*时不常读书，函授学习使我感受到自身文学修养的欠缺，并促使我研读各种文学书籍，并把它与*时的教学工作相结合。教学上取得了良好的效果，个人素质也得到了很大提高。

（四）工作与学习的处理上

在校工作期间，我一边尽力做好自己的本职工作，认真备课，教好学生。一边不忘任课教师的嘱咐。充分利用自己的闲暇时间，把函授期间不能作具体解说的书本知识理解消化。一份耕耘，一份收获。学习上的毫不懈怠使我能从容面对每一次考试，并取得不错的成绩。

（五）存在问题及努力方向

虽说是三年的函授学习，实际上面授只有三个月左右。虽说函授教师备课认真负责，学员真正能从老师那学到的东西并不多。大部分的知识还得靠自己的积累和教学实践中的领悟。在以后的学习工作中，我将以此为基础，不断的研究学习，提升自己。

有人把函授学员读书的目的归纳为：一拿文凭，二长知识，三交朋友。的确，我的本科函授学习认真而充实。三年的严寒酷暑，我有收获。今后，我会把做医生的路走得更好，更充实！
