为加强和改进教育教学管理，促进学校教学工作的规范化，提高教学质量，全面实施素质教育，减轻学生过重的课业负担，我们成立了落实《吉林省义务教育教学常规（试行）》领导小组，组织教师认真学习了常规内容，制定了实施计划，采取了相应保证措施，使教学常规工作扎实有效地落到实处，收到了令人满意的效果。

一、主要工作

（一）学习宣传情况

学校成立了落实常规工作领导小组，召开落实教学常规工作教师大会，业务领导向全体任课教师全面详细解读了常规的原文，通过培训，加深了教师对《教学常规》的理解和把握，增强了执行教学常规的自觉性。

（二）完善规章制度

对学校原有的教学规章制度进行了全面清理，根据《教学常规》进一步明确了各项管理要求，落实管理职责，强化管理责任，建立激励机制，构建了教学管理长效机制，使管理更加科学、规范。

（三）各项工作完成情况

1、计划和总结

（1）各种计划齐全，内容完备，切实可行。教师能按计划开展工作，学期末对工作完成情况及时进行总结，能指出存在的不足和今后的改进措施。

（2）教务处能及时审核各种计划，检查、督促教师按计划完成各项工作，并做到计划总结及时归档。

2、备课

（1）集体备课：坚持集体备课制度，每周二下午一次，每次集体备课时间达到2课时，教师按要求做好记录，集体备课做到了定时间、定内容、定中心发言人。做到了统一教学内容、教学进度、“双基”重难点。

（2）个人备课：教师能按程序备课即：学期备课－单元备课－课时备课，能依据课程标准、教材和学生实际，做到“四备”。教师准备了疑难问题解答本，在备课时对较难的练习题能先做一遍。

（3）课时备课：在具体课时备课中，教案的三维目标明确，对教学的重、难点确定准确。通过设计“自学指导”充分体现了学生学习的主体性和教师的主导性。教学流程中能以学生自主、合作探究为主要学习方式，注重学生的实践能力和创新能力的培养。教师备课量能够达到提前3天，做到上课必有教案。能够做到课前复备，课后及时写教学反思，增强了教案的实效性和具有针对性。

（4）教务处采取定期检查和不定期的抽查方式。每学期检查四次教案，写明检查指导意见和改进措施。对检查教案情况进行四次总结通报。

3、上课

（1）学校按课程计划开齐学科，开足课时，认真开好地方课和校本课程。教师能按课表上课。教务处加大了巡课工作力度，教师无违反课堂教学常规现象。

（2）教师课前准备工作做得充分。教师都能利用电脑、电视、题卡、小黑板等教学资源，大大提高了课堂的教学效率。

（3）教师重视教学方法的多样化和运用的灵活性，注重启发式教学，在教学中体现了学生的主体地位，实现师生之间及学生之间多向、互动的信息交流。营造了积极互动的教学氛围，为学生自主学习、体验学习、合作学习与探究学习提供充分的空间，激发了学生的学习兴趣，促进学生主动和富有个性的学习。

（4）教师注重面向全体学生，遵循因材施教的原则，关注学生学习的整体状态和个体差异，指导学生扎实掌握基础知识、基本技能，掌握科学的学习方法，养成良好的学习习惯，提高自主发现问题和解决问题的能力，培养创新精神和实践能力。

（5）教师积极参加校内外的听评课活动，每学期听课不少于15节。听课有详细记录；记录中有值得肯定和学习的优点、亮点；有提出值得商榷和改进的意见。

（6）教务处领导采取巡课和随堂听课的办法，定期或不定期检查教师的课堂教学情况，并及时进行讲评，记入教师岗位责任制。

4、作业、作业批改

（1）教师能精心设计作业，注重开发学生的智力，作业份量适当，没有加重学生负担。凡留给学生的作业，如有疑难，教师都能提前做。

（2）教师对学生的书写要求严格，学生字迹工整卷面整洁。

（3）教师批改及时认真，有适当的鼓励性评语。无错漏批，对改正后的作业能及时进行补批。

（4）重视作业信息反馈，能及时讲评。语、数、外学科教师每周都有两次作业批改记录。

（5）学校每月检查学生作业一次，并做好记录，对检查情况及时进行总结通报。

5、辅导

教师利用中午时间对学生能认真进行辅导。辅导遵循因材施教的原则，有辅导计划，有辅导重点，有提优补差的措施。抓两头，带好中间，使不同层次的学生都有所提高。

6、考核与评价

（1）检查教学效果采用课堂测验、检查作业、单元测验等形式外，每学期开展月考制度，及时掌握和分析学校的教学情况，对不足之处提出具体的改进措施。

（2）严肃考风考纪，保证每个考场都有一名领导或一名党员监考。每次期末考试结束后，任课教师及教务处对教学质量进行全面分析。各学科成绩达到标准，按达标细则给予适当的加分奖励，对未达到标准的，在岗位责任制中给予适当的减分。

（3）教师的执行常规情况实行月考核，考核结果记入教师岗位责任制，责任制得分情况作为评优选先的主要依据。

二、取得的成绩

1、在教师业务检查中，我校的教学管理和教师的业务工作得到教育局领导和小教部的全体教研员的高度称赞。

2、于欣桐在联片教研活动中取得较好的成绩。

3、本学期学校进行了为期一个学期的语文阅读活动，六月份进行了语文阅读考查活动。通过这次活动，营造了浓郁的校园文化氛围，培养了学生良好的阅读习惯，学生通过多读书，读好书，好读书，读整本的书，提高了学生的语文素养，推进读书活动的开展，打造了书香校园。

三、不足及改进措施

1、部分教师的思想还比较保守，创新意识不强，个别教师的教学基本功不是很扎实，教学水平一般，对待工作等靠懒，而且靠吃老本，不爱学习，不思进取，不愿奉献，故在教学活动中表现不好。

2、个别教师在作业批改方面，对个别学生的要求还不够严格，缺乏耐心，使得个别学生的字迹潦草。

在今后的的教学工作中，我们将不断追求，勇于探索，克难攻坚，不断完善自我，使我校的教学工作再上一个新台阶。

我认为自己在教学常规月活动中还存在以下问题：

1、大部分教师的教学思想正在逐步更新，慢慢开始形成民主、平等、和谐的课堂氛围，注意保护学生的学习积极性，发挥学生的主动性。但是由于学习基础参差不齐，一部分学生还不能得到教师的全面关注。今后，应力争面向全体，学生尊重差异。

2、在教学活动月中，自己努力地进行课堂结构和教学方法的改革，把教学过程看作师生互动的过程。注意学习方法的渗透，良好学习习惯的养成。但是，有时还是以讲解为重点，课堂上启发不够，学生参与不够。今后还应真正地把新的观念贯彻到教学实践中去。

3、备课是上好课的前提，它不是抄教案。老师们均有此共识。有时，为了应付检查，一味追求形式，忽视备课的本质，并且单纯依赖教参，不去寻找其他源头活水。教参仍是教师放之四海皆准的备课法宝。很多教案写的是一套，上课教的是另一套。把大量时间放在毫无意义的.编造教案上。虽然有些好的教案编写得很科学，但操作过程中受很多条件制约也很难执行。

4、大多数学生认为教师布置的作业量不多，大都能在课内完成。但是作业形式单一，缺乏多样性。应减少机械性重复抄写的作业适当增加学生喜爱的实践作业。

改进措施：

一、转变观念，加强理论学习，提高教师的职业道德水准，增强责任感。

新课程将会让教师们认识到：认真执行教学常规是教师的基本职责，是教师自我发展的过程。教师是学生学习的促进者，教学重在如何促进学生“学”。

二、要正确理解，处理备课与编写教案的关系。

我们要强调备课的内容。备课中心任务应是钻研教材和撰写教学过程，主要精力应放在明确教学目的，理清教材思路和教学流程，创设问题情境，化解教学疑问，促进学生心智发展上。备课是教师个性智慧的结晶，要设计符合学科特点、渗透新教学理念的教案，力求多一点实质少一点形式。

三、课堂教学是实施素质教育的主地，是学校工作重点。

在执行教学常规中，全体教师要树以学生发展为本的教学观。在教学过程中，教师应与学生积极互动、共同发展，成为学生学习和发展的组织者、引导者和促进者；应处理好知识与能力、过程与方法、情感态度与价值观的关系，注重培养学生的创新精神和实践能力，引导学生自主学习、合作学习、探究学习；应大力推进多媒体技术与学科课程的整合，丰富教学内容，提高教学效率。在课堂教学中逐步实现新课程改革提出的几个转变：重视讲授知识结论转变为重视引导学生经历知识的形成过程；由重视学生记住现成知识转变为重视引导学生再现和重组知识；由重视书本知识转变为重视让学生联系社会生产、生活实际多角度地考虑问题和灵活地解决问题；由重视单科独进、单个知识点的教学转变为重视学科间和知识之间的综合贯通；由重视统一要求转变为重视学生的差异资源和个性发展。

四、练习性的作业提倡在课内完成，课外以实践性作业为主。

作业的设计既突出学科特点，又注意学科综合，培养学生实践运用、操作能力，以及探究、合作、创新意识。作业要求要注意学生个别差异，实行分层练习、分层作业。作业批改与评价形式灵活多样，注意过程评价，习惯养成，师评和生评相结合，促进学生的发展。

一、健全常规制度，确保工作有序

为了更好地激励教师，注重过程评价，开学初，我校依据县教研室下发的常规管理制度，结合学校实情，再次召开全体教师会议，对上学期制定的管理制度进行研讨修改。完善了《东城小学教学常规要求》、《东城小学校本培训制度》、《教研要求》等多种管理制度，制定了《东城小学教学工作计划》，同时对教师个人的计划、备课、上课、作业批改、辅导、听课、学习、教研等方面做出具体规定，使教师日常工作规范化，教学工作常态化，教研活动多样化。

二、积淀学校文化，凸显学校亮点

1、日积月累夯实基础

（1）利用好课前三分钟。一直以来，课前三分钟都是我校的一大特色。学校对各学科有具体的要求，语文课前三分练口才，数学课前三分练计算，英语课前三分练表达。这项工作在全体老师的共同努力下，一直坚持得非常好。

（2）数学随笔不间断。数学随笔是整合语数学科，让学生用语言的形式记录自己数学学习的心路历程，成为数学思维过程的演绎、数学生活的实践纽带。我校数学随笔见诸于数学报，获得相应稿费。截止目前我校数学随笔已出内部资料三本，六年级39201个字，五年级17440字，四年级9148字，三年级4179字，二年级831字，共计128584字达353页。本学期因为数学教材有所变动，我们又组织了相关人员进行了按年级按册进行了整理，下一步将形成与教材相配套的系列丛书。

（3）三关达标奠基础。“三关”即为语文生字关，数学计算关，英语积累关。本着为孩子的终身发展奠基的目的，每学期我校要在期中、期未进行两次三关达标，做到分学科进行错误汇报分析，即可以做到检测，又可以成为以后教学的经验。

2、扎实推进阅读教学。

为进一步落实县教研室下发的阅读教学十条规定，结合我校以前做法，我们重新规划设计，细化阅读要求。首先我们给每个班购置了一个图书墙柜，营造读书氛围。做到图书室全天开放，组织各班班干部借阅，为学生阅读提供便利。再次我们真正做到用数学眼光看待阅读量，对每个学生进行朗读与默读速度的统计，并根据学生自己阅读过的书进行测算，结合新课标对三个学段要求进行化解。让学生从心理上、数量上消除恐惧感，体会到积少成多、积多成裘，同时依据以上数据制定个人读书计划。最后我们在时间上给以保障。课上，作业完成快的进行课外阅读；周一、三、五午饭后一个小时的课外阅读；周二、四下午五点半放学，不准布置其他的作业，在家读半个小时的课外书。每天语文课前3―5分钟，有全班同学轮流开展读书交流活动。我们学生还有专门的阅读笔记本，记录精美句段或阅读体会。并且我们对笔记本的书写格式也有严格的要求。在阅读笔记本上，统一格式，用好扉页，数化阅读量，记好精美句段和心得体会。本学期我们举办了有关读书的专题活动，激发了师生的读书热情，让书香润泽师生心灵。

3、有序加强写字教学。

这一点我们可以说是走在前列，从去年9月份就已经开始，先是以田英章名家字贴为临本，进行拆书讲解，由偏旁部首到间架结构再到写字规律，借用微信平台共发布了一百多期。本学期结合县写字十二条规定，制定好写字教学计划和培训方案，设有专职辅导教师，上好每周一节指导课，同时每周二、四中午每班抽3-4名学生和教师一起进行拨高辅导，用好写字版面，不求多，而求精，一周一个笔画或一个规律，每天30个字，做到练有成效，达到触类旁通，举一反三。

三、创新管理模式，开发微信平台

经过一年多时间运作，我校微信平台关注人数已达230余人，发布有关内容191期，内容包括[校园动态]、[笔墨字韵]、[政教纪实]、[数学随笔]、[优秀日记]、[信息化应用]、[作品展示]七大板块。这一平台的开发和利用，督促了各块工作，重视了过程管理，减少了工作的拖沓现象，加强了学校与教师、学生、家长、社会人士的沟通。

校园动态这一版块，及时把上级文件、学校大事及各项活动的方方面面通过图文并茂的方式发布至微信平台。笔墨字韵主要针对写字教学。数学随笔、优秀日记作为学科日记，让学生在听、读吸收的基础上，进行表达写作。正如诺贝尔文学奖获得者莫言所说，说过的话会随风而散，而写下的东西将永留人间。所以我们每周每班上交一篇优秀日记和一篇数学随笔，教导处从中选优发布在微信平台上。

一、认真学习《规划纲要》等五个文件。

在学习文件的同时，注意记录学习心得，通过学习，了解了我省对教育教学的有关规定，使我更明确了作为一名一线教师，应有的职责以及该遵循的法则。

二、以教研组为单位进行第二轮的立标课学习。

认真观看了时连祥等三位教师的立标课录像，并认真参加教研组组内评课活动，既学到了老教师的宝贵经验，又领略了年轻教师的创新精神，为下一部自己的课堂达标奠定了基础！

三、完善小组教学。

在上学期“小组评价”基础上，与孙老师等重新修改设计了“语文小组合作评价”表，使其更科学、更合理、更适用！更好的激发了学生学习语文的积极性！

四、组织了“我的教育教学行为反思”征文活动。

为了巩固“教学常规月”的成果，以扬帆文学社的名义组织了“我的教育教学行为反思”征文活动，老师们积极撰稿，理性剖析在自己教育教学中的典型案例，书写自己的反思与收获，

此次活动，既鼓励了我校教师积极参与教学科研工作，进一步增强了教师的教科研意识，又促使教师及时总结反思自己在教育教学工作中的得失，很大程度激发了教师以写促思，以思促教的积极性和主动性，推动了乐安实验学校教科研工作的扎实运行和深入开展。

Mystery Box

This “game” is lots of fun. it could be used with beginners and intermediate-level students. Take a medium-sized box, preferable one that has a top. Cut a hole in the top and replace it on the box. Then take an object - something that they'd be at least somewhat familiar with - and place it in the box. I used things like scissors, a fork, a pair of earphones, and a spool of thread. Have a student come up to the front of the class and put their hand in the box. They have to describe the object to the class by TOUCH alone, while everyone else guesses what it is. It's good for building vocabulary and also listening skills. My class had so much fun doing this! Hope yours likes it, too

It's a good warm-up for between 5 and 10 minutes.

The students sit in a circle and begin to clap a slow rhythm. One begins by saying any English word (with the rhythm). The student to his/her left must then say a word that begins with the last letter of the previous word. The next student follows suit and it might go something like this:

The game starts over when one student misses his/her turn. Of course, it's all in fun. 3、不得使用旧教案或以参考资料代替教案。

三、上课

2、坚持上课第一次铃前教师到位，上课期间不能离开教室、不能坐着上课，下课不拖堂。

四、作业与批改

二、注重学习评价，尊重学生特点

重视课堂教学中的即时评价，及时进行学习反馈。做好课内外学习活动记录和评价。以主题单元为单位进行阶段性评价和反馈。期末进行必要的书面检测，结合日常观察、学习活动记录、阶段性考查、期末检测等方式，综合评定学期学业成绩。评价主体多元，有教师评价、学生自我评价、学生相互评价、家长和社会评价等方式，评价方法多样，有教师观察记录、学生活动、学生访谈、作品评析、书面测试等方法，教师要根据具体情况灵活选用方式、方法，并不断创新和完善。

三、开发教学资源，重视学科合作

品德学科是一门综合性较强的学科，它的课程资源是多样的、开放的，不限于传统意义上的教材。因此，要根据教学需要，利用学生的经验、生活等资源；利用学校、家庭、社区中的各种资源；利用社会教育机构、自然环境资源等注重教学实效。这学期，在教学四下年级品德中，我就充分利用了区档案馆、区敬老院等这些社会机构资源，让学生进行实地考察和采访，获得事半功倍的教学效果。

一、主要做法：

（一）建立机构，制定活动方案

自开展教学常规管理年伊始（xx年3月），我校成立了由校长、书记、副校长、教导主任、教研组长等组成的教学常规年活动领导小组和教学常规管理年活动工作推进小组，经过认真钻研，仔细推敲，几易其稿，制定了《伊宁市第二小学教学常规管理年活动实施方案》和教学常规年活动的各项制度，并从理论培训，实践指导，资料收集，宣传交流，信息技术等方面工作进行了具体的分工，使每项工作落到实处，保证了我校开展教学常规年活动从一开始便走上正常，有序的运行轨道。

（二）加强管理，组织实施

1、大力宣传，营造质量意识氛围

xx年初，学校召开了“教学常规管理年活动”动员大会，从而使全体教师牢固树立教学是中心的自觉意识，树立质量是生命的发展意识，树立教师是关键的责任意识，明确指出“学校的中心工作是教学”，学校必须围绕教学这个中心部署工作，各项工作安排必须有利于教学，学校的各个部门、各位教师都要服从并服务于教学工作这个中心，确保教学工作的健康发展。

2、规范教学常规检查制度

学校工作琐碎而具体，勤于检查、重在落实成为常规管理的显著特征。为了把常规管理落到实处，根据管理年需要，学校首先调整了常规检评小组成员结构，除教导处外，还增添了各年级组长和教师代表。其次，实行教学常规月检查制度，细化教学常规的检评项目，教务处负责具体实施，学校领导亲自检查督促。每个月都采用不同的形式，不同的方法，加强对教师制定计划、备课、上课、批改作业、课外辅导、课后反思和校本教研的管理力度。集体备课管理做到以年级组为单位成立备课组，每两周活动1次，记录详实，书写认真。结合我校实际，制定伊宁市第二小学备课要求和教案查阅制度。要求备课必须做到“五备”（备课标、备教材、备学生、备学法、备教法）。教案书写格式要规范，做到“十有”：有教学目标、有重点、难点、有课型、有教学步骤、有课时安排、有课前准备、有作业布臵、有板书设计、有课堂小结和教学反思。我们则重于从教学流程设计，教学方法设计，拓展延伸设计，以及课后教学反思等四个方面来评定。

要求教研组长每周1次的教案检查，教务主任每半月查阅教案1次，副校长每月查阅1次教案，校长、书记不定期抽查。每学期以教研组为单位评选出优秀教案若干本进行表彰。对于作业布臵与批改的检评，侧重于作业量，整洁度、学生书写、教师批改、学生校对后的二次批改等五个方面，并制定了二小作文批改要求，作为作文评定的依据。教师每节听课后，要由教研组长或学校领导签字方可做数，不得漏签、补签。课堂教学质量检查工作中除加强日常推门课、师徒课、挂牌听课和集体备课的检查力度，还开展青年教师课堂教学大比武活动，以活动促教学。每次检查，都有实施方案和总结反馈，严格按照方案进行检查评比，避免了检查工作的随意性，加强了检查工作的制度化和严密性，并及时将检查结果向教师本人反馈，帮助教师分析问题，查找原因，总结成绩，并将检查结果列入教师业务考核中。作为教师晋升、晋级、职务聘任的必要条件。一年来，学校共进行教学常规检查6次。其中检查教师教案100余本，学生作业8000多本，合格率达98%。通过定期和不定期检查，有效的调动了广大教师的工作积极性，规范了教学常规管理制度，提高了教学质量。

3、加强教研组建设和管理

教研组是学校教学研究最基层的组织，是教师成长的摇篮，是教师进行教学和研究的主阵地。本学年，我们按照教育局的要求。主要在“实”字上下功夫，在“研”字上求发展，真正使教研活动经常化，专题化和系列化。

（1）规范教研工作制度。要求各教研组正常教研活动每周1次，每次活动要做到“三定五有”即：定时间、定内容、定研究主题；有

活动计划、有活动记录、有原始资料积累、有实施、有教研活动小结。教研组工作计划开学初一周内完成。教师要有每学期的教学工作计划，教学进度计划和教学工作总结。

（2）教研活动制度化。要求各学科教研组开展的教研活动由集体备课（隔周进行）、集体听课评课每学期不少于4次。校内公开课每学期不少于1次，教学问题研究及解决办法的讨论每学期不少于2次。我们还要求各教研组针对各学期热点问题，确立研究专题，每月围绕专题开展学术研究活动，鼓励教师谈自己的思想和见评。通过合作交流，探讨反思，使各位教师在活动中得到锻炼。

（3）将教师培优补差工作作为常规性教研活动。活动要求有计划、总结、学困生优秀生名单、学情分析、培优补差教案和过程性记录。年度从师德建设、业务学习、教研活动、计划总结、集体备课、教学常规检查、课题研究、听课评课、辅导竞赛九个方面对教研组进行考核评价，评选出优秀教研组，给予表彰。

（三）强化训练，提高教师专业素质

根据我校校本研究的实际，本学年我校进一步着重教研的层次性、多样性，坚持专业引领，骨干带动，同伴互助，自我反思，自主发展的策略，促进教师专业化成长。

1、制定《校本教研制度》、《校本教研计划》、《校本教研评价标准》，提高学校教学常规管理的宏观调控能力。学校对教师的校本教研工作明确提出“八个一”，即：每周被听或听别人一节课，每月写一篇评课报告，每学期设计一篇优秀教案或活动教案，每学期完成一本5000字的读书笔记，每人参加一项课题研究，每学期上一节实验研究汇报课，并整理一份实验研究课教案，每学期写一篇专题研究小姐或实验报告等。学校组织相关人员进行专项检查、督促和指导。

2、加强教师业务学习管理，促进教师进一步增强学习意识，培养学习型教师。组织教师学习《伊宁市教育局中小学教学常规管理办法》、《伊宁市第二小学教学常规管理制度》、《课程标准》等学习资料。
