同时，也对学校形象造成了一定损害，我们应该去维护而不是破坏它！对于这件事情，所造成的严重后果我做了深刻的反思：

1、在同学们中间造成了不良的影响，由于我在复习课上看小说书，有可能影响老师对我班学生的认识。

2、影响个人综合水平的提高，使自身在本能提高的条件下未能提高。

3、思想觉悟不高，对错误的认识不足。就算是有认识，也没能在行动上真正实行起来。

4、思想觉悟不高的根本原因是因为本人对他人尊重不足。试想，如果我对老师有更深的尊重，就不会不听老师的话而上课看小说。

5、对待学习的思想观念不够深刻，不够正确。没有认识到现在学习的机会是多么的难得和重要。

6、没有做到作为一个学生的本分，没有好好的认真去吸取将来所需要的文化知识。

据上，我决定有如下个人整改措施：

1、深刻认识到自己的'错误后认真写道歉信一份！对自己思想上的错误根源进行深挖细找的整理，并认清其可能造成的严重后果。

2、制定学习计划，并且认真学习以好成绩来弥补我的过错。

试想如果当时我就认识到此事的严重性，错误就不可能发生。之所有的问题归咎于我还未能达到一个现代中学生应具有的认识问题水平，未能对老师的辛勤劳作作出回报，我越来越清

晰的感觉到自己所犯下的错误的严重性，为此，我一定会在以后的几个月严格要求自己，在复习期间觉不看小说的同时，使自己的言行都与一个现代中学生相符合。

望老师能念在我是初犯的份上原谅我这一次。也请老师继续监督，帮助我改正。今后我一定会认真复习将心思放在学习上，绝不会在考试之前还把时间浪费在看小说书上，请老师相信我！
