为了能使这次活动在校内广泛的推出，并收到一定的成效，青岛艺术学校根据实际情况，制定了主题活动方案，将整个活动分为宣传学习、遵守运用、总结交流三个阶段。

一、宣传学习阶段

1、在全校范围内进行交通安全教育宣传，尤其是在住宿生中，把住宿纪律和交通安全教育结合起来，以召开住宿生会和学生的自我教育等形式进行宣传教育。

2、为营造浓厚的宣传气氛，各班以“交通安全教育”为主题办了一期黑板报，并由学生会进行检查。

3、组织全校教工观看《关爱生命安全出行》全国道路交通事故典型案例警示录光盘，光盘中详细的介绍了诸多交通事故的发生原因和在交通事故发生后那一幕幕惨不忍睹的场面。全体教工无不惊愕，纷纷表示“交通安全的警钟必须长鸣”。

4、各班以“安全常记我心中”为主题，开展一系列有关交通教育的主题班会。在主题班会中，班主任以《关爱生命安全出行》光盘及“三让”为主要内容，学生采取讲解、问答、和表演等形式开展形式多样的班会，借此加深同学们对安全重在防患于未然的`深刻认识。

5、提高团员对交通安全教育的认识，各团支部利用团日活动，结合自己身边发生的小事，开展一系列丰富多采的活动，使全校的安全教育实现以团员带动全体，形成良好的以点带面形式。

二、遵守运用阶段

1、学校的各班班主任给学生进行了交通安全方面的教育，并从交通安全引申到对学生的饮食、消防和意外伤害等安全问题的教育，要求同学们把安全意识从学校带进家庭，从家庭带到社会。

2、学校提出“安安全全过大年”的口号，要求学生积极参加安全方面的社会实践。各班同学都能积极争做安全小卫士，并协助学校做好节假日的护校工作。

三、总结交流阶段

1、班主任们及时总结交通安全教育活动收获，并做好同学之间、班级之间的交流工作。

2、总结全校交通安全教育活动的收获，认真积累活动中的经验和启示，巩固活动成绩，提高活动成效，结合全校安全工作，着眼未来，常抓不懈。
