英语专业自我介绍范文(篇一)

时光匆匆，半年的实习期很快就过去了，回顾这半年来到__学校作为一名英语实习教师的工作经历，有颇多感慨。我第一次教学的经历，我第一次做老师的感受都十分清晰的刻在我的脑海里。

我依然记得，我第一次踏进三年级__班级的教室给他们上课时的场景，他们各个充满了好奇脑袋的看着我，我给他们做了自我介绍后，就让他们也一个个上台做自我介绍。我当时其实是有一些紧张的，但是当看到同学们十分活跃且轻松的样子也就放松了下来。在第一节课里，我就对他们产生了非常好的印象。以至于后来，我就对他们班的同学越来越喜欢了。只是，我刚接手他们班的时候，英语成绩是他们整个年级最差的一个班，所以在实习期我也倍感压力。

但是，本着为工作负责的态度，本着对学生们负责的态度，也是真心为__班同学的英语成绩着想，我想了各种办法来提高他们班每位同学的英语成绩。包括我去参加教师培训，去参考其他老师的教学模式，还包括去了解我们班级每位同学的特点、性格和学习习惯等等，都是为了能够看到__班级的同学有一点点进步，至少在我做了这么多努力之后，我不希望看到他们有退步的情况。

当然，我也不仅仅只有去参观和学习，我也付出了很多实际的行动。比如，在早读的时候，我要求他们大声的朗读单词和课文，实行疯狂记忆法。让他们能够记住得更牢靠，记忆的更加深刻。还比如，在上课前的前三分钟里，我制定了一个英语演讲竞赛活动。就是每节英语课之前，每位小组都要派一个同学上来做三分钟的脱稿英语演讲，如果有表现的十分优秀的同学，我会给他加分，并且也会给他们组奖励一个小玩具。到最后一个月统计下来，看谁的分数最多，我就奖励他一个对我提要求的机会，无论是对我教学上的意见，还是想要有其他的礼物，只要条件不过分，我都会满足他。这样，不仅能够提高同学们学习英语的积极性，还有助于帮助改进自己的教学方式。所以这样一学期下来，我们班的英语成绩突飞猛进，之前所做的努力和付出也都得到了回报，在学期的最后，我们班的英语成绩排名排到了年级的第二名。

虽然没有获得第一名的位置，但是看到有这样的进步，我也感到挺开心和满足的。而且，我相信，通过我和__班级同学的一起努力和加油，我们一定会在下一阶段的学习中，坐上第一名的宝座。
