一、对试题的认识

二、从成绩统计中反映小学英语教学的主要成绩

(一)、学校对小学英语学科的重视程度逐渐增强 从我校成绩统计中，我们不难看到五年级两个班英语的合格率分别为26。83%、14，29%，虽然这些合格率不是很高，但较之以前有了明显的提高，并且优秀率凸显了高分人数的增加。这次期末考试成绩的提升是和学区、学校对英语教学的重视分不开的。较好的小学英语课时保障，以及大多数小学英语教师及时“充电” 是全面提高小学英语教学质量的要素。

从考试的试卷来看，我们清楚地看到各年级教师在教学过程中对于课标要求和理解的把握情景已向课标要求迈进了一大步。

三、从成绩统计中看存在的主要问题

全县五年级英语平均分从总体上说还处于偏低状态，与课标要求尚有差距，这样不利于学生自信心的建立和自主本事的构成。虽然小学英语教师的整体素质逐渐加强，小学英语教学逐步得到重视，然而这毕竟不是一蹴而就的事情。从这个层面上说，成绩编低更不利于学生英语终身学习和发展。究其原因，能够分为以下四点：

(一)、重教不重学，教学的主要矛盾没有抓住

经过深入分析，这点主要表此刻三个方面：1、教师教学方法单调，缺乏活力，不能适应小学英语教学要求，致使学生兴趣低落，情感投入少，教学效益低下。2、教师没有完全把握好课标的精髓，学生该参与的，该体验的学习过程还有欠缺，学生的听说、语感、语意理解本事还需加强。3、教师对教材有着过多的依靠，总想将教材中出现的知识与技能面面俱到，而这恰恰使得双基不很突出，掌握不牢靠，学生该到达的要求没能到达。

(二)、面向全体不足，高低分悬殊过大，两极分化严重

四、本次质量分析留给我们的思考的问题很多，现对如何进一步加强小学英语教学，提高教学质量提出以下改善措施：

(一)、狠抓基础，培养本事。

(二)、要适当增加语言的输入量，拓展学生的知识面。

(三)、做好培优补差， 教学中注意趣味性，不断激发学生的学习兴趣，同时分层布置作业，让优生更优，后进生迎头赶上，中等生向优生转化，面向全体，全面提高学生的英语水平。
