以学校工作计划为指导思想，以培养学生自主学习和自主管理能力为主线，针对我校高二学生普遍英语底子差，基础薄的实际，坚持“夯实基础，改进学法，激发兴趣，提高能力”的指导思想。在本学期的英语教学中，要坚持以下理念的应用：

1、要面向全体学生，关注每个学生的情感，激发他们学习英语的兴趣，帮助他们建立学习的成就感和自信心，使他们在学习过程中发展综合语言运用能力，提高人文素养，增强实践能力，培养创新精神；

2、突出学生主体，尊重个体差异，让学生在老师的指导下构建知识，提高技能，磨练意志，活跃思维，展现个性，发展心智和拓展视野；

3、让学生在使用和学习英语的过程中，体味到轻松和成功的快乐。 高二英语既注重基础知识的考查，又强调能力的灵活运用。为了适应这一趋势，提高高二英语的教学质量，在高二英语教学中我将常抓基础知识，有梯度地拓宽词汇，提高课堂效率，从而努力提高学生学习的自觉性、主动性与积极性，通过师生互动，更进一步提高英语成绩。

从学生上学期期末考试情况来看，存在以下三方面问题：

①在思想上、态度上放松或放弃的现象有所表露，读，不会读，就谈不上听得懂，看得懂，从而导致破罐子破摔的现象。

②基础知识不够扎实，灵活运用语言的技能相对薄弱。

③运用能力不够强实。学生的阅读能力、理解能力、分析能力、判断能力、应变能力等均不能较好地适应考查要求。语言学习的关键在于语言知识的积累，只有通过学习者亲身的体验和摸索，才能学会并掌握语言知识，从而达到在交际中灵活使用语言的目的。

该册教材从不同方面具有如下特点：

1、内容丰富，涉及面广。本册教材的课文篇幅长、题材广，内容丰富，不但是一个综合知识的大熔炉，而且时代气息逼人，很具有挑战性。学生不但可以学到真实的英语语言，而且可以学到广泛的综合知识，训练全面的英语语言技能。说句实在话这套新教材对我们英语任课教师无论从语言知识而是语言技能上都展开了挑战。

3、精心编排，形式新颖。教材编排的匠心不但体现在课文内容的精心选编和课型的优化设计。特别突出的是教材的各种练习形式新颖别致，不但注重知识性，而且充分注入了趣味性。也充分发挥了现代教育技术在英语学习中的先进作用。

4、理念先进，实践标准。该册教材把综合语言运用能力的形成建立在语言技能、语言知识、情感态度、学习策略和文化意识等素养整合发展的基础上。也把语言技能的形成作为语言学习的必须手段。

下列目标应在本学期内达到：巩固、扩大基础知识；培养口头和书面初步运用英语进行交际的能力，侧重培养阅读能力；发展智力，培养自学能力。争取在原有基础上有所提高，缩小与上学期期末考试时平均分与其他兄弟学校的差距。根据教学步骤完成选修7及选修8的教学内容，根据学生的实际情况对教材练习适当做出调整，删减。让复杂问题简单化，使学生更容易掌握所学知识。加大学生的阅读量。提高阅读速度。此外，在本学期的教学中，要狠抓基础及单词、句型及语法等，扎实基础知识，突击写作训练，为会考和高考打下扎实的基础。具体方法如下：

1、钻研并创造性地利用教材，灵活使用，发挥教材特点。

2、内容要求学生一定要过词汇关，反复朗读、默写单词、以便加强学生对基础知识的掌握。摒弃不切实际的教学步骤，抓重点，搞强化，在日常教学中渗透语法意识。利用教材提高学生的基本功，坚持默写单词及重点句型。

3、本学期仍要坚持训练学生的听力和并开展任务型写作教学。扎实写作常用句型的同时，要求向句群篇章背诵过渡，培养良好的学习习惯和写作基础。

4、培养学生的阅读能力，并以这些材料为基础，扩充学生词汇量，做到每学完一篇课文，就进行词汇检测。拓宽教材，扩展学生阅读量，努力补充学生的词汇。在平时教学过程中不断扩大学生的词汇量，词汇教学以新带旧，从而达到巩固扩充词汇的目的，做到经常督促、检测。

5、加大基础写作训练的力度，大力鼓励学生学以致用。并要求学生背范文、教师精选的课文段落、写作必背句型，使学生熟悉英语的句式结构及习惯用法，从句到篇，从而写出完整的英语文章。另外每周进行一篇的写作训练，鼓励运用背过的句型，提高学生的写作能力

(1)称呼

从小受到的是“男女平等”思想的教育，心中也一直是这么想的。可是，最近发生的一件事，却让我愈发的感觉到男不如女了。

昨天，整个高二年级的学生放假，这可是万载难逢的玩耍的好机会。作为高二学生的我们自是激动万分，于是呼朋唤友的拉了一大群人来到操场。因为不会篮球，我和室友两人就离开了人群去打乒乓球。大概是由于玩的兴起以至于忘了时间，等到我想起来还要回家时，却发现同学早已走 光，并且天已经很晚了。于是我们赶紧奔回宿舍，准备好了行李后直接冲向大门。却不料看管大门的保安早已将门锁死。无奈之下，我和室友只好去哀求站在大门边，一副盛气凌人模样的保安。请求他打开大门，放我们出去。却不料保安严厉地说了声“不行”后，就不再理我们，径直走入了保安室去静修了，一副非常疲惫的模样。想到了不见自己回家而万分焦急的父母，我顿时感觉到自己好象掉入了万年的冰窟般，浑身透着寒气。“这下完了!”我和室友相视苦笑。

我们一如马路边孤苦伶仃地立着的电线杆般站在大门前，又如被凉水泼湿后受惊了的麻雀般，呆呆地，不知所措地互相傻看着。正在我们为自己的贪玩而万分懊悔时，几个女孩从学校向这边走来。我眼前顿时一亮，就如好色的猪八戒突然看到了绝 色的美女般。我暗自拉了一把仍然发呆着的室友，小声说：“我们有救了，这是直觉。”保安好象也发现了什么，从他的小屋中走了出来。起初的疲倦之色也消失无踪，一如玛雅文明的消失般，是那样的突兀。

这时几个女孩中走出了一个看上去颇为老练的，来到保安面前，微笑着说：“把门开一下吧，我们要出去寄信。”保安流露出极其“为难”的神情，说：“这样不太好吧，如果被领导知道了，我要挨批评的。”女孩也颇为世故，立刻对道：“不会的，就这一次嘛!领导不会知道的，你说是不是。”此刻这个并不漂亮的女孩在我心中却是那么的可爱!保安在与女生调笑了几句后，终于还是打开了大门，我和室友也乘机钻了出来。室友拍了拍我的肩膀，兴奋地说：“兄弟，大难不死，必有后福啊!”于是我们便分道扬镳，劳燕分飞了。

我却也想起了几天前朋友说的有保安调戏女同学的情景，那时的我还是那么的单纯。以至于我竟不敢，也不愿相信在学校这么神圣的地方会发生这样的事情。可是今天看到那保安见到女生后的丑陋面目时，我却不由得不信了。

自此，我便再也不敢忽视女孩的威力了，同时也对男女平等产生了那么一丝的怀疑。难道是我们的父母，还是我们的老师欺骗了我们?不，他们都是那么的爱着我们，他们不可能在为人处事的原则这点上欺骗我们!那这到底为什么?经过了一夜“谨慎”的思索，我终于得到了一个自认为很有道理的答案。这只不过是某些品质下劣的得权者滥用自己的职权罢了。也许是这样的事还不多，所以男女平等还是正确的吧。

回想起自己哀求保安时的情景，我突然感觉到那时的自己是那么的可笑，那时自己是多么象一条向主人摇尾乞怜的狗啊。可是我还是要违心的说一句，我倒宁愿做条狗。只为了能用我尖利的受爪撕破那保安的丑恶嘴脸，顺便狠狠的咬上一口!以至于他们不能再作出破坏平等的事情来!

约翰：当然有了。

看这张地图，你可以在这张地图看到山上所有的滑雪道。

高阶者的滑雪道是用黑色方块标示

而初学者的滑雪道是用绿色圆圈。

看，中级者的滑雪道是蓝色方形。

苏：为何我没有拿到像那样的地图?

约翰：我会帮你拿一张。

但你现在不需要，因为你会一直待在初学者滑雪道，

至少可能要到午餐时间喔!

苏：那你呢，你在初学者滑雪道不会觉得无聊吗?

约翰：会啊，但是我要陪着你直到你的课开始。

然后，我再去滑几下高阶的滑雪道，我们午餐时间再碰面。

苏：我应该邀请一些朋友和我一起来的。

约翰：为什么?

苏：我想这趟旅行我会很孤单，

你会一直想要去高阶者滑雪道。

约翰：不会，不是这样，我会和你有一段愉快的滑雪时光。

我想如果我们能一起在山上度过一段时间是很不错的。

我是和你一起来旅行的，但是我想你很快就会疲惫不堪，

因为你并不是很有经验的滑雪者。

所以，你可能会花更多的时间在城里逛街购物或在小屋里徘徊吧。

苏：然后你就可以摆脱我了。

约翰：不要这么闹脾气!我没有理由摆脱你。

我会和你一起滑初学者滑雪道，

然后有时滑一下高阶者滑雪道。
