分析学前教育问题的必要性

我国现在世界大舞台上扮演者越来越重要的角色，加入WTO已经许多年了，并且作为xxx常任理事国，中国人民在世界的大舞台上越来越不可小觑。与世界接触越多，我们国民的综合素质就显得尤为重要。在孩子时期打好基础更为重要，所以学前教育的创新，实践出真知，可以提高孩子们的性情以及知识掌握程度，为以后的深入学习提供基础。现在学前教育是一个人受教育的重要阶段，人们在学前教育时期学到的知识以及品德教育往往一生难忘，学前教育往往可以让一个人受益终生，在此时学习可以为以后的学习打下牢固的基础以及对以后学习的方式态度等都有很大的意义。

学前教育是否可以更为生动，更为形象，更为快速的管理好班级，可以更为便利地向学前儿童传授道理，更为便利地调节课堂进度。这些才是现在学前教育的重点问题。学前教育早就有，如何研究学前教育存在的问题，使得它更为适合现在的国家情况以及现在的学龄前儿童的情况，是我们应该重视的。虽然现在许多学前教育还处于初步阶段，还不够成熟，但是不能否认的是现在学前教育管理的研究已经初具规模了，提高学生的学习兴趣和课堂参与度，加大学生对知识的理解与运用，加大学生的记忆点。

学前教育中存在的问题以及相应的措施

我们已经清楚了学前教育存在的问题的研究是相当重要的，但是就目前我国还是存在一些问题的，下面我们就来讨论一下。第一点，就是我国的有些学前教育的教师对现在教学形势的了解并不够多，对学前教育管理的熟练程度不够。虽然现在我国的学前教育的教师数量不断增加，但是能真正融会贯通，真正能把学前教育与实践结合在一起的教师并不多，使得有些学前教育教师在进行班级管理时并不能快速有效的使用起来，不能发挥自己真正的教育水平，浪费了自己的教育才华。

所以我国可以培养教师了解现在教学形势的能力，使教师能够通过实践与理论相结合的手段将自己的学前教育水平淋漓尽致的发挥出来，更为生动形象的展现出来。第二点就是现在的地区间学前教育的研究不平衡。像是经济基础较为雄厚的地区，学校吸收新鲜正确思想或者人才的速度会比经济发展较为缓慢的地区快，经济发展也会快不少，长久以往下去，地区间的差距就会越来越大，不利于国家教育事业的发展。

解决这个问题不仅仅需要国家对经济基础较弱地区经济的大力扶持，还需要培养更多的人才分配到各个地区，并尽量做到每个地区的生活工作得到相应的保障。第三点就是现在新时期下出现了许多在学前教的教学队伍的工作作风不踏实的问题，工作中有弄虚作假的问题存在，学前教育工作是一个需要脚踏实地，能吃苦，付出很多的工作，所以我们一定要加强学前教育的队伍中成员个人的工作态度。
