活动组织及筹划:为了丰富校园生活,英语协会倾力打造一场持续三天的英语盛宴——English Corner。意在为全校学生提供一个应用英语、接触外教的平台,以提高同学们的英语口语能力,展示学院学子积极向学的精神风貌,营造学院浓厚的学习氛围。

在廊坊师范学院院团委,外国语学院各领导老师及英语协会全体社员的关注和大力支持下,在这个万物复苏的季节,我们诚挚地邀请了四位外国语学院外教,分别是Jessica、Brad、Shannon和Peter。在四位外教的通力合作下,同学们昂扬的学习激情被激活,纷纷来参加English Corner。英语协会学研部认真筹划,仔细地考虑了所有的步骤和环节,成员们积极提出自己的想法和建议,争取在方方面面出新创彩,达到完美的效果,全力打造一个不同以往的English Corner.另外,协会的广宣部投入大量精力,自我设计,自我编写,自我张贴,精心设计了别具一格的活动展板,展现了曾经英语角活动的盛况,并张贴海报,将English Corner的讯息传遍校园的每一个角落。

活动内容及过程:从X月X日下午5点开始,各部成员全部到达活动现场,通力合作,积极准备活动开始前的正式工作。各部门各尽其职,使活动现场秩序有条不紊,使得英语角顺利进行,过路的同学们看到这一盛况,陆续被吸引来。伴随着美妙的音乐,现场已是人山人海,热烈非凡。

春风徐徐吹来,也吹来了漂亮的女外教Jessica美妙的歌声。她自弹自唱,那歌声仿佛天鹅的声音一般婉转悠扬动听,让人感觉它像是从一开始就沉睡在人的灵魂深处的,而只是等着这一天的到来,等着Jessica甜美的嗓音轻轻地唤醒它良久,歌曲结束时,活动现场一片安静,所有人都陶醉在她那动听的歌声当中。

之后,同学们对英文歌曲还意犹未尽,于是由协会精心排练的奥运歌曲再度出场,伴随着激情与梦想,宏亮的嗓音响彻天空,表达了全体师院人对奥运的祝福与期待,再次掀起活动的高潮。

花开花谢总有时,活动在一片欢呼声中渐渐接近尾声。在最后关于活动主题“北京奥运”及“旅游文化”的总结献词环节,同学们既对上述活动进行了全方面的概括,又对其进行了广面的拓展,外教与同学们共同驻立在同一片蓝天下,享受着这次活动带来的身心与灵魂的洗礼,然而,离别的钟声在这一温馨的时刻最终敲响。

虽然活动三天的天气有些凉意,但这种心与心交流的方式,使周围充满了无限的温暖,而同学们依然久久不愿离去。

本次大型英语角活动以“北京奥运”“旅游文化”为主题,以寓教于乐的宗旨贯穿其始末,内容丰富多彩,形式多样,同学们不仅在知识上增加了储备,扩大了词汇量,拓展了视野,从而加深了学习英语的热情,从精神上放松了心情,了解了异域文化,仿佛身临其境,心灵跟随去旅行。在奥运会即将到来之际,普及了众多奥运知识,了解了多方面的奥运趣闻。大家在同一片蓝天下,畅所欲言,真正达到了心灵间的沟通。

这一学期我担任122班的语文教学工作。按照开学初制定的教学计划,按部就班地开展、实施,圆满地完成了教学阶段性任务。现对我这一学期的教学工作总结如下:

一、备好课,上好课,及时进行教学反思。

备课是教学中最重要的环节之一,俗说话“不打无准备的仗”,只有备好课,才能上好一堂课。在备课时,我认真钻研新课标,把课文研读透彻,借助教师用书等教参,结合122班学生的实际情况,备好每一节课,写好教案。

每堂课都会给我不同的启发和感悟,有优点,也有需要改进的不足之处,对于这些启发和感悟,我都及时记录在案,进行反思。也正因为这一良好的习惯,我在教学上有不匪的收获。

二、组织好课堂教学,提高教学效率。

一堂课备得再好,如果课堂教学组织得不好的话,也不能达到预期的教学效果,完成教学任务。课堂教学要顺利进行,首先要保证有良好的课堂秩序,在这方面我下了很大的工夫。在教学中,我尽力调动学生学习的积极性和主动性,让学生养成爱思考、做笔记的良好习惯,以此来提高课堂的听课效率。

三、精心布置作业,认真批改,及时反馈。

虽说现在的学生是“减负”的一代,但是他们的学习任务仍很繁多,学习压力仍然巨大。针对这一现象,我决定从作业方面来减轻他们的压力,但绝不是不布置作业,而是精心布置作业。作业布置做到精读精练,有针对性,有层次性,有必做题也有选做题,满足不同层次的学生学习的能力与需求。做到每课都有作业,每周写一至两篇周记,每一单元结束后都写一次作文。在留作业时,尽量选择重点、精华,力争减轻学习的学习负担,力求每一次练习都起到最大的效果。同时对学生的作业批改及时、认真,分析并记录学生的作业情况,将他们在作业过程出现的问题作出分类总结,进行透切的评讲,并针对有关情况及时改进教学方法,做到有的放矢。

四、利用活动的开展,培养学生学习语文的兴趣爱好。

在本学期校第二届希望杯作文竞赛中,引导学生积极参加活动,提高自己的语文素质。我指导初三122班的郭颖同学获得比赛三等奖。

只要有征文比赛,我就让全班学生都写,再挑选出优秀的作文进行参加。这样极大地训练了学生的写作能力,并有了一定的提高。

五、重视继续教育,加强自身的素质与修养。

积极参加远程继续教育培训,完成规定的课时,并合格通过。

回顾这一学期,我收获了很多,然而我的教学中仍存在着一些不足之处,如学生的阅读训练强度不够,教学中仍有传统教学的模式,学生的语文整体水平不高等。在今后的教学过程中,我会继续努力,向经验丰富的教师求教,多阅读一些相关的专业书籍,来提高我的教学水平。

1、继续培养学生良好的学习习惯。针对学生的好胜心强的特点,实行竞争评优机制,评选出学习认真的好学生为班级之星,在班会及校讯通上进行表扬鼓励,以此促进学生自觉的学习,逐渐养成良好的学习习惯。每天的早读时间,安排两位“小老师”负责读书,带领八个小组长进行监督检查,大大提高了早读的读书效率,同时也培养了他们的自我管理能力。

2、教学生学会学习。“授之以鱼,不如授之以渔”,教学生学会预习,学会听课,学会做作业。每学一篇新课文之前,根据课文内容进行常规预习,搜集相关资料,补充对课文内容的介绍。刚开始有一些同学不知道怎样预习,我就请预习做得好的同学讲自己的经验,对这些同学是很大的促进。有有部置就要有检查,及时的检查对学生的学习是最有力的监督。“该说是就说”,“该听时就听”,“该写时就写”,认真听课,积极思考,随时记录,这是对听者的要求。对学生的作业从格式到内容进行规范,提高作业美观度,班级中涌现出来了许多书写清楚认真的同学。

3、注重阅读能力的培养。本学期利用阅读课,充分发挥阅读书籍的作用,让学生从中学习,积累好词佳句,并随时写出自己的读书感悟,不仅使学生拓展了视野,而且为习作积累了素材。

二、提高课堂效率。

1、注重新课的导入

“兴趣是最好的老师”,在教学中,注重激发和培养学生的学习兴趣。在导入新课中,让学生一上课就置身于一种轻松和谐的氛围中,我就要根据不同的课型,设计不同的导入方式,时而讲个故事,时而围绕课题发问…采用激发兴趣,设计悬念等形式更好地激起了学生的求知欲。

2、鼓励学生积极探究,发展求异思维能力。

在语文教学中,阅读者对语言意义,语言情感,语言技巧的感悟,在很大程度上与学生的生活经历,知识积累,理解水平有关。为此,教学中,引导学生仁者见仁,智者见智,大胆交流,在交流中完善提高。此时老师的及时鼓励,巧妙点拨,会引起学生思维火花的碰撞,得到语言的升华和灵性的开发。

3、重视品读感悟

课本中的每一篇文章都是文质兼美的佳作,语言运用的精妙,语境描述的美妙,思想表达的深邃,都是引导学生感悟的重要内容。教学中注意抓重点,引导学生对语言文字反复诵读,以悟出语言丰富的内涵。同时,让学生在感悟的基础上,根据不同的课文采用“说一说”,“演一演”,“画一画”等形式,使学生身临其境,感悟文本内涵,使学生真正成为学习的主人,不仅掌握了书本知识,更提高了语文素养。

三、加强作文能力的训练

作文水平是语文综合能力的体现,从字、词到句、段、篇,都会展现出语文学习、积累、运用的能力。教学中,充分发挥文本作用,一单元作文教学为主,围绕本单元的主题,在学习单元中的课文时就注意引导学生把握例文的精彩之处。在引导学生写作时就有理有据,有了很好的示范,就能点燃学生创作灵感的火花。注重作文的修改,“好作文是改出来的”,学生写好作文后,先有自己修改,再以小组为单位交流修改,与此同时提出要求,学生结合要求再次对自己的作文进行修改,完成后誊写有老师评改,在反馈给学生,使学生清晰地明白自己的习作的得失,这样经过训练后,大部分同学的作文布局合理,选材准确,语句通顺,极少有错别字,作文水平大大提高。

四、加强培优补差工作,全面促进学生发展

为了促进每一位学生能在原有基础上都有所提高,我着重“抓两头,带中间”,注重培养优生帮助差生。在班级中开展“扶贫帮困”的活动,激励学困生树立信心,课内多给他们创造机会,课外耐心辅导,以此激起他们学习的兴趣。同时及时与家长沟通,取得家长的支持,监督学生认真完成家庭作业,由班干部们对背诵,基础作业进行及时检查,帮助学困生尽量缩小与同学们的差距。

1、注意新课导入新颖。“兴趣是最好的老师”。在教学中,我十分注重培养和激发学生的学习兴趣。譬如,在导入新课,让学生一上课就能置身于一种轻松和谐的环境氛围中,而又不知不觉地学语文。我们要根据不同的课型,设计不同的导入方式。可以用多媒体展示画面让学生入情景;也可用讲述故事的方式导入,激发兴趣、设计悬念……引发设计,比起简单的讲述更能激发学生的灵性,开启学生学习之门。

二、重视朗读品评感悟,让课堂教学“活”起来。小学语文课本中的每一篇课文都是文质兼美的佳作,其语境描述的美妙,语言运用的精妙,思想表达的深邃,见解阐述的独到,都是引导学生感悟的重要内容。而由于课堂教学时间的有限,课文中的精彩之处没有可能引导学生一一感悟。为了使这些精彩给学生留下整体印象,我们可以在阅读中抓重点,引导学生对语言文字反复诵读,以悟出语言丰富的形象内涵,意义内涵,情感内涵。同时,让学生在感悟的基础上,引导学生居高临下地对课文进行品评,在品评中深化理解,升华认识,填补空白。以课堂学习为核心,能动地向学生的学校生活、家庭生活、社会生活等各个生活领域自然延伸和拓展,使课堂训练与课外行为训练形成有序、有趣、有力、有效的结合,取得语文教学的整体效益。在课程改革实践中,我们已把语文教学的触角伸向了广阔的天地。其次,重视丰富多彩的语文实践活动。此外,注意学科间的整合。让学生从不同角度,采用不同的途径获得知识,培养能力。

三、培养学生良好的行为习惯

有人说:好的习惯是成功的一半。也有人说:习惯决定了成败。的确是这样,有不少学生之所以学习成绩不如人意,并不是他们智力不如人,很大程度上是这些孩子的行为习惯差,或者了学习习惯不好造成的。为了少让这种现象出现,我在教学中努力培养学生多方面的好习惯。首先是做人的习惯,教学生要懂礼貌,要团结同学,关心集体等。其次是生活习惯,自已的事自己做,在家要适当地做力所能及的家务,要学会自己整理书包等。再次是学习习惯,如课前预习、课后复习,认真听课、认真写作业,经常查工具书,学会搜集资料,爱看课外书等习惯。通过行为习惯的培养,学生的精神面貌和学习成绩均有一定程度的提高。

新课标要求我们建立以自主、合作、探究为主的教学模式,激活学生好奇心,探究欲,培养学生主动思考、质疑、求索以及善于捕捉新信息的能力,并把这种能力的培养定为课堂教学的终极目的。为此,我仔细研究教育心理,准确把握初中年级学生的心理特征和思维特点,积极探索有利于激发兴趣、激活思维、激励探讨的课堂教学方法。例如在处理每单元的重点篇目时,我们始终采用整体 —感知―合作探究―反思质疑―拓展延伸的教学模式,根据不同内容精心设计问题,组织课堂教学。这样教学,课堂上感受到的是一种亲切、和谐、活跃的气氛。教师已成为学生的亲密朋友,教室也转变成为学生的学堂,学生再也不是僵化呆板、默默无闻的模范听众。他们的个性得到充分的展现与培养:或质疑问难,或浮想联翩,或组间交流,或挑战权威。师生互动,生生互动,组际互动,环境互动,在有限的时间内,每一位学生都得到了较为充分的锻炼和表现的机会。师生的情感与个性融在其中,现实的生活进入课堂,学生在互动中求知,在活动中探索,既轻松地掌握了知识,又潜移默化地培养了能力。学生的整体素质有了质的提高,语文课堂真正焕发出它应有的活力。

总之,在这学期的教学过程中,本人始终坚持以新课程的标准实施教学,坚持以学生为本的教育理念,重视课程资源的开发与利用,提倡合作学习精神,引导学生从生活源泉中不断吸取发展思维和语言的养料,在文字教材和生活教材的结合中,开辟了课程学习的广阔天地。不过还应该说的是在取得成绩的同时,也出现了教学上的许多不足,众多的学生是可以接受新课程的教育方式的。有一小部分学生由于个体的差异,以及家庭教育的空缺,学习上就有点困难了,因而班级里就有了两个极端的现象。当然,今后我还会在教学中不断改进,以适应教育改革的新浪潮。

一、主要做法及成效

(一)领导重视,责任到人

20__年我局对创文工作始终保持高度重视,成立由局一把手担任组长,各股室负责人任成员的创文工作小组,工作小组下设办公室,分工明确,目标明确,责任到人,考核制度清晰。每次有创文任务,工作组都紧密部署,抓好落实与监督。

(二)健全机制,建立层级目标责任制

年初,我局就制定《__区____局20__年创建全国文明城市工作方案》,形成明确的创建目标和计划,指定专人负责创人资料的整理、收集、汇总工作建立创文工作的长效管理机制。

二、形式多样 ,广泛开展创文活动

(一)着力培育和践行社会主义核心价值观

一是强化理论引导,用社会主义核心价值观引导思潮、凝聚共识。以《培育和践行社会主义核心价值观读本》等作为重要学习内容,党员领导干部带头学、带头讲、带头实践。二是把社会主义核心价值观作为领导班子思想政治建设和党员干部学习教育的重要内容,纳入干部考核、选拔任用之中,形成德才兼备、以德为先的用人导向。另外,我局还组织进行了两次社会主义核心价值观的宣讲。

(二)开展诚信宣教实践活动

一是我局成立了“诚信教育”活动领导小组,领导小组下设办公室,具体负责诚信教育日常工作。二是开展了文明礼仪讲座和组织全体职工观看诚实守信教育短片,寓教于乐,加深学习效果,使“诚信”二字更加深入人心。

(三)坚持不懈开展学雷锋志愿服务活动

一是我局有稳定的志愿者队伍,人数有_人,占本单位

Mark Whitehead: Amid the Japanese tsunami and its commercial aftershocks, the New Zealand earthquake, squabbles with the Transportation Security Administration over deadlines to meet their heightened security requirements and the ongoing saga of surcharges, the dominant storyline for us in 2011 was falling tonnages on major routes — particularly those out of Hong Kong.

But we are not convinced that this swath of negative coverage is really justified — we feel there have been too many comparisons to , leading to the impression that 2011 has turned out to be much worse than it should. In Hactl’s own case, we could fall farther and yet still beat our previous peak of , which would be no small achievement.

2010 was a post-recession bounce fueled by global restocking, so it was always going to be hard to beat. But many in the air cargo industry thought 2010 was a sign of even better things to come and budgeted for incremental growth in 2011. They now have a major problem.

Ram Menen: The market slowdown is, obviously, the topic that has dominated the industry. But what is most remarkable about 2011 is the number and diversity of factors that contributed to the slowdown. Natural disasters, such as the tsunami in Japan and the Thai floods, were major events that not only impacted exports and imports in those countries directly, but also hit global supply chains. Production lines in factories were halted due to the sudden shortage of vital components.

Economic instability has also been a significant issue, with the various crises across Europe and the politicalization of the deficit ceiling in the . all rocking consumer confidence. We also can’t forget the sustained high cost of fuel, which is an ongoing challenge for the air cargo industry. Menen: You can never trust forecasts. Old rules don’t apply, and the new rules haven’t been written. The industry is becoming less predictable every year, with more and more challenges arising. Of course, the price of oil is always something we have to contend with, but, worryingly, natural disasters seem to be happening at a more frequent rate, while increasingly more national economies are struggling. We are continually learning, and every challenge helps us become better prepared to manage whatever new challenges 2012 brings.

Whitehead: As a relative newcomer to this industry (I became Hactl’s managing director in September 2010), but a long-term observer of others while working at a senior level, I have quickly learned how sensitive air cargo is to the health of the global economy and how reactive it is to consumer demand.

Air cargo is a business that can boom in response to the release of a single, new piece of consumer technology (, the iPhone 4, the latest Playstation or the Kindle) or crash because fears of defaults in one small economy have threatened to upset the currency of 16 others. I now realize that the major strength of air cargo — its ability to respond to sudden changes in consumer demand — is also its major weakness.

I’m developing the view that any prediction in air cargo is pointless if it’s based only on a recent or short-lived trend (like the one displayed in 2010), rather than the extrapolation of a long-term picture that has been proven right by history. You could say that this risks missing the next major opportunity, but I don’t think so. It avoids the equally serious risk of assuming lots of additional overhead that could quickly become a millstone if predictions fall short.

我对鲍当洪教师的单词短语操练方式印象深刻。他不是向我们平时那样用高低音或者单单带读,他用4a纸打印一个炸弹,掺杂在本课时重点单词短语单词卡里面,用活泼的游戏让学生乐在其中,全体参与到课堂中来。当展示短语时,学生读出相应短语,如果教师出现炸弹,全体学生抱头趴在桌子上,喊:bomb!我之前老是觉得学生太笨,带读了好几遍的单词却老是记不住。此刻才发现,我忽略孩子们爱玩的天性。单词记忆是很枯燥乏味的,所以单单靠读很难让学生记忆,我们要应用学生爱玩的天性,让学生在游戏中不知不觉把只是学进脑袋里。鲍当洪校长在讲座环节中给我们介绍了很多单词操练的方式,而这些方式为学生们熟悉,值得我们借鉴,如:井字过三关,拼图等。

课堂教学不应当只是局限在课堂的教学任务,并且应当要注重拓展学生的知识。在教授复习what time时,教师也拓展到一个疑问词when。

家庭作业方式新颖。家庭作业的布置方式最让我印象深刻。本节课的作业是让学生回去,改动课堂上学习过的一首歌曲至少五个地方,然后唱歌爸妈听。这种作业方式是学生喜闻乐见的唱歌,学生会乐于做作业,想要做作业,就会很少出现不交作业的情景。想想我们平时,我们的学生很多没有完成作业,就算是完成了,以为是任务式的,没有几个会觉得做作业趣味。如果改变作业的方式,以贴合学生爱玩天性四五方式出现,那么学生就会乐于完成作业,并在此过程中学习到知识。在讲座环节,也给我们介绍了很多值得借鉴的作业方式,让我获益匪浅。

任何一门语言,或者说任何一门学科的学习都是有技巧的。对于英语的学习经验及方法,我想从以下几个方面来谈。

第一项要记的就是单词。

听力。随着四六级考试听力比重的增加,我们也应看到英语听力的重要性。其实抛开考试不说,学语言无非要掌握“听说读写”。如果连听都听不懂,其他方面就算是学好了也没什么意义。我第一次和外国人对话是在很小的时候。其实都算不上对话。那时在北京故宫玩,走在我前面的游客掉了东西,于是我捡起来还给她,这时,听到个黑皮肤大眼睛的外国人说“thanks”。那时还小,不知道怎么回人家,只是笑笑。现在听外国人说话仍然有困难,但我一直在努力。其实英语的听力不是枯燥地听考试题就可以,相反,如果强迫自己去听,会越来越反感,最终对英语失去兴趣和信心。根据自己的程度不同我们应该选择适合自己的听力材料。平时学习累了,多看一些美剧,其实那里面的英文对白很美的。比如说《暮光之城》、《吸血鬼日记》等等。我尤其喜欢《吸血鬼日记》里女主人公的发音。她纯正的美音听起来简直是一种享受。除了英美电影,还有英文歌曲、英文广播也可以来听。当然对我们大多数人来说,BBC(英国广播电台)还是很有难度,里面大多都是政治性的观点,和中国的新闻联播相似,感觉枯燥。我选择慢速VOA,我觉得还这个比较适合我们。

对于语言来说,一个整体的语言氛围与环境是很重要的。当然,大多数的我们只能在中国学习英语,本身就缺乏英语的语言氛围。而且和外国人对话的机会也是非常有限。在这种情况下,我们就更应该多和外国人交流,哪怕是一句简单的“hello”(你好)、“How are you?”(你好吗?)。

记得在中学的时候,学校也开过Eglish Corner(英语角),就是老师和同学们在一起,围绕一个话题畅所欲言。不用顾忌语法,不用顾忌句型,重要的就是开口说。但是这和真正的外国人对话是有很大差别的。虽然有外教,但是一周也只有一节,所以和她相处的时间非常有限。所以,从高中开始,只要见了外国人,我就会在恰当的时候和他们对话。

记得有一次,我在商场选手表,旁边有三四个白人,也在看手表,他问售货员“How much?”(多少钱?),售货员一愣,在旁边的我忍不住就当了翻译,告诉她,那个外国人在问价钱。而后我又简单地和那个外国人聊了几句,得知他们来自德国,来这里是参加一个会展。虽然他们没买那块表,但是临走时还是给我道谢。当时心里挺激动的。

那以后,我和外国人交流的次数越来越多,有的问路,有的在超市找他们想买的东西,虽然都是简单的几句话,但是看到自己能为他们提供帮助,所学的英语终于有了用武之地,心里还是暖暖的。于是自己也就越来越喜欢说英语,即使词汇量有限,语法不甚规范,只要开口说了,对自己来说都是很大的进步。

教学工作是学校工作的中心,教学质量是衡量办学水平和效益的主要标志,切实有效地提高教学质量,提高学生的综合素质是社会的要求,家长的希望和学校教师的立足之本。本期语文教研组工作有活力,人人有朝气,也有创新精神。组员们善于钻研,勤于探索,认真备课,精心教课;在历次教案、作业检查中得到了学校的表扬;在多次学生问卷中,优秀率也均居各学科之首,深得全校师生好评。尤其是面对中考,他们稳扎稳打,抓基础,抓读写,练内功,取得了可喜的成绩。在教学、教研以及培养学生语文素养方面作出了积极有效的探索,也取得了优异的成绩。

本学期语文教研组的工作指导思想是,以培养高素质人才为目标,以提高教育质量为根本,以培养学生自主创新能力为主导,狠抓常规管理,全面贯彻教育方针,实施素质教育,积极推进课堂教学改革,切实提高课堂教学效益,稳中求进,在教学的各个环节力求完美,教师的教学科研、学生的学科竞赛及考试成绩均有的长足的进步,取得了一定成绩。

一、常规工作回顾

语文教研组针对年轻教师多的特点,在教研中采取了学科小组集体备课、说课教研的方式,即按照年级分为三个教研小组,各自按照本学年的教学任务、教材特点和学生实际,进行说课教研。本期我们坚持做到了教学工作五认真,把教学过程的每个环节教都落实到了实处。

1.备课做到四个“精心”。每位语文教师都能精心制订教学计划,精心设计教学过程,精心选择教学方法,精心设计题型训练。统一了备课规范,依照学校教导处要求,每位老师备课均写有“导学案”。每课时都有教学目标,重点、难点、教学模式、教学方法、教学准备、教学过程、作业布置、板书设计、教后感等。教学目标包括知识目标、能力目标、情感目标三个方面,教学过程包括内容设计、训练设计、方法设计三方面,在设计时内容,都能认真钻研大纲,教材,紧扣教学目标,做到以纲为本,以本为本,以纲扣本,把训练贯穿于整个教学过程中,在学法指导时,能充分调动学生学习语文的兴趣,发挥学生的创造能力和实际动用能力。做好各课组的组织工作,积极参加集体备课,做到统一思想,统一进度,统一练习,特别是在备教学目标,备学生练习,备教学方法时能集思广益,取长取短,同时通过集体备课,及时了解教育教学情况,针对教材的特点,不断地进行探索、改革、创新。备课时,我们还充分挖掘教材中的德育因素,做到文道结合;结合我校“人文见长”的办学理念,教学中随时注重人文渗透。

2.在上课上,我们全体语文教师以现代化教学的观点,不断更新教法与手段,促进课堂教学效率的提高。坚持做到“四为主”:教师为主导,学生为主体,训练为主线,全面育人为主旨。做到“四突出”:突出启发式教学,突出因材施教,突出兴趣激发,突出教书育人。为了保证教学目标的完成,我们改变_以教为本_的旧观念,树立“以学为本”的新观念,针对教材内容、目标、重点、难点、研究教法与学法,着力调动学生主动学习的热情,努力做到课堂训练落实,提高单位时间内教学目标的达成度。同时,我们在课堂教学中充分发挥现代化教育设施设备的作用,现已能做到人人做课件,课课有课件。

3.我们能根据教材的特点,认真布置和批改作业。在布置作业时,以减轻学生的负担为准绳,认真取舍,精选适量的作业,以课文为主,因人而异,不搞题海战术。作业批改及时,认真,保证当天完成,作文在做后三天批完,决不积压,并规范化。认真批改,并在此基础上及时讲评,及时反馈。

4.我们既注重学生的整体发展,又注重学生的个体发展。因材施教,使不同的学生的不同个性得到充分的展示。本学期,我们的具体做法是:根据学生的能力和学习态度把学生分为四类进行教学、教育:

(1)学习态度端正和学习能力强且学习成绩优异的学生,我们给予激励和期望,给予更多的信任,让他们有适当的压力朝着更高的目标去努力。

(2)学习能力强但学习态度不够端正且成绩上下不稳定的学生,我们给予关心、帮助,了解其成绩被动的原因,慢慢地引导地端正学习态度。

(3)学习能力差但学习态度端正的学生,我们帮助他寻找适当的学习方法,提高其学习能力,当成绩稍有提高时便给予及时的鼓励,同时给予明确的和更高的期望。

(4)学习能力差而且学习态度也差的学生,我们主动关心他们,决不歧视他们,认真做好“帮教”工作,发现他们的闪光点,用爱心去感化他们,让他们也能有值得骄傲的成绩。

5.本学期,我们都能根据学校常规组织考试,并能写好质量分析报告。本学期期末考试仍然实行联考,三个年级的语文成绩较好。我们在复习时对备课组模拟练考提出要求:一要所有题目均为原创,二题量、难易要适度,三题目要有一定新意。从学生的反馈来看,收效显著。

为扎实做好__区街道贯彻落实__市创建“全国卫生城市”工作,促进__市“创建国家爱国卫生城市”活动的健康发展,发挥典型的示范带头作用,推进“整脏治乱”的长效机制,强化环境卫生管理,切实解决交通道路、乱停乱放、乱倒垃圾、乱扔废弃物,规范市场交易、文明经营。建立效能管理机制,我街道按照__市创爱卫办[20__]1号文件要求的通知,为了给广大社区居民群众创造一个优美、整洁、舒适的生活环境,营造欢乐祥和的氛围,__区街道办事处全体干部迅速行动起来,大力开展了创建卫生城市大整治活动,自活动开展以来,__区街道辖区卫生状况有了很大的改善,根据上级的安排,各社区共组织党员、干部、低保户等参加创建国家卫生城市的劳动,按照上级要求,我街道按文件要求的任务还有一段距离,现将创建国家卫生城市活动情况从20__年的总结汇报如下:

一、统一思想,提高认识,完善创卫工作机制

根据__市委创卫工作部署,街道立即组织召开班子会议,就我__区街道如何开展好创卫工作进行了研究部署。随后组织__区街道全体干部、各辖区单位负责人、楼栋长参加了动员大会,全面传达学习了《__市创建国家卫生城市工作实施方案》的会议精神,会上,就__区街道创卫工作进行了具体的研究部署与分工安排。一是制定完善__区街道创卫工作机制。为确保创卫工作落到实处,根据工作开展过程中出现的问题与矛盾,街道先后制定了《__区街道贯彻落实__市创建国家卫生城市工作实施方案》、《__区街道贯彻落实__市创建国家卫生城市工作推进表》。二是坚持日报告、周例会制度,狠抓创卫工作的贯彻落实。为及时准确掌握创卫工作动态,给街道创卫决策提供科学实用依据,确保创卫工作落到实处。坚持按照每日一报、每周一例会工作制度。明确要求各社区领导每周五前必须将本周创卫工作进展、未完成工作预计完成时限以及次周工作安排报街道创卫信息小组。及时小结通报上周工作情况,研究部署本周工作安排。通过坚持日报告、周例会的工作制度,街道创卫工作小组及时准确的掌握了创卫工作动态、重点、难点以及急需解决的问题与存在的困难,籍此得以更好、更合理的调配人员、部署工作,创卫各项工作也得以落到实处。三是部门联动,齐抓共管,重点部位重点整治。为扎实做好__区街道居民群众反映强烈问题的清理整改,__区街道积极与街道城建等相关责任与职能部门沟通协调,对街面乱摆乱卖、远通市场等重点部位进行了清理整治。

二、强化宣传,端正态度,大力开展创卫宣传教育工作

创卫重在坚持,重在长效管理。__区街道在开展创卫工作中,__区街道始终把提高干部、以及辖区居民群众的思想认识作为首要任务,通过展板、宣传册、悬挂横幅、走访入户发宣传单等方式,大力开展创卫宣传教育工作,全面营造创卫工作浓厚氛围,树立和引导他们以实际行动参与创卫、爱护创卫成果。自创卫工作开展以来,__区街道制作宣传资料,共计发放了创卫宣传资料2300多份、宣传板报42块、宣传横幅53条、张贴海报56张。在此次活动_出动人员2746人次,清除顽固性电线杆小广告、清扫绿化带擦拭公交车停靠站、清除地面及墙面小广告、擦拭磁卡电话机、义务对过往群众进行环境卫生保护知识宣传4300余人次,当场制止乱丢烟头等不文明行办人员420余人次。设置宣传点80多个,发动宣传车70余次,社区干部向路过的行人、周边的商户及广场前的滞留人群发放宣传单,面对面的讲解“创建全国卫生城市”有关知识,咨询人数3568人次,并在卫生监督员的协助下,对不文明行为进行劝告和制止,并在居民中取得了一定的成效。

三、积极动员,壮大创卫队伍,全面掀起创卫工作高潮

坚持以__区街道为创卫主体,积极协调各方力量,扩大创卫参与队伍。在克服了重重困难的情况下,发动辖区的26名楼栋长及低保户作为__区的卫生监督员,每天全面负责辖区重点区域“面对面”的宣传,发放宣传单、当面劝阻不文明行为。同时充分发挥社区居民群众参与创卫工作积极性,积极协调组织辖区各个单位学生、党员、个体户、青年创卫志愿者等社会各个方面的人士参加对卫生脏乱差地段实施集中突击清理活动志愿者活动。

通过宣传教育与发动,辖区内居民参与创卫、保卫创卫成果意识得到了进一步加强,辖区内环境卫生面貌大为改观。街道对社区存在的共性、个性问题和意见建议进行分类汇总,深入分析后提出解决方案。今年3月、6月、9月等,我街道辖区范围内在地区、市级及三民工作组等单位的大力支持下进行了卫生死角清理。

全年活动共出动人员1100多人次,车辆75辆,共清理800多吨建筑垃圾及生活垃圾,形成了人人参与的良好社会氛围,掀起了创卫工作的高潮。

20__年投灭鼠药20__千克左右、投灭蚊、灭蟑螂药1000千克,基本达到全国爱卫会规定的标准。

说那么快,悄无声息的,这个学期的一半过去了,论文写作课也即将结束了。

在写学习心得之前,跟同学们聊起论文写作,不知道怎么说起的,我们说起了高考作文。高考作文的那些三段论套路,文章要什么“凤头、猪肚、豹尾”,怎么当初的八百字要那么痛苦地挤出来?上到大学,随便来篇文章,自由发挥,轻而易举。

我想在生活上,懂得怎么写文章的人也应该是一个很懂的生活的人,而且他们的生活一定很多姿多彩,他们的人生阅历一定很丰富。在学术上,懂得怎么写好论文的人,必定是一个学识很渊博,思想很深刻,善于思考的人。

说说论文写作课所获吧。

记得季老师刚上这门课的时候就说过我们的一些师兄师姐上完了这门课也不知道讲了什么学到了什么。我个人的实际情况不是这样的,论文课还是有一些收获的,自己以后在写毕业论文时候,起码知道要在内容与格式这两大方面抓好。写一篇好的毕业论文不容易啊,必须要认真对待,这也是我们积极学习的态度的表现。

老师说到现在的大学生论文没有多少是有水平的,想找几篇优秀的论文给大家学习学习都没有。这是一个不争的事实,现在大学生可是量多质差,真正好好学习自己本专业的同学很少。大家都忙于考取各种证书,考取英语四六级,忙于各种社会实践,对于自己的专业学习就只是浅尝辄止了。所以写出一篇高质量的毕业论文想必是一件很困难的事情,因为我们肚子里没有真材实料,脑子里没有创新的灵感。

课上老师给我们点评了一些师兄师姐的毕业论文,印象中听到老师批评的声音较多,没有哪些赞许的话。季老师是一个会说真话有要求的人,老师的评价是中肯的。学习这些论文,连我这个没什么水平的都看出一大堆问题。最为印象深刻的就是师兄师姐的论文几乎是一大片的文字,图表数据分析极少,似乎空口说白话。有图有表有真相,没证没据,太难令人信服,文章太苍白了。论文最后是文献,文献资料来源太少,缺少精确。有的甚至来源我们教材,这是不太可取的。论文的参考文献很重要,想写好一篇论文,必须要广泛地阅读大量的文献资料。

在展示一些论文也包括他自己的,老师强调得比较多的就是论文要勾勒架构、建立模型。老师的论文水平非常高,我们望尘莫及,能看懂就已经不错了。冰冻三尺,非一日之寒,老师在学术上面的造诣必定源自于长期不断的学习与积累。

课上向老师提过这么一个问题:怎么样才能够让写出来的文章有深度有思想有意义而且深刻的?老师的回答很认真很全面,我是有收获的,但是老师很谦虚,最后还说:“不知道有没有很好地回答你的问题?”老师学识渊博,但他对学生不骄不纵,低调的为人与谦虚认真的态度让我打心底里尊敬他。想想我们身边有些人吧,学识甚少眼光短浅,还骄傲自大,把自己摆在高高在上的位置。说实在的,万千世界,每个人都是那么的渺小,没什么好骄傲的。每个人都觉得自己不一样,其实大家都一样的,把自己高高的姿态放下,多多向身边的人学习。

创建文明城市称号是城市建设、综合实力、和谐水平和文明程度的集中体现,是极具价值,是改善城市环境,提升城市形象,改善市民的生活环境和生活质量,使群众安居乐业、得到实惠的重要举措,为进一步推进创建全国文明城市工作,做好工作推进进程。__社区现将本周工作总结如下:

一、本周创文工作开展情况

2、清理小广告,清扫路面烟头、垃圾,保持环境卫生清洁等。倡导经营户(住户)文明驾车、文明乘车、文明停车、文明过马路,选择低碳出行、绿色出行。

二、存在问题

2、由于非机动车流动性大,乱停放的现象比较普遍。

3、乱穿马路、乱停车辆等不文明行为时有发生,遵守交通法规自觉性得到一定改善,现在仍然需要多渠道加强宣传,不断提高市民的素质。

三、下一步工作重点

1、继续加强创文宣传力度,切实强化群众的创文意识。二做好日常工作,抓好隐患排查,把创文与各项工作紧密联系起来,确保创文工作推进。

20_年,学校高考创造了新的辉煌,作为_的一份子,由衷地感到骄傲与自豪,但同时,作为新一届高三的任课教师,第一次任教理科卓越班,领导的信任和家长的期盼,也让我深感压力巨大、责任重大。本学期以来,我始终坚持高标准、严要求,不断加强学习、不断钻研业务、不断总结反思,圆满完成了各项工作任务。

一、以学习为要

学习是开启进步之门的“金钥匙”。虽然已经从事语文教学工作10年有余,也上过3届高三,积累了一些语文教学工作经验和高三备考经验。但第一次任教理科卓越班,明显感觉理科学生与文科学生在语文学习上的思路、方法等诸多方面有很大不同,及时调整教学策略、准确把住理科学生的“脉门”是我首先面临的问题。我深知,与经验丰富的老教师相比,我的理论功底还不够扎实,知识底蕴还需要沉淀,教学方法还需要完善;与敢闯敢干的年轻教师相比,我的进步渴望还不够强烈,拼劲闯劲还需要加强,敬业精神还需要提高。在平时的工作中,我始终坚持用“三人行,必有我师焉”的态度取彼之长、补己之短。注重向首席教师学、向骨干教师学、向优秀教师学;注重向同科教师学、向同组教师学、向同龄教师学,积极参加学校、年级、教研组组织的各项活动,在学习与交流中提升自己,从而结合理科学生特点,有针对性地改进和提高自己的教学方式方法,取得了较好的效果。

二、以业务为根

本学期,我始终把不断增强业务素养、提高业务水平作为自身成长的基本要求,深入钻研教材教法、认真研究高考备考指导策略,在课堂教学上始终坚持做到以学生为主体,让学生通过自学、研讨、质疑、答疑等充分的碰撞后,对所学知识点有“知其然,知其所以然”的深度理解。也始终坚持坚持教师主导课堂,在实践锻炼中增强自己驾驭课堂的能力,与学生共同成长。教学过程中,根据学生的具体情况,及时调整教学计划和状态,改进教学方法,有意识地调动学习兴趣及学习积极性,培养和锻炼学生创造性思维方式。针对新课标下高考对学生实际解决问题能力考察的转变,始终把培养学生的思维能力,提高学生分析、解决问题的能力作为重中之重,根据学生的个性差异,因材施教,使学生语文素养和知识水平明显得到提高。积极参加教师风采大赛,在全县教师教学大比武中,我所作的《游褒禅山记》公开课,得到评委一致认可,荣获了高中语文组一等奖。

三、以师德为魂

作为一名高中语文教师,我时刻谨记“学高为师,身正为范”的先贤古训,把自身师德师风建设作为自身成长的“硬杆杆”,时时处处严格要求自己,做学生的榜样。严格按照年级部署和要求做好备教批辅考等常规教学工作和临时工作,做到事不过夜、案无积卷。认真完成教研组分配的各项任务,做到大事讲原则,小事讲风格。在任何情况下,绝不将个人情绪带进课堂,始终做到微笑面对学生、耐心解答问题,做到为人师表,努力向学生传递积极向上的正能量。在工作中时刻保持高度的责任感和严谨的工作作风,关心、关注每一名学生学习成绩的变化,认真坚持每周一天的在校“奉献日”,针对不同学生的不同特点和成绩水平,有针对性地进行方法指导、心理疏导、问题开导,注意激发学生拼搏进取、永不服输的信心和勇气,尽努力让每一名学生在不同侧面发现自己的优势,进而找到自信。在尽力培优的同时,将更多精力放在补弱上,力争做到不让一人掉队。

四、以反思为镜

在教学工作中,我坚持做到经常进行教学反思,针对课堂上出现的问题,有针对性地进行反思和改进。在不断的摸索中,渐渐总结出几点心得,并坚持在教学工作中不断应用和逐步完善。

首先,要用兴趣激活课堂。古语说“亲其师,信其道”,要让学生“亲其师”,兴趣最重要,可以说,教学的艺术就在于,让学生喜欢你教的东西,语文当然也不例外。在具体的教学中,我不断反思,如何运用丰富的形式、幽默的语言、碰撞的反差等等各种方法激发学生的学习兴趣,努力用学习过程中的乐趣让学生感受语文的魅力,进而激发学生学习语文的热情。

The organizational barriers to having productive year-end reviews can be formidable. The tight link between reviews and compensation discourages openness and honesty. Managers at all levels may think as much about their organizations needs as about individual performance when they do the reviews. For example, interdepartmental rivalries can force a kind of uniformity on your reviews as you try to do the best you can for your people in terms of compensation. If your organizations culture discourages open and honest feedback (“we dont do warm and fuzzy”), you may feel constrained to just focus on the numbers. Anything else might make you feel like an outlier and make your direct report feel singled out and anxious.

Ideally, the year-end review is all about the employees development. As a leader committed to optimal performance, you understand the importance of the fit between an employees skills, talents, and career goals and his or her organizational role. When you know how best to connect the arc of individual development with the direction of your organization, you form a partnership for growth with the employee. This partnership depends on candid feedback on the individuals performance, your identification of personal and organizational barriers to better performance and your ongoing availability to help remove those barriers.

Managers commonly get derailed from the ideal developmental focus in year-end reviews by their own personal psychological challenges. It happens in these ways:

--Conflict avoidance: A fear of conflict can lead you to avoid difficult--and also meaningful--performance discussions with your subordinates. That fear of conflict can arise from deep-seated personal issues, a lack of skills for managing conflict or both.

--Empathy: I take empathy to mean an accurate understanding of anothers emotional experience. Empathy toward your employees starts with your reviewing your own experiences receiving feedback. We humans are hard-wired to maintain a positive self-image, and we tend to reject painful criticism. Of course, you may have already done at least some preliminary work on reviewing the year -- especially if your employer hands out year-end bonuses or conducts year-end performance reviews -- and if so, thats a good place to start your year-end review.

But unlike your on-the-job performance review, the purpose of this article is to suggest you consider conducting an even more important assessment -- taking stock of your career. Now is the perfect time to review where you are, where youve been, and where you want to go.

Before you begin your assessment, take a moment to ask yourself the most important question: Am I happy and fulfilled by my job and career? No matter how successful youve been in the past 11 months, if you are fundamentally unhappy with your work, spend the vast majority.

Dont rush your review. Consider using a weekend or one or more of your vacation days to reflect on your career. You dont need to -- and probably shouldnt -- complete all six steps in one sitting. Break it up over several days if you like.

Step One: Review Career Goals. Did you set any goals for your career this year -- formally or informally? Most people have some idea of what they want to accomplish next in their careers, such as getting a promotion and/or raise or perhaps achieving better work/life balance. Setting some goals is an important activity because goals help provide the focus you need to move your career forward -- and to avoid distractions or activities that may slow your career progress (or worse, devalue you). So, if you had any goals for this year, answer these questions:

* Did I achieve my career goals?

* Am I satisfied with what I did relative to my goals?

* Did anything happen to change my goals over the course of the year?

* What have I accomplished?

* What new skills have I acquired?

* What have I learned?

* What opportunities were gained and lost?

* How am I better today than I was at the beginning of the year?

Step Three: Develop Your Career Synopsis. Where are you in your career? Review all aspects of your career and examine where you stand at this juncture. Some questions to ask yourself:

* Am I where I should be in my career?

* What has helped or hindered my progression?

* Am I happy with my current employer?

* What are my strengths and weakness?

Step Four: Envision Your Future. Whats your next career step? Take some time to plan for next year (and perhaps beyond), picturing the path you want your career to take. Again, here are some questions to help you:

* What do I want to be doing more of in my career?

* What do I want to be doing less of in my career?

* Whats the next step in my career?

* When should I be taking this next step?

* Whats my ideal/ultimate career dream?

Step Five: Action Steps for Your Future. How will you get to that future career? Make a list of what you need to do -- career goals for the coming year -- to get to where you want to be next in your career. These might be things such as building your network, gaining additional experiences, changing employers, strengthening your career brand, or pursuing additional training /education/certifications. Questions to ask yourself:

* What do I need to prepare myself for this next step?

* Do I need to find a new employer to make the next step?

* How do I position myself for this next step?

Step Six: Share Your Career Vision. Are your career goals and action plans feasible? Schedule a meeting with your mentors and to get reactions to your plan, as well as advice for achieving it.

Final Thoughts.

Once youve completed these six steps, you should not only know yourself and your career better, but have some specific goals and action steps to help you progress along a career plan.

Another benefit from completing this year-end review is that the results from part of the analysis should assist you in updating your resume if you have not been keeping it current as the year progressed. Even if you are extremely happy with your employer, it makes sense to have a current resume for that once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, or worse, if your employer decides its time to downsize the workforce.

进行创卫工作宣传,并开展各科室之间相互监督、争创卫生标兵等实践活动。

2、利用“世界卫生日”、“世界无烟日”、“爱国卫生月”等活动,组织职工到广场等人口密集地开展爱国卫生、城市管理、环境保护、消防、道路交通等法律法规宣传教育活动,提高了广大群众对城市卫生、卫生保健、交通等知识的知晓率。

3、强化教育宣传。成立襄城县中医院健康教育领导小组,制定健康教育年度工作计划,定期更换健康教育宣传栏,向职工、病人及家属发放卫生健康知识宣传材料,宣传各种卫生小常识,帮助他们养成良好的卫生习惯,使广大职工、病人及家属对创卫工作有了更深刻的认识,自觉地参与到活动中。

三、做好控烟工作 建立控烟体制

积极开展“无烟医院”活动,通过会议、宣传栏、标语等方式加强宣传,提高对控烟工作的认识;在办公室、会议室等公共场所摆放“禁止吸烟”牌,在各科室辖区建立控烟管理责任区,科主任、护士长为控烟工作责任人,负责病区控烟;有力地推进了我院控烟工作,为我院创卫工作的开展起到了积极推动作用。

四、增大卫生投入,有效降低“四害”密度

加大软、硬件建设投入,积极做好杀灭工作。加大了基础设施投入,美化工作环境,净化周围环境。请专业人员对所有下水道进行清污和疏通,保证了下水道畅通、清洁;根据“预防为主,消杀结合”的方针,积极开展除“四害”活动,时常对阴沟、下水道撒放了灭菌药物和杀菌剂,有效防止了病菌孳生。

五、加强传染病防治工作

1、制定了相关一系列的防控传染病制度,成立突发事件和疫情领导小组,制定了应急预案,一旦发现有传染病患者和疑似患者,严格按照程序报医务科,医务科直报县疾控中心。

2、加强源头管理,加大对医疗废弃物管理力度。严格实施医用废弃物与生活垃圾定点、定车、定位、定装置、定专人的处理流程,生活垃圾集中分袋汇集,日产日清;医疗废弃物由滁州市超越医疗废弃物处置公司定期收集处置,有效防止感染。

There are a lot of lessons which I learn every year. Looking back at my review for , one of the biggest lessons I learned is that our reactions to life’s situations is a choice, and it’s up to how we make out of situations we encounter. This realization came after a highly intense period at my job. At that time I was already a positive person, but the situation was so out of control that it really made me negative. It was after a short period of feeling miserable that I realized that the reality was such and it was up to me to make the best out of it. I could either sit and bi-tc-h about it which would do absolutely nothing to change the situation, or I could take action and make the best out of it. This small shift in my mindset created a big shift in my reality – it made me a lot more proactive and solution-oriented. After working for a few years, you’d find that the years sort of just start to blend into each other. Soon it’s hard to tell one year apart from the next. Subsequently, it’s so easy to fall into a routine without being conscious of it. Sometimes I hear people commenting that they’re not sure what exactly they’ve been doing with the past few years of their lives, because everything just seems like the same.

三、教学工作

(一)发挥教师为主导的作用

1、备课深入细致。平时认真研究教材,多方参阅各种资料,力求深入理解教材,准确把握难重点。在制定教学目的时,非常注意学生的实际情况。教案编写认真,并不断归纳总结经验教训。

2、注重课堂教学效果。针对低年级学生特点,以愉快式教学为主,不搞满堂灌,坚持学生为主体,教师为主导、教学为主线,注重讲练结合。在教学中注意抓住重点,突破难点。

(二)调动学生的积极性

3、方法得当,效果明显。

孩子学习成绩不好,孩子、家长、老师都是非常苦恼的。但家长和孩子往往束手无策。所以作为教师要多与他们沟通辅导的方法。使家长能按照老师的方法对孩子进行辅导。另外,对学困生要多进行耐心的辅导,一遍不会讲两遍,两遍不会讲三遍,而且要把知识反复巩固。“熟能生巧”这句话在这里最合适不过了。只要看到学生努力进步了,那老师再多的付出也是值得的。

(四)重视课外活动

初三英语备课小组工作剪影

本学期初三英语备课组面临的压力和任务都比较重,去年的初三英语授课只有第三册的英语教材,而今年的初三还要完成第四册的教学任务,教学内容增加一倍。但我们英语备课小组的四位老师并没有气,而是采用积极面对的态度,研制出一系列行之有效的方法。经过一年的努力,取得了很大的成效。

(一)统一思想,步调一致。

初三有八个教学班,由四位英语老师任教,四位老师责任心强,丘老师和林老师还是班主任。为了把工作搞好,我们共同协作。俗话说:一个诸葛亮比不上三个臭皮匠。一个老师想出来的办法毕竟是有限的,如果几个老师一起来想办法,效果会更好。在认真负责的赖老师的主持下,我们每周坚持制定详尽的教学计划,研究教材,集体备课,统一测验,统一分析质量,制定培优扶差计划,统一分工制定辅导内容和辅导材料。每次我们都各自提出自己的方案和操作形式,认真讨论,寻求出适合我们学生的最佳方法,由于都是我们四人的智慧结晶,这就大大提高了效率。光13周的会考会后,我们四人就花了3节课去讨论分析自己的笔记,尽量寻找教研员每一句话所包含的信息,整理出一张复习范围的试卷后,连夜由丘老师打出,印好发给学生。

(二)互相学习、取长补短,共同提高教学水平。

初三的总复习几乎占去一年的一半时间,复习课的效果比上新课还重要。我们果断采用一种全新的的方案,轮流让其中的一位老师先上示范课,其余的老师听后马上分析研究,取长补短,吸其精华,去其糟粕,然后向全级全面推出。这样不但进度内容统一,连操作的程序都一致,这花去我们很多时间,但效果当然是最好的。通过我们分工整理的复习资料,范围广,深浅适中,很适合我们学校,同行看了都觉得非常珍贵。我们分别调换批改学生的考卷,差生好生不分你的我的一起辅导。因此,到了后来,我们不但认识全级学生,连他们的英语学习情况都非常了解。除了认真参加学校的学习和教研活动以外,我们还认真向兄弟学校的同行们学习。在初三上学期我们到了石基二中、三中听课学习。下学期,我们备课小组组织了一次到市桥中学听课的教研活动,通过互相学习,我们的教学水平有了很大的提高。

为进一步提升高中英语教育教学质量,落实工作室的各项工作,促进工作室成员专业发展,20xx年4月17日,熊海倦名师工作室召开了“20xx—20xx学年XX名师工作室阶段工作总结暨课题研讨会”,并取得了实质性的效果。

此次会议分两部分进行。会议第一部分由工作室主持人熊海倦老师对20xx—20xx学年工作室的各项工作进行总结。

XX老师回顾了前段时间的工作,指出经过所有成员这一年以来的辛勤耕耘,名师工作室收获了实实在在的成果,充分发挥了示范引领与辐射作用,比如:一年来,工作室积做参与教学展示,集体教研、教师培训、专题讲座等活动。在各项活动中,不仅工作室积极承担全市高中英语教研活动的举办,工作室成员也踊跃承担全市公开课,开展同课异构等活动。在各项工作全面推进的同时,工作室学员无论从教学水平、教学策略,还是成果上都有不同程度的提高。

接着,主持人XX老师部署了下个阶段的重点工作。明确工作室下阶段将继续以“打造高效英语课堂”和“校本教研”为着力点,以课题研究为载体,扎根课堂,开展系列教学教研话动。力求通过对教学管理模式的研究,带动特色高中英语教学理念教学模式、课程建设、教学方法改革等方面的研究,提升成员的教育教学水平。

在县委及教体局的正确指导下,经过全校师生的共同努力,我校20__年的爱卫、创卫工作已初见成效。现将本年度爱卫、创卫工作总结如下:

一、加强组织领导,提供有力保障。

3、组织教职工和学生广泛开展爱国卫生、城市管理、环境保护、消防安全、道路交通等法规的宣传教育和义务劳动。使教职员工和学生的城市卫生、卫生保健、疾病预防、交通知识知晓率达到98%以上。

三、加强健康教育,搞好卫生工作。

1、开展健康教育课,加强健康教育。同时,学生科还定期对学生的头发、指甲、面部和衣着四项个人卫生进行检查。

2、加强环境卫生。经过努力,学校校园无杂草、无乱丢废弃物、

无痰迹、无污水洼地、无乱写乱划,学校厕所无臭、无蚊蝇蛆滋生、无乱拉乱尿、无乱写乱划。

总之,通过一年来的不懈努力,学校的健康教育工作基本达到了标准要求。我校全体师生将加大爱卫、创卫宣传力度,进一步增强师生的爱卫、创卫意识。

This has established the basement of observing birds in the Autumn.

order to promote more and more people to protect the birds in Dalian,we held an article match with the theme of “Take Good Care of Birds in Dalian”.

There are two advantages:on one hand,we could seize this opportunity to propagate to the thousands of college students in Dalian to pay more attention of birds.

On the other hand,we‘d like to let more citizens know what the birds,as same as humanbeings,are worth cherishing by college students‘pleasure articles.

order to widely propagate for cherishing the birds,in the early May,we held a bicycle-riding for signiture movement with the same theme “Take Good Care of Birds in Dalian”.

This activity was run cooperatively with the Environmental Protecting Association of Dalian Maritime University,Dalian Daily,New Business and several other broadcasting station also made immediate report.

We altogether more than 30 people sent the handbills,collected signitures,made survey,which made this activity more splendid.

Not only was the scroll filled with people‘s signiture,even before 10 o‘clock,but also many people felt pity that they haven‘t got a place to sign their name on.

After hearing our secretary-general Weiwei Jiang‘s English introduction,a tourist from Ireland was very glad of signing his name,and left a word “significative movements”for us.

We felt really happy to see that this activity had so wide influnce,and so many people attended it.

All these were the affirmation of our efforts,and reflected that in the modern metropolis there are also a lot of people loving nature.

the early June,we have edited “The Message of Birds in Dalian”N2.

We compiled the keystone of our work and splendid articles into the book.

We usually communicate with other Birds Association for the NGO and related experience.

In Dalian locality,we often go out to send handbills in the universities,elementary school near Lushun in which birds formicating.

We‘d like to make them understand that birds also have their own emotions.

Anyone, who destroys the nature,will equal to destroy humankind.

Problem existing:For cadremen‘s lack of expenrience for organizing the activities,things are short of proper arrangement;For they have little knowledge of birds,there are still many little problems existing when editing program or holding the activities.
