主动沟通者与被动沟通者的沟通状况往往有明显差异。研究表明，主动沟通者更容易与别人建立并维持广泛的人际关系，更可能在人际交往中获得成功。

沟通时保持高度的注意力，有助于了解对方的心理状态，并能够较好地根据反馈来调节自己的沟通过程。没有人喜欢自己的谈话对象总是左顾右盼、心不在焉。

在表达自己的意图时，一定要注意使自己被人充分理解。沟通时的言语、动作等信息如果不充分，则不能明确地表达自己的意思;如果信息过多，出现冗余，也会引起信息接受方的不舒服。最常见的例子就是，你一不小心踩了别人的脚，那么一对不起就足以表达你的歉意，如果你还继续说：xxx我实在不是有意的，别人挤了我一下，我又不知怎的就站不稳了……xxx这样罗嗦反倒令人反感。因此，信息充分而又无冗余是最佳的沟通方式。

(4) 制订、执行沟通计划

Slowly and painfully, he propped himself up on one elbow to take his first look at the world outside. Finally, he would have the joy of seeing it for himself. He strained to slowly turn to look out the window beside the bed. It faced a blank wall.

要注意的是，在读到觉得跟所问问题有关联的句子的时候，可以先用笔把句子勾出来，在上边标记上有关联的问题的题号，然后接着往下读。

3、精读问题和所标记的句子。

读完通篇的同时，也把跟问题有关的的句子画出来了，这个时候再去精读标记的句子，仔细研究问题和跟问题有关的句子，琢磨其意思，尽量做到胸有成竹，然后再回答每一个问题。

4、静下心来做题，合理安排时间。
