也可以培养分析综合及归纳概括、自己发现问题及解决问题等能力。预习也像“火力侦察”，可发现疑难引起思考，一方面可促使学习者自己查阅有关资料，查阅字典，另一方面可减少听课的盲目性，增强听课效果。

4、专心上课，有心识记。

上课是学生学习的主渠道，而学好英语的关键是尽一切努力将所学的东西记住，需要时能运用自如。因此，上课时应高度集中注意力、尽量做到五到，即心到、眼到、耳到、口到、手到。应培养瞬间记忆能力，强化“有意注意”，争取在课内有目标、有意识地去识记该课的生词、短语、句型、重点句子。当接触到该记忆的内容时，应通过眼看、耳听、口念，将其迅速输入到记忆中枢，然后再复现出它的形象。在复现时快速用手指在桌上划出这个单词，或一个长句中最难记的或最重要的单饲，强迫自己在课内就能记住这节课最重要的东西。这样，使自己真正有着“这节课确实学到不少东西”的踏实感、成功感，进而激发动机，提高兴越，更有信心地去继续今后的学习。

5、勤记笔记。

课内扼要记笔记可以帮助集中注意力，理顺思路，增进记忆，锻炼分析归纳、综合概括以及快速反应能力。俗话说“好记性不如烂笔头”。笔记也为日后复习提供一个复习记忆纲要。要学好英语离不开泛读。进行课外阅读时也应扼要记些笔记，做些索引、摘录等，这对加深理解、巩固、积累知识，培养学习能力大有好处。

6、及时、经常、科学地复习。

复习是学习之母。要解决困扰学习者最大的知识遗忘问题，只有靠科学的复习。“艾宾浩斯遗忘曲线”揭示遗忘规律是先快后慢，先多后少。因而从时间安排上讲，复习既要及时又要经常。不仅在当天，而且在第二天、一周后、一月后以及就在你需要用它之前或者在考试前都应安排复习。从复习方法上讲、可采用强化复习、分散复习、集中复习，把新旧知识有机联系起来，按知识内在规律进行综合归类等复习方法，做到温故而知新，而不是简单机械复现，从而更牢固地掌握知识。

二、词汇学习法

词汇的学习和记忆是可能是你最为头疼的问题。你常会遇到下面三种困惑：一是知道单词的读音或写法，但不知道单词的意思；二是记不住单词，今天学了，第二天就忘；三是记住了单词，却不会使用。要解决这些问题，一要靠勤奋和努力，二要讲究记忆方法。

1、化整为零法

有的课文中生词较多，你总会感觉记忆有困难，你可以按照词性、对单词的熟悉程度等把单词分为几组，先记一组，逐组记忆。例如：

厨房及用具：kitchen， cupboard （注：这两个词还可采用拆字策略：kit—chen， cup—board）

调料：salt， sugar， pepper， oil餐具：fork， spoon， chopsticks

食品：wine， beer soup， cabbage， pea， butter， cheese

其他：few， a few

2、全面记忆法

所谓全面记忆，就是把单词的音、形、意结合起来，利用读音规则“听音写形”来记忆单词。要做到眼看、口念、耳听、手写、脑记，五官并用，增强记忆效果。

3、联想记忆法

联想记忆，就是在记单词的时候想象与之有关的图画或物体的形状、颜色、味道等，以帮助记忆。如eye这个单词，可以想象y是鼻子，前后两个e分别是左右两只眼睛。

4、构词法

英语中有很多词是通过合成、派生、转换词性等方法得来的，你只要记准了词根、词缀和成分词等，这些单词就不难记。例如care—less， care—ful use—less， help—less； un—usual， un—important。

5、拆字法

英语中有些长单词或难记忆的单词，你可以通过拆字法，把它分成几个部分来记。象attend这个单词，可以拆为at—ten—d，就是10点钟参加会议。再如friendship可以拆为friend—ship，就可以记为“朋友都上船”，要是朋友多得要用大轮船来载，那“友谊”可就海啦。

6、同反语义法

就是利用同义词、反义词、上下义词等词语之间的关系，对比联想记忆单词。像big—large—huge， heavy—light， food—bread；old—new， large—small， black—white等。

7、情景法

就是为单词设置一定的场景，在句子中记忆单词。像introduce，可以记住Let me introduce myself、请允许我做一下自我介绍。Let me introduce Xiao Wang to you、请允许我给你介绍小王。这种方法的好处是记单词的同时也掌握了它的基本用法，是一种非常好的学习法。

8、谐音法

教师在教学中应增强英语教学的开放性和灵活性，更新教与学的方法，让教材为我所需，为我所用。由于教材按循环扩展进行编排，很多课文都有重复、零乱的缺点，此时，教师不应受制于教材、教参，应跳出教材、教参，大胆设计一些交际活动，使学生在语言运用中学习语言、在创设语言环境中运用语言，从而达到教材上的真正目的。

在实际教学过程中，我对每个单元的知识结构和语言编排都认真地研究，根据不同单元的特征，给学生编排了任务，在具体实施中分为：

1、前任务阶段。在这个阶段教师向学生提出任务要求，介绍话题，提示相关词语。如果是以听力或阅读为目的进行的，教师要通过一些方式对影响听力或阅读的词汇或语言现象进行讲解，帮助学生做好准备。

2、任务环阶段。这个阶段包括任务、设计和报告三个部分。学生以各种形式执行并完成任务，此阶段的主要目的是培养学生说英语的流利程度，教师不必纠错。学生在做以口头或书面形式向全班汇报时，教师要以顾问的身份帮助学生纠正口头或书面语言中的错误，力求表达准确。最后学生向全班汇报自己所完成学习任务的成果。

3、后完成阶段，这是语言焦点阶段。在此阶段学生要做一些与任务实施中听力和阅读有关的语言形式方面的分析、练习和活动。

三、树立新的教学观念

教育的本质是引导，而不是讲和练，教育要求关注每一个学生的发展。教育目标由以前的注重知识的传授转变为让学生形成积极主动的学习态度，让他们既能掌握必备的基础知识与基本技能，又能学会学习和形成正确的价值观。

新教材要求我们要面向全体学生，为学生的全面发展和终身发展奠定基础。我的理解是“全体学生”是量，“全面发展”是质。质和量一起抓，一个不能少。所以在教学过程中，是让学生“学会学习”。这个过程要经过“要我学——我要学——我能学”的阶段，由学生对教师的依赖逐渐变成学生独立学习。同时我们还应比以往的教学更加关注学生学习的情感，为学生营造宽松、民主、和谐的学习氛围。在教学过程中，教师应以宽松的态度对待学生学习过程中的错误，和学生进行平等的交流；不用训斥性、讥讽的语言，尤其对学习有困难的学生不能使用侮辱性的语言，多用鼓励性话语，多给他们语言实践的机会，少用命令式的'语言，多用建议性语言。

四、调整教学内容的顺序

教师可以根据教学的实际需要、学生的认知特点和心理特点，对教材内容进行合理调整，活用教材，重组话题，用任务型教学激发学生学习英语的兴趣，从而提高课堂效率。

1、课内调整设计任务。

课内调整是指重新调整和组合某一课中几个部分的顺序，使它们形成一个有机的整体，由这个整体引出话题（Topic），然后设计任务，达到课堂目的。

2、单元内的调整设计任务。

单元内的调整指教师根据单元内知识的逻辑顺序，对教学内容作重新调整，从而更好地体现知识的系统性和完整性。

3、单元之间的调整设计任务。

单元间的调整指依据学生的兴趣和认知特点，对各单元的顺序进行调整。如果教学时将相关内容进行整合，就能帮助学生有效地建构知识体系。对单元教学顺序的重新调整激活了学生认知的兴奋点，激发了他们对新知识的探求欲望，取得了良好的教学效果。如果在教学时，学生周围的世界发生了与教材内容相关或相似的重大事情，教师可以调整单元间的顺序，适当补充一些有关近期重要的歌坛新闻和赛事内容，结合学生周围世界发生的事情对教材内容进行补充，不仅可以丰富教学内容，而且可以提高学生的学习兴趣和学习动机。

其实说来也惭愧。刚开始接触英语的时候，我的成绩也只是平平。但是，比我高一级的堂哥英语成绩却是很好。于是，刚上一年级的我便像他一样，每天一放学就回家听英语、读课文，弄得一副一本正经的样子。现在想来，觉得很是好笑。不过，我想正是那段时间里，我每天无意识地接触英语才培养了我良好的语感。听录音这个习惯我一直都在坚持。录音里的发音和语调都很好，很值得我们去学习。因此，我认为大量的视听是很有必要的。我们学习英语，应当尽量自己的各种器官，而不仅仅是写。在我的印象中，小学的英语课堂几乎都是在对话中度过的。现在再翻开当初的课本，上面的笔记并不多，但都是必要的。在我看来，在英语课上，我们有必要做笔记，但并不是老师讲的所有内容都要做笔记，有些知识只需记载脑子里就可以了。再者说，在课本上、笔记本上记了大堆大堆的笔记，结果没有记在脑子里又有什么用。

上课的时候应该仔细听，听老师的讲课、听同学的发言。我们要听的东西有很多，包括单词的拼读、语调、重音、连读、断句等等。还记得初二的时候，课本增加了Reading部分，里面都是些长长的课文，这可让我有些头疼了。我并不是因为补理解课文内容而头疼，而是因为里面的复句太多，我时常不知道如何断句。从那以后，每次上英语课我就特别注意老师怎样断句，久而久之，自己就能够读好了。当然，我们要听的不仅仅是断句，我们要注意的一个个细节的地方。

其次，学好英语就必须要大胆地读。我们学习英语又不是为了应付一次又一次的考试，而是在于将来的应用，对自己有所帮助。英语是一项工具，一项很好应用的工具。为了能够在将来很好地应用它，我们就要多说，哑巴英语是毫无用处的。所以，我要特别强调的一点是各位同学在课堂上一定要好好利用每一次练习对话的机会，每一次发言的机会。切记要主动，不要等着老师来点你。只有大胆地、大声地说出来，才可能让老师、让其他的同学们找出你的错误，帮助你改正，有所进步。

最后，同样重要的是阅读。这里的阅读并不是停留在课本上的，而应是课外积累。

有这样一个故事，说是据研究者调查，英国一老农终其一生所用的英语单词不过三千左右，因此我们只需要把这三千来个英语单词学会了学精了我们的英语也就打遍天下都不怕了。真的是这样的吗？那我们现在岂不是都快可以轻轻松松和老外交流了。如果你坚持赞成过这一观点的话那你的英语不会有长进。我个人认为，哪止三千，我们起码也得有三万的词汇量也许还不够。请记住这一点：我们学习英语的目的不是去当一个只有三千词汇量的英语半文盲。

所以，在课外的时间里，我们就要积累词汇了。我看到某某同学就很好，她时不时会将一些感兴趣的生词抄在一个厚厚的本子上去记忆。相信班级里有很多同学已经这样做了。但就我个人而言，我不会特意地去积累课外的词汇、短语，但每当我遇到生词，就会去翻一翻词典，记住主要释义。下次再遇到就会留下一个模糊的印象，懂得大致释义。一次又一次“邂逅”，印象便深刻了，单词就记住了。我是属于那种记不住又爱忘的人，所以只能每天点点滴滴地去积累。一本牛津高阶词典，一千多页，那么多的单词怎么可能一个一个去记？所以，我的词库分为三个部分：一是一些必要的单词，这些单词是基础，需要我们去背得滚瓜烂熟，通晓它们的用法；二是一些知道释义和读音但不一定记得拼写的单词，这可以有助于听力；三是记得大致拼写和释义的单词，这些可以有助于阅读。我们要尽可能地扩大自己第二、第三词库的词汇量，这对以后会有很大好处。

同时，在世界越来越来全球化的今天，任何一个国家想要在科学技术上不落人后，就必须时刻与学术前沿同步，而英语作为一种在世界得到广泛应用的语言，对于与别国的学术信息的获取、交流有着举足轻重的作用。所以，科技英语的学习有着十分重要的作用。本人正是看到它的这份重要性才学选修科技英语。

在我还没有上课之前，我只是猜测科技英语的翻译仅仅只是专业单词意义的记忆。例如，平常我们看到的单词property翻译的为“财产，所有权”之意，但在科技英语的文章里却是“属性，性质”；单词freak通常我们看到的它意义为“畸形的人，奇想或奇特的或吸引器过度兴奋”，而在科技英语的一篇关于超导（Superconductivity）的文章里其意义是“反常现象”。

在上完这个学期的科技英语课后，我才发现，科技英语的学习远非我当初所想的那么简单。

首先，科技术语的形成和扩展就非常多样。它们有非科技英语转化为科技英语，通过构词法、词组构成法创造科技术语而构词法有分有词缀法（affixation）、转类法（conversion）、拼缀法（blending）、缩略法（shortening）、合成法（compounding）等。在加上伴随着科学技术的不断更新与进步，新的科技术语也在随之不断出现，所以光光就对于掌握学习科技英语的词汇部分就不那么容易。

然后，就科技英语学习的句法部分，其涉及方面也比较多。大多数外行会认为科技英语的翻译只是逻辑分析，其实科技英语的翻译不仅仅如此，它也有多方面的要求。科技英语翻译中也要有美学取向，即对翻译中对语言进行恰如其分的润饰；还有虚实互化现象，取词义引伸义化虚为实等。

总之，经过一段时间的科技英语学习，我发现科技英语远非先前所想那般简单。特别是在做完一篇科技英语的翻译之后。

我翻译的那篇科技英语文章是《超导》。坦白来说，我当初选择那篇文章只是单纯的觉得它的篇幅少而且超导的知识在高中物理课上也学过一点，但是真正在我进行翻译的过程中却并不轻松。

我一边看着原文，一边参照文后的补注，例如critical temperature，你只有看了后面的解意你才会知道critical temperature是“临界温度”的意思；有时还要在遇到一些认识但所掌握的意义与本文不相符的词在查字典，例如resistance，我所知道的就是“反抗，阻力，抵抗力”而在本篇一与题目相结合，你就会不禁困惑，而此时解决困惑的方法就是停下来转而查阅字典，找出相关的解意，在这resistance是“电阻，电阻器”。

在通读完这篇文章，查完所有的单词有关于本篇文章的意义后，我在进行句句的翻译就有发现，句句的翻译其实也很有讲究，毕竟科普类文章要求客观性、简洁性、明了性。首先，在大致用平常自己的语言翻译出整篇文章后，我又得参照一篇即使不是有关“超导”的文科普文章进行临摹它的语气及用词方式，对现有的翻译进行修改和完善。最后，在多次改进后定稿。

一篇文章翻译完成，我在回头看看这过程，感觉蛮花费精力和时间的，不容易。的确，我的最后的成品也不是很专业；但是总的来说，我自己心里还是充满成就感，同时收获也颇丰，学习到一些常见单词的科普意义，在过程中增长了一份实践经验。

学习科技英语一个学期，我个人觉得难但不很难。入门者的开始翻译之初有难且花费时间久，但是翻译完文章后，很有所获，望着自己在别人眼里不完美的成果，喜悦、成就感还是填满心房。当然，自己最了解自己的不足，心里同时也在鼓励自己下次加油，争取进步。

一、词典学习法

这个方法是钱钟书先生常用的方法，他说他最爱看的书是词典。其实词典也一直是我的最爱，高中的时候对英语还不太感冒，所以还没有看英文字典的习惯，但是经常晚自修的时候拿一本汉语大词典看，常常被我的班主任兼语文老师看到，于是他就对我说，别看字典了，做数学题吧。那时候看到数学头痛，只有看词典才能让我感到内心的宁静，很喜欢看字典。当年我的语文功底还远没有今天这么扎实，我记得当时我用一个笔记本把我在字典上看到的我之前读错音的字摘录下来，记了厚厚一个本子。

大学后期开始对英语有了感觉，于是开始看英文字典，在宁波工作的时候逐渐达到迷恋的状态，当时经常是上班干完了活就拿起一本朗文中阶英汉双解词典看，这本词典是我最爱的，我现在也常常翻看。后来我的手机也有一个英语词典功能，所以我经常在乘公共汽车的时候就用这个手机词典背单词，感觉效果也是挺不错的。

二、语法学习法

这个是周作人先生学英文使用的方法，他说，他愿意赌十块钱，给他租一间房子，只给他一本英语语法书，他能够在里面住两个月不出门。他是大作家，所以要精研语法，其对我们普通学生，语法知道个大概就行，不用学的这么精，我觉得英语最重要的不是语法，而是语感，包括考试也是一样用语感做题是最快也是最准的。不过我也是读过一些语法书的，包括英语和日语的，感觉效果并不是太明显，都是囫囵吞枣，记不下多少东西，所以不太推荐这个方法。

三、新概念背诵学习法

新东方的大牛俞敏洪、王强、强浩及众多新东方小牛学生们都用这个方法达到了英语学习的极致。新东方一直有一个传说，说是某新东方学员成功申请到美国某著名大学的研究生院，开学不久该同学被教授单独约谈，说是怀疑他的上交的文章不是自己写的，该教授说他不相信一个中国学生能写出比美国同学还要更流畅优美的英文文章。只见该同学不慌不忙地从身后拿出一本新概念第四册，对教授说你随便指一篇，我背给你听一遍你就知道那篇文章是不是我自己写的了。教授见他果然将指定的那篇课文一字不落地背了出来，于是感叹了一句：神奇的东方，神奇的中国人，从此再也不怀疑该同学的英语实力了。

这个方法貌似是很强大，很经典，不过我汉语文章都没背过几篇，英语就更没背过，所以这个方法我也从来没用过，虽然早些年的英语大牛大多通过这个方法获得了很大的成就，不过现在学习方法理论也是一直在创新，所以也没必要抓住这个不放，因此并不很推荐。

四、4+1电影学习法

这个是新东方近几年非常推崇的一个学习方法，就是通过研究一些经典的美国电影，学习地道的美国口语，新东方为此推出了不断更新的一个4+1(语音、词汇、句型、思维+电影听说)课程，这个课程其实是比较入门的一个课程，总体来说这个课程还是很优秀的，我学了很长一段时候，后来觉得相对于我目前的水平讲得太浅了，加上又要看考研的课程，所以就没看完，把剩下的课程都删了，不过还是推荐基本功不是很扎实的同学去电驴下下来看看，反正电驴上的东西都是免费的。

纯正的美国口语还是要多看些美国电影，可以下yyets字幕组出的双语字幕电影或美剧，跟着字幕说，多练习练习，很多口语就能脱口而出了，这个方法我也是一直在用，感觉效果不错，强烈推荐。

五、疯狂英语学习法

李阳创造的英语学习法，他的口号是我爱丢脸。我大学时候李阳英语也到我们学校做宣传，他的方法就是背一些最常用的口语句子，然后不断地找人说，不要害怕说错，越说你就会说得越好。

我在宁波工作的时候经常有老外来我们工厂，再加上刚工作的时候陪两个老外到上海玩了两天(这段经历在我的qq空间里有一篇文章详细记录的)，这两天无疑是我英语学习最快的两天，快离开的时候和外籍专家jenet也经常聊天，英语提高也挺多的。

首先，我想说的是，我们中国人真的是很会背单词，学语法，所以，对于我们而言，似乎英文阅读是不尴尬的事情。就我 而言，我没有收到过很多专门的英语口语的锻炼，所以当我面对美国人，不得不听，不得不说，不交流的时候，我真正意识到，我以前学的都是很acamedic 的语法，包括单词，我都没有学好，我学的单词最大功用是阅读使用，和说话时候偶尔用到，即使是这样，我的美国好朋友还是说我的英语虽较比较fluent,但是不够natural,有点太academic了。

我们知道很多单词，但是没有真正熟悉这些单词的发音，这里的熟悉不是单纯知道发音是什么，而是当美国人说出来的时候，我们可以很快的识别它，我们知道其实美国人对很多单词的发音，重音，是和中国字典里音标标出来的不一样的。所以现在我想来，一个必要的做法是，背单词是一定要听录音，熟悉美国人读音，自己也要跟读，模范美国人的发音。多读，让自己的脑细胞熟悉透了这些单词，然后才能在自己需要用的时候，一下想起来，并且让美国人也能听懂自己的发音。

而且有很多生活常用单词，但考试很少用的单词，往往被我们忽略，比如黄瓜，茄子什么的。

我还觉得那些常用口语句型是一定要背的，比如900句。口语学习不单纯是个交流环境的问题。有英语环境是很好，但是，就好像新东方那个徐小平说的，这绝对是个自我学习的过程，我还是想说，背镇的很重要。我来美国快一年了，听力确实提高很快，我可以很熟悉我朋友在说什么，但是让我自己说，不论从单词语音角度，还是句子自然性角度，还是很伤自己自尊心。而且美国人很nice,即使跟朋友说话时候，你英语不好，他们不会当面笑话你，或者面露鄙夷，但是如果你英语说的并不对，但只要他们听懂，也不会纠正你。所以我觉得学英语一定要背，自己跟自己联系，还要细心，留心。

还有就是我们中国人，受汉语影响，我发现，很多中国人说英语时候对自己熟悉的语料会说的很快，而且受到明显中国汉语声调的影响，很难改的。其实说实话，我觉得慢慢的，一个一个单词说，才是我们这些只能说是英语初学人，应该把握的，一个单词一个单词，把音发清楚，养成好习惯，才真正可以在熟练的英语交流中natural，并且不犯错误。

但我个人觉得，它是利远大于弊的。

我高中英语一般，但是通过大学三年的积累，也自认为学到了很多，并有了很大的进步，所以，只有日积月累，通过量变，才有可能实现质的飞跃。大一的时候学英语还是很保守的，所以刚听到李阳这种英语教学者也觉得非常新鲜，所以寝室里每人都买了他的其中一本书，我记得我买的那本是“爱情英语”，因为它里面说学英语是枯燥的，而爱情是浪漫的，所以把英语与爱情结合在一起是最好不过了。我还记得我背下了“大话西游”里的那段经典的对白，那是我大学里学习口语的开端。而外语系公共教学普遍的背文章期末加分制，也促使我背了好些文章，这些都为我以后四六级考试以及在和人家对话练口语时提供了很好的素材。

说实话我四六级考试至少在作文这块从来没有刻意去准备过，只是图表分析作文我看过一点格式，其他的我都是用我背诵的文章加改写完成的，背诵这个方法太有好处了，几乎涉及英语学习的每个方面。但是我背诵不是那种迷迷糊糊的背，而是背的很熟练的，能够脱口而出的，这是李阳老师的书上教的。在英语学习的道路上，有时你会感觉自己进步很慢。曾经记得在刚准备四级考试时，每天做阅读，却发现还是错那么多。明明自己阅读的感觉好起来了，为什么还错那么多呢?后来出现自己还只是处在一种比较低的阶段。因为那时我由于语感还不好，所以无意识的就陷入那种想去把握句子结构的行为，却忽略了文章到底在描绘什么内容，所以一篇文章下来，虽然觉得自己把握复杂句子的能力加强了，却做不对考题。在认识到这个问题后，我就不会那么在意做错还是做对了，反正总有一天我会做对的。

我有个蛮怪的方法,就是喜欢在平时做试卷时把所有答案都写好了,我指的是单选题。因为我觉得英语这东西，懂就是懂，不懂就是不懂，那些不懂的东西只能拿来记，而不是刻意去理解，有些人一定要问我这道题为什么选这个答案，我实在说不出，反正我自己知道了，因为我以前碰到过，有这种感觉。那些因单词问题而解决不了的题目就更是这样，我做错这种题目的时候从来不会有什么挫折感，反而会在心里想，这种题目要是我认识这个单词早就做出来了。所以就刻意记一下这个意思，记住了就完事，没记住也没关系，反正我从来就是有重复做题的习惯的，一套试卷我可以做18遍而不会觉得烦，因为每次做我的感觉就会好一点，语感也会强一点，句子结构的把握也会再好一点，而且更重要的是，自信心也高一点。我是那种什么类型的题目都会拿来当作培养语感材料的人。比如，我以前在开始做一份试卷前，有时会花20分钟在一道单选题上。

因为我在培养感觉，通常我会挑一题句子结构比较复杂的，长一点的句子，在心里读上20分钟，直到自己觉得进入状态了，能发挥出自己实力了，才会一口气做完整张试卷。这才是我真正想要的答案。对完答案后从来不会有什么伤心的感觉的。阅读也是一样，我不理解我会一直看下去，曾经我一遍阅读看了一个早上，完全是我自己的经历。可考试的时候却也丝毫没有把这种慢热的习惯带到考场，因为考前对阅读的感觉自己心里完全有数的，感觉好就是好，不好就是不好，不好的话我当天早上还要死命看上一遍文章。

前面我说了自己的一些学习方法，但我相信：只要仔细体会，逐渐摸索，人人都可以创造出一套有特色并且行之有效的学习方法。在听、说、读、写四个方面，我从“读”中受益无穷。二十一世纪报我也坚持买了看，直到我有了电脑可以看电子版以后。通过有意识的大量阅读、一方面扩大了词汇量，另一方面培养了语感。而这两方面我认为是掌握一种语言的两大支柱。
