某公司员工请假管理制度

根据国家有关规定和本公司规定，特制定出本制度。

一、下列政府规定应放假节日，均予以休假，时间根据公司实际情况另定。

(一)元旦：一月一日

(二)春节：农历正月初一、初二、初三

(三)劳动节：五月一、二、三日

(四)国庆节：十月一、二、三日

二、公司员工请假分下列七种，规定如下：

(一)年休

员工入司工作满一年且与公司有签定劳动合同的员工，可享受三天的带薪年假，以后每满一年增加一天，最长以十天为限，年休假可折零使用，不足一天以一天计算，年休假只能在当年度使用，不折算薪酬。

(二)工伤假

因工作而受伤，经确定不能出勤者，基本工资照付，其时间以一年为限。

(三)事假

员工因事请假，全年累计不得超十五天为限，其扣薪标准按公司薪酬制度执行。

(四)病假

员工生病请假按下列规定处理;

1、未住院者，全年不得超过三十天;

2、住院者出院休养不得超过六十天;

3、病假期间不发工资，需更长时间者，应办理停薪留职，时间以半年为限。

(五)婚假

符合《婚姻法》规定，并与公司签定劳动合同的员工且在公司服务满一年，可享受婚假七天，晚婚十天，一次性休完，请假时应出示相关结婚证明，23岁为早婚，24岁为晚婚。

(六)产假

1、在公司连续服务满一年且符合计划生育的相关规定，并与公司签订劳动合同的员工，按有关规定可一次性享有九十天的带薪产假(基薪)。

2、配偶生育，男职工可享有三天的陪产假(事后需提供结婚证和出生证明)。

(七)丧假

与公司签订劳动合同且在公司连续服务满一年的员工，其父母/配偶去世者，省内员工可一次性享受三天的带薪丧假;省外员工可一次性享受五天的带薪丧假，祖父母/外祖父母去世者， 省内员工可一次性享受二天的带薪丧假，省外员工可一次性受享三天的带薪丧假，所有请丧假的人员，在销假时应提供相关证明，否则均以事假论处。

三、员工因故请以上假事，均应提前二天办理好手续，按规定逐级审批核准办理，同时安排好工作交接或职务代理人，否则不予准假。

四、请假审批权限与程序，以(天)为单位计算

公休假请假条怎么写?

部分职工因工作需要不能休年休假。为了保障这部分职工的权益，条例规定职工因工作原因未能享受年休假的，单位除正常支付工资收入外，还要支付相应的补偿。

对于补偿的标准，在征求意见过程中，有不少意见认为，应当符合劳动法关于“法定休假日安排劳动者工作的，支付不低于工资的300%的工资报酬”的规定。据此,条例规定：单位确因工作需要不能安排职工休年休假的，经职工本人同意，可以不安排职工休年休假。对职工应休未休的年休假天数，单位应当按照该职工日工资收入的300%支付年休假工资报酬。
