在这一步中,主要问自己如下三个问题:

通常情况下,自己是主动与别人沟通还是被动沟通?

在与别人沟通时,自己的注意力是否集中?

在表达自己的意图时,信息是否充分?

主动沟通者与被动沟通者的沟通状况往往有明显差异。研究表明,主动沟通者更容易与别人建立并维持广泛的人际关系,更可能在人际交往中获得成功。

沟通时保持高度的注意力,有助于了解对方的心理状态,并能够较好地根据反馈来调节自己的沟通过程。没有人喜欢自己的谈话对象总是左顾右盼、心不在焉。

在表达自己的意图时,一定要注意使自己被人充分理解。沟通时的言语、动作等信息如果不充分,则不能明确地表达自己的意思;如果信息过多,出现冗余,也会引起信息接受方的不舒服。最常见的例子就是,你一不小心踩了别人的脚,那么一对不起就足以表达你的歉意,如果你还继续说:xxx我实在不是有意的,别人挤了我一下,我又不知怎的就站不稳了……xxx这样罗嗦反倒令人反感。因此,信息充分而又无冗余是最佳的沟通方式。

(4) 制订、执行沟通计划

通过前几个步骤,你一定能够发现自己在哪些方面存在不足,从而确定在哪些方面重点改进。比如,沟通范围狭窄,则需要扩大沟通范围;忽略了与友人的联系,则需写信、打电话;沟通主动性不够,则需要积极主动地与人沟通等等。把这些制成一个循序渐进的沟通计划,然后把自己的计划付诸行动,体现有具体的生活小事中。比如,觉得自己的沟通范围狭窄,主动性不够,你可以规定自己每周与两个素不相识的人打招呼,具体如问路,说说天气等。不必害羞,没有人会取笑你的主动,相反,对方可能还会在欣赏你的勇气呢!

在制订和执行计划时,要注意小步子的原则,即不要对自己提出太高的要求,以免实现不了,反而挫伤自己的积极性。小要求实现并巩固之后,再对自己提出更高的要求。

(5) 对计划进行监督

这一步至关重要。一旦监督不力,可能就会功亏一篑。最好是自己对自己进行监督,比如用日记、图表记载自己的发展状况,并评价与分析自己的感受。

计划的执行需要信心,要坚信自己能够成功。记住:一个人能够做的,比他已经做的和相信自己能够做的要多得多。

我们已经了解身体语言在人际交往中的作用。然而,真正将身体语言有效地运用到人际交往中去却不是一件很容易的事。这需要我们做两件事情:一是理解别人的身体语言,二是恰当使用自己的身体语言。

Slowly and painfully, he propped himself up on one elbow to take his first look at the world outside. Finally, he would have the joy of seeing it for himself. He strained to slowly turn to look out the window beside the bed. It faced a blank wall.

要注意的是,在读到觉得跟所问问题有关联的句子的时候,可以先用笔把句子勾出来,在上边标记上有关联的问题的题号,然后接着往下读。

3、精读问题和所标记的句子。

读完通篇的同时,也把跟问题有关的的句子画出来了,这个时候再去精读标记的句子,仔细研究问题和跟问题有关的句子,琢磨其意思,尽量做到胸有成竹,然后再回答每一个问题。

4、静下心来做题,合理安排时间。
