英语读书分享活动总结范文 第一篇

本次活动的目的是进一步研究潍坊市教科院“五四一”课堂教学模式，提高我区英语教师的课堂授课水平，培养教坛新秀。高新区教研室对此活动十分关注，武际金副主任亲临现场、东明中学的孙校长也观摩了本次活动。本次活动由以下两个环节：

一、听课、评课。

杨叔萍主任多年来注重研究课堂教学，今天她又展示了一节读写课，把读写课的基本步骤通过授课形式展示给大家，让老师们从中领悟。课后杨主任把她设计这堂课的思路和大家进行了交流。老师们也对这节读写课也发表了自己的看法，并提出了建议，对读写课模式进行了讨论。清池中学的段媛媛、黄建英，张素霞、振华中学的马金玲等几位老师在评课时直言不讳，针对某些环节发表了自己的见解：“假如我来上这节课，在这个环节上，我这样做……”

最后，教研员张伯红老师对听说课和读写课进行了精辟的解读，并对《初中英语课堂教学评价标准》又作了强调：

1、目标明确；

2、多层设计；

3、学生参与；

4、注重实效。

张老师强调，要把“五四一”模式落实到平时的授课上，老师们要珍惜机会，积极参加课改，以提高自己的业务水平。

二、总结上学期的教研活动，布置今学期的教学教研活动。

张老师首先肯定了上学期教研活动的优点，然后指出了不足，对本学期的教研活动作了布置和要求，并强调每次教研活动结束，各位老师必须写反思，并把学到的经验落实到实际教学中去；每人建立博克，每周发表一篇随笔，交流教学经验；以学校、年级为单位出无分数评价优秀试题，并进行展示和评比；今年我区的课堂教学活动评比以市教学模式为依据，尤其是青年教师平时上课必须按“五四一”模式；加强集体备课，各校把集体备课发到英语学科公共邮箱，达到资源共享。

本次教研活动，老师们参与率高，没出现无故缺席现象，听课认真，讨论积极，达到了预期目的。相信今学期我区的英语教学一定会取得优异成绩。

3、疑难问题明确讲：当学生在材料理解上遇到疑难时教师要鲜明地讲，从而为学生解难释疑，让学生正确理解、领悟材料内容。

4、合作中提示讲：当学生在合作学习中不能抓住要点进行有效合作时，教师要进行提示性讲解，以使合作有效、深入。

5、总结时补充讲：在总结一节课、一篇材料的阅读情况时，在学生概括、总结的基础上，教师要及时进行补充，以进一步进行提炼和归纳，从而使总结更加完整、准确。

看到那则24小时营业书店的新闻，我知道，书店的管理者、工作人员才是真正“爱书、读书”的“仁”人。他们不但读书，而且懂得读书人究竟应该为这个世界奉献什么。于是，他们忽略了走入书店的所有人的身份符号、衣着外貌，而统一把那些人看作是“读书人”，只要能为这些“读书人”做些什么，他们就衷心地感到快乐，觉得自己的工作是有意义的。

人本来就没有高低贵贱之分，书亦如此。

知识本来就没有功利深浅之说，纯真的人亦如此。
